She realized if I got to 58 years old on just soap & water facial care that she would have to start slow for me to start taking care of my skin. So we've started slow with just a cleanser, vitamin C & sunscreen. I started the scarlet skin tightening treatments. So we will see how it comes out after my three treatments. I did not have a chance to go to this place so my review is for their Receptionist (Renee) and my first impressions of this place. I contacted this place given its stellar reviews, I emailed them and asked for some information. The lady that responded to my messages seems very nonchalant and impolite. I guess my standards for customer service is higher and given that people are easily spending upwards of $1k you'd think the customer service is one of the most important aspects of the business itself. After emailing back and forth and including my information (name, phone number etc) she still asked for my phone number, isn't paying attention to your potential customer part of your job? This does not make me feel like a valued customer or gives me the confidence that I will be taken care of. Sadly, these places in Hawaii slim pickings. First of all, Jet explained all the different Hydrafacials that were offered. She also has a pleasant demeanor on the phone and even better in person. I got the Signature HydraFacial and Chenoa always does a great job. The treatment was fast and painless, except for the blackheads she extracted from my nose, but I've always been sensitive to that. I came in on a Wednesday for some Botox - The forever Young package. $750 later I got some Botox in my face. It's almost a week later and I can already see the results. They were so friendly and informative. Parking was not easy. I was lucky that I was able to get a spot up the ramp as someone had just left, but otherwise I never would have found the parking lot they tell you as an option 2. If I could afford it, I'd come back and get so many more things done. But do not want to do a pay later type thing. Covid was bad enough, don't want to go into more debt.
