I've had the banana bread (that espresso butter is genius), the Not-So-French toast, and the Smashed Avo (a must for any avocado lover, like myself). If you are looking for a slightly different take on breakfast in Miami, this is the place to try. The pope Benedict eggs brought hash browns nicely presented to the eggs Benedict concept. The 305 twist was really different with with a black bean "cake" - for lack of the foodie word for it - eggs, and a cilantro salad. While not what some would deem your traditional breakfast flavors, I was extremely happy with the walk on the wild side. Best breakfast I've had in a long time! The staff asked all the right questions, such as how I'd like my poached egg. So much better than getting an overcooked poached egg which is totally pointless. Food was excellent! They even had unsweetened almond milk for my latte! First restaurant I've been to that does this. They serve Panther coffee, so it might actually be a thing I wasn't aware of. Can't wait for them to open in the Grove, by the way! That latte was the best I've had! Much better than what I make at home every day. Excellent, friendly service and lovely decor. Very cute, hidden gem in the miracle mile area. We came on a Saturday morning and enjoyed the experience very much. We had 2 cappuccinos (excellent) made with panther coffee and almond milk. We split the baby bear greek yogurt and granola and enjoyed it, though it needed more yogurt. Upon asking, more was brought out without hesitation. (FWIW, The staff was as accommodating and friendly with every other aspect of the meal as well.) We ordered two eggs any style with a side of spinach and the hash tag this. The corned beef was excellent and the poached eggs were the perfect consistency. read more

Wanting to try some good coffee and breakfast so i stopped by and was not disappointed, the service is nice but a little disorganized. It might be the fact that it was Saturday so its a lot busier then usual so we had to wait a while for the check but i would defiantly come back and recommend it to a friend because the coffee is excellent. read more

First time coming here. WOW. We had the Pope Benedict. One with ham. One with pulled pork. Exquisite. The homemade hollandaise is beyond delicious. No English muffin needed. I have never had Australian food so I don't know if the food is authentic. However, there was no Vegemite on the menu, but I'm not sad. The food is delicious and the portions are more than enough. The menu did not have much options for vegetarians. I loved their selections of beverages, especially the coffee. I would recommend the Aero Press coffee- it was smooth and delicious. The restaurant itself had a very nice and calm aesthetic and I would definitely go back! read more

This place is cool. We went for breakfast on Sunday about 9:30am, it was quiet when we got there, but pretty busy by the time we left. We had the smashed avo and the pope benedict, both really good. I was a bit worried about the portion sizes based on other reviews, but they turned out to be more than enough to fill us up. They're just not typical "American" portion sizes. If you want mountains of super cheap, sketchy breakfast food, go to IHOP. if you want good, tasty, highly quality food, come here. And maybe you'll stave off the diabeetus for a little longer. Our waitress was a little hassled and made a few mistakes, but she was very friendly and happy. So no complaints there. Suggestion box: it's cool to see Vegemite on the menu, but seriously, we're going to need some Tim Tams to get the real Aussie atmosphere. Hint hint... read more

My first experience at Threefold was when it had just opened, and it was terrible. I went during my lunch break, ordered something relatively easy, I think the smashed avo, and waited. And waited. And waited. The waitress was the sweetest thing. She would come to me periodically to see if I needed anything, apologized for the wait and assured me it would be just a few minutes. Unfortunately a few minutes turned into 45 minutes. 45 minutes for avocado on toast! It was already 12:50 and I had to be back to work at 1:00. I was upset to say the least. The waitress offered me a free coffee, unfortunately I don't like coffee and didn't even have enough time to wait for that. Despite all that, I decided to give the place another chance. I went again, but on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to worry about getting anywhere late. I ordered the smashed avo with the hard boiled egg. I also got one of their flavored iced teas. The iced tea was amazing, and the smashed avo was good, but I wasn't impressed. The food is also kinda pricy, which is annoying.
