This nail salon went above and beyond for us last night. I took my 5 y.o. daughter here as a special treat for us both, as she loves doing her nails at home. She's very petite and the techs did not miss a beat accommodating her: special chair cushion, special pedicure bath, candy on our way out, the works. They really listened to her and took great care of us both. If you're a parent and your kid is into nails, (or you just want a quality mani pedi experience) I highly recommend them. read more

Great service here. They always ask if I want water and they have a great selection of nail polish. I don't normally have a go to person for nails but I've gotten my nails done by Phil a few times and I really enjoyed his work. Located in a plaza so parking is easy. Definitely recommend! read more

Large and busy salon located by Crumbl and Ruby of Siam. I booked two online appointments for manicures (me and a friend), and when we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation. Luckily I had kept my text confirmation. I loved the collagen gloves and hot towels, and the hand massage was very relaxing. I found myself almost nodding off. Once done, they directed us to the light shelf to give our nails extra drying time. Still, I smudged my thumb nail. Overall, very professional and my nails still look pretty good. read more

I have only visited this place recently as my nail guru just landed here. This place is quite big and very clean. Every time I come here someone is cleaning. I have been coming here since this nail salon opened. I just waited 40 minutes in a pedi chair and still no tech! Got up and left and the response was "so sorry we are short staffed." I've given this place many chances and unfortunately today was my final straw, I won't be going back. The actual nail work is not bad and decently priced, but they are never on time with what they promise. I had an appointment for 5pm and called asking if I could move it earlier to 12pm. They said no problem. I show up and they didn't take me until 12:45. At checkout, I asked if there was anything they could offer for the inconvenience and who I believe is the manager said no, we are trying to keep up with the holiday season. I understand that, but then why agree to take my appointment if you know you can't accommodate me at the given time??? Just be honest and don't waste my time. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. I should've listened to those 1 star reviews. Find yourself a private nail tech from social media and save yourself 80% of the price of a salon. After my private nail tech wasn't available, I tried this salon and it was an absolute scam. I have never paid so much for nails in my life. $180 for a mani/pedi with builder gel on SHORT nails. I initially wanted an acrylic overlay on my hands -- which is $53. After hounding me to do builder gel instead, the price jumped to $75. And NO ONE mentioned it. If I already knew what I wanted and you're telling me to do something else, at least be clear about the price jump? But no, that's how they get you. My pedicure was $90! Online it's $50. When I asked to explain the price they said it's because of the added builder gel, filing, cuticles, and removing my previous nails. I asked her about charging me full price even though I requested builder gel only on my big toes. I also had an acrylic overlay on my toes so there was no soak off or anything, just FILING it off. If I already had an acrylic overlay and just needed a fill, why are you then putting builder gel on top of it? That makes 0 sense. Then I asked her how are they charging me for cuticles and filing when online, that process is already included in the $50 pedicure. No explanation or breakdown for anything. Just $10 off. Mind you this is after they had 4 different people working on my nails -- why? Because no one knew how to do the acrylic so they pushed the builder gel without being clear on the huge price jump. Then the front desk lady starts talking to me about when I come in "next time"-- are you crazy to think I would come back again after you just overcharged me double? I do not recommend this place. First time here. I would rate them a 5 for cleanliness and friendly staff. Thank you for the water. I had a no chip manicure, manicurist did them fairly quick. She trimmed my cuticle, and did a great job with that. The nails looked great until I noticed when I got home that they were painted fairly far from my cuticle. Because my nails grow a bit quick, see picture, this photo was taken after 5 days. If my nails were painted closer to the cuticle they wouldn't be looking like this. They looks like 3 weeks nails. I will give them another chance and next time will ask they be paint them closer to my cuticle. Just sharing this so this won't happened to you if your nails grown fast. I wish I documented it. In the moment, Helen attempted to rectify the situation. She had another manicurist fix the sharp edges. Helen said, "don't worry, next time we will take care of you." I arrived early at 5:10pm for an 5:30pm appointment. The place is chic and CLEAN. All the staff are nice, specially the manager who is attentive and pleasant to customers. It was a busy day for them when I came. I've waited for 30 minutes before they asked me to sit down inside then I have waited another 15 minutes before the technician came to do my no-chip manicure. They did a good job on my nails it's just that I have waited for 45 minutes. I got out around 7:38pm. Came here on a whim after shopping at the Old Orchard Mall. They took me in immediately. I did a no chip manicure and pedicure. Sam gave me the most amazing pedicure left my heels feeling so smooth! I was unable to Make up my mind about what color I wanted, She even helped me pick a color and matched it with my toes. Just went there for the first time to get my pedicures since I'm new through the area. the lady that did my pedicure was very rough with my feet. it was definitely not a relaxing experience. I was in pain the entire time she did the pedicure she was not gentle and definitely not polite after she was done. I asked her where I can dry my nail polish and she said take your shoes and go up to the front. It was the first time I was at the salon, so with a bit confusion, I walked to the front and finally found the place to dry my nails.
