The employee came to my car and carried the old battery in for me so he could test it. It was dead as a doornail even after we charged it at home for several hours. He hooked me up with a great replacement. On a another note, a while back, my daughter said the battery in her car died, do my husband went and night a replacement here. Come to find out, that wasn't the problem at all, so I went to return it. Surprise! They don't allow returns on car batteries. Thankfully, the store manager had mercy on me and refunded my money on the battery anyway as it was unused and untouched other than to transport it to and from the store and my house. He earned my business with that kind act. That's customer service. :)

They rescued us and I am grateful…read more We were leaving the next morning for Manistee and my husband had been putting off getting replacement wipers. I was not best pleased as the forecast was for rain and lots of it. Not an auspicious beginning for a four and a half hour drive through Michigan. We had been to a couple other Murrays and an Auto Zone and apparently Saturn Aura wiper blades are hard to come by. They had just the one here but it went on the needed drivers side for us, they installed it and were super apologetic about the lack of the match to the pair. The salesman had a great idea though and introduced us to Rain X rain repellent. It was even on sale and he happily showed us how to use it in the drizzly evening. It worked like a charm and we barely had to use the wipers at all. The rain just beaded up and ran off the windshield. It was not a spendy item at all and neither was the wiper. We loved the service though and will be back.

After…read morethe dealership told me my rotors needed to be resurfaced and/or replaced, Ric & Rocky's stated everything was perfect and it was just the pins that were corroded and needed to be cleaned and re oiled. Come to find out, the technician at the dealership was only going off of a noise he heard while driving it. Ric & Rocky's fully inspected my vehicle and cleaned the pins. My car now runs great. Because of Ric & Rocky's they saved me $530 to $900 that I was quoted from the dealership that I didn't really need. Ric & Rocky's not only provided photos, exceptional customer service but a full explanation of everything. I hight recommend them 150%.

The dealership wanted me to make an appointment to come back and pay them $170.00 for a diagnosis. I told them that I believed some clips needed to be replaced and could I buy the clips from them and I would fix it myself ? The service agent said they did not sell the clips, but, they could sell me an entirely new trim piece that included the clips for $1000.00, plus labor if I wanted them to put it on. I declined. The next week I stopped at a body shop and got an estimate for $700.00. Crazy high for what I thought could be a simple fix. I declined. Later that month I was looking for a salvage part for mother's car. She needed a bumper after being victimized by a hit and run driver. I stopped by T&M Salvage just off Michigan Ave and met Simon and Shean. I found they do body work as well as sell auto parts so I had them check out my car and they gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. I took my car in and Shean worked on it for less than 20 minutes, installing 3 new clips. BOOM DONE !!!! EASY PEASY !!!! I am soooo impressed with Simon & Shean. It is so nice and refreshing to meet real, down to earth men, who possess the intelligence to fix things !!! Especially after dealing with techs, who can only replace parts for $$$$ and can fix nothing !!!!
