Tony is awesome at what he does that after so many years, all I have to ask for is the length of the nails and he does he's thing. And he kills it every time. He the best.

Horrible experience! Service Date: 3/23/19 1) My mom took me here as a way for her to treat me to something nice. She got me a manicure and pedicure; but upon receiving the service we were disappointed. The water for the pedicure was cold and the massage on the leg was more like the women was petting my leg, rather than a gentle massage. And then when it came time to do my nails, they did the two colors i wanted, but failed to announce the additional charges it would tact on. :( Just because I did one finger a different color than the rest. 2) My mom got me the manicure because she thought I'd enjoy the massage that went along with it, but instead of getting a massage along my arms down to the hand, the lady just massaged the hands, which was rather disappointing. (Especially because I believe I had the manager.) 3) Two days later, Monday, March 25th, I noticed one of my fingers were red. I didn't really pay attention to it until the following day I noticed it was real swollen. I looked up online and it said to wait about a day or two and if it worsens seek medical attention. Well it got worse to the point of where my finger was a red and green tint. I took it the hospital where they I had to get four injections of numbing medication for them to slice my finger open to push out the puss. He asked if I got my nails done within the past week and I informed him saying that I got a manicure where they clipped my cuticles, etc and the doc said these cases are normally caused by manicurist and their tools!! Ugh, $250 in medical bills + the outrageous cost my mom paid for getting my nails done = Hand Down a Nightmare of Customer Service

Just got a fill, polish chipped, and acrylic needs to be all the way up the nail.

I went today to get a full set because I'm getting engagement pictures taken. Now, it's been awhile since I've had a full set just because I kind of got sick of the look and I just wasn't interested anymore. Well today, Michael change that! My nails looks so gorgeous. I don't know if I've ever had them done so beautifully. Michael took his time and he made sure that they looked perfect. I showed him a picture and he made them look exactly how I wanted. You know what, I think they look better than the picture that I showed him. Since I just recently moved out here I had to find a new nail shop. It's so hard to find the great customer service and the great quality, I think I found it though! This is definitely my new spot and I will continue to come back. Great job! read more

Tony is AMAZING! I'm so glad I found this perfect little gem in banning. I have never been so happy with how my nails turned out. He fixed my horrible nail job from a different place, added a full set, did gel and chrome and I paid 38 bucks!!! He filed them into the perfect almond shape and the color and chrome came out beautifully. I am so incredibly picky and OCD about shape, length and thickness and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will never go anywhere else and no one but Tony will touch my nails again read more

I will never go to this place again they were so highly recommended but my roommates and I got our nails and eyebrows done and we are so unhappy and first of all our nails are burning and itchy uneven they look like We're going to get a infection. My roommates daughters eyebrows have bald spots and we told the owner Tony that we aren't happy and we want our money back he refused was very rude about it. read more

I recently moved back to the Pass area, and was looking for a reliable place to get my nails looking fresh. I had not had a full set in over a year. Tony seated me right away, and went to work. This is by far the best place to get ur nails done... my nails always come out amazing... they always remember me and what I like. Came here because of the good reviews and I was tired of the same places in Beaumont. I liked my nails a lot, place was clean & hardly anyone was in there when I came in, Tony seemed really nice, wish he was able to do my nails instead because he kept conversation with his customer when he was doing her nails, hopefully next time I come in he can do my nails. read more

Went in on Friday for a full set and a pedicure. One person was in there and Tony was going her nails. I sat in the pedicure chair thinking I would get my nails done right after my toes but no ppl came in and I was told " well he has appointments and you have no choice" excuse me?! I have no choice?! But I do this is my money and no one was in there all the while Tony was in the back doing lord knows what after his one client he finished. My pedicure is mediocre and I was charged $40 for it and she didn't get the heel of my feet so shin I paid $40 for what? I will never come back here again in life you don't tell a paying customer who spends a ton on her nails every time I come in there that she has no choice but to go to someone who has never touched my nails! You have lost my business forever read more

Don't come here! Their service is trash! I made an appointment with them, get there and they are 30 mins late. Then when I walk in they tell me they don't take appointments, but takes a white women before me because she had an appointment. If I can give them zero stars I would. I've never experienced this bad of a service in a nail salon. Extremely disappointing read more

Always call before you go, they can get really busy. First time, I got the gel manicure but it only lasted 1 1/2. Came back and got acrylic with gel. Tony did a great job and it lasted 3 weeks. read more

I got my eye brows waxed my Mandy, she was so sweet and did them very quickly. I needed to get a quick clean up around my eyebrows and I just so happed to pass by. The wait was fairly short, and the price was cheap for the good work she did. It wasn't painful at all, compared to the many other places I've gotten them done at. Made an appt withTony the day before and lo and behold they were ready for me. Brought out my own polish, pumice and file since most reuse (yuck) . I was impressed they used a new pumice scrub and tools had been through the sterilizer. My hands and feet look good, feel better and i left the salon feeling appreciated and happy. Have gone here before, and they did a decent job. Their work has gone downhill, sloppy, bumpy. Take offs are so painful, always in a hurry. Customer service sucks to 80% of people. Alot of them talking in their native tongue in front of people it's rude... the wife Mandee seemed nice but saw her actually pull a phone out of some lady's shirt pocket, seemed like she was afraid something was being filmed... weird. If She did that to me, She would have gotten slapped. Been gone about 3 months and took my business elsewhere and to a more deserving business. read more

She didn't take forever, didn't cut her, didn't make any mistakes, and was very careful the whole time. My wife picked out two gel colors and she took her time and made sure everything came out really nice. The price honestly wasn't bad at all either, it was only $40 to remove the fake nails and do the gel manicure. Overall really good experience and my wife was happy with how they turned out.

I was totally confused and embarrassed bc her voice was raised. By then my nails were filed with one acrylic tip glued on, but I was so uncomfortable with people staring at us over her raised voice, I said I would just go somewhere else. I'm visiting my mon again and we drove a little further to BB's Nails instead bc I will never go back to Lilah's. I can't say enough good things about BB Nails. They were gentle, patient, and kind, and they had no problem with a thin acrylic set and a coffin/square shape. And another woman in there mentioned her last place making her cry, and found out it was Lilah's! She said they were awful to her too. No idea why they are so unfriendly there, as if we all don't work hard for our $ & not only want to enjoy a nail day, but we also may have reasonable requests, and that should be OK.
