This is by far the best Asian buffet in the central Ohio area that I have experienced. The service is always good and they have a great selection of food. As so many have noted the sushi bar is very good. Overall they do a great job keeping up on the food and even a better job keeping the bars clean. They keep up on cleaning off your table and keeping your drinks full. The food is very good and we especially enjoy the sushi, seaweed salad, salmon, sesame balls, and crab legs (at dinner). The Hibachi grill is a great option that is included. I have to say I laugh a little when I hear people say this is a typical asian/Chinese buffet. I do understand they may be talking about the food but the dining room puts probably 80 percent of other Chinese buffets to shame. Compare it to the one near Walmart in the Lewis Center area, the one in Westerville on Schrock, or the one near Sawmill and 161 and it is not even close. When we travel my wife sees a lot of value in buffets and some of the ones we have been too -as far as the dining rooms go- rate a 2 where this place is at least a 4 on a 5 scale. Ways they could improve: -The manager or owner should be checking on customers and the bar more regularly. -Remodel the bathrooms and more importantly ensure cleanliness. -Don't make too much food at one time. I have seen times when they obviously put out a large pan of food at the beginning of lunch and it was still there at the end of lunch more than half full. -The person managing the buffet needs to dump some food sooner. They have a made-to-order hibachi grill that is included with the buffet that is my go-to. I choose my choice of carb base, protein, veggies and sauce and this will be my entree. I like to support local small businesses and seeing so many buffets close during the pandemic, I'll keep supporting the remaining ones. read more

Disclaimer: I ordered from them on Doordash so it's possible the food lost some of its quality via transit. But I got the shrimp tempura roll and vegetarian fried rice. The rice for both was so mushy and gummy while eating. In general there was a lack of flavor in those two dishes. I would recommend a gravy based dish instead of anything with rice. read more

Here for another great lunch buffet! They have a great variety of foods for the lunch buffet. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile and immediately led to your table. I've never had to wait to be seated. Today our waitress greeted us and remembered that we have asked for them to make coconut chicken when it's been left off the buffet. She let us know " we have coconut chicken today ". If you're in Delaware around the lunch hour, I recommend you try them out. read more

This is a great buffet. My picky eater children loves there is a variety of American dishes as well as authentic. My family and I have been three times now since moving to Delaware. I can say I've tried every dish. The meat is great quality, the veggies fresh, the sushi is good. There is even a "Mongolian bbq" type station. Well worth the visit. read more

This is your typical Asian buffet, which sometimes has crab legs on weekends, plus it has a beautiful sushi bar. I don't much care for sushi, probably because I usually encounter some ingredient that turns me off and I don't order the right thing. But these rolls always entice me to try something, they are so pretty. Plenty of seating, don't think I have ever seen a wait here. The busier, the better for fresh food. A cooler has ice cream for the kiddos, which is a good bribe for them to eat their stir fried green beans. Staff is always courteous yet curt, more importantly they do a good job keeping the place clean, bathrooms included. I wish the hot and sour soup had a more standard flavor, it changes every time we visit from fabulouos to so-so; maybe it involves some kind of mixing from the previous service, or aging of the pot??? Cane at the end of a lunch, so everything was not as fresh as I would have liked. However, there's a huge spread and a variety. I wasn't too terribly hungry while here so I just sampled. Again, everything would have been better piping hot and fresh from the kitchen. Nothing was bad and all was pretty standard for the American version of Chinese food. Was in here at 4:30pm on a Sunday, food was warm at best an by no means up to standards. You could tell by looking at some of the dishes that they had sat there for a while and were crusted over from sitting. You pay extra for crab legs that are never out and if they are they are typically soggy. They put too much food out and do not rotate it for freshness. BARF. This is one of the crappiest Chinese buffets I have ever tried. I know we are spoiled in Charlotte (see my review of Tokyo Buffet) but good grief this place having 3 stars makes me feel sorry for Ohioans. The dumpling tastes like dog food, ditto on this vague mystery fish covered in rice they were calling "sushi." My husband will eat damn near anything and he couldn't bring himself to eat more than 3 pieces of it. Just gross. I hope it doesn't make us sick. They do have Hibachi. It's a pitiful selection but it is at least fresh (ish) and the Hibachi cook was very sweet. I was not thrilled with it but it was at least edible (ish). You would do better buying frozen Chinese food at the grocery store and eating it frozen straight out of the bag. I'm totally not kidding. We went to this all buffet restaurant on a Saturday afternoon for the first time. The dining room was busy so we were encouraged, but the first warning signs were the hostess didn't greet us with a smile. And the dining room was average clean. The taste of most of the food was under whelming. The various fried chicken- general tsos, peanut Chicken, honey chicken (which was the best) had the texture that seem to fall apart after the second chew. Usually a sign the chicken was under the lamps too long or was reused from the night before. They had chicken-on-a-stick, but we were both afraid to try as it looked like small gross carcasses. I was excited to try the hibachi area, but to my disappointment, all of the proteins- chicken, steak, and shrimp- was frozen in a pan, and I actually had to chip the meat off the ice block that I wanted grilled. The taste again was under whelming. Tip- bring your own silverware if you go, otherwise you are using flimsy utensils. We only spent $19.00 for two, so if you like mass quantities of something that is familiar to fine Chinese food, go ahead and give it a try. read more

We were here on a Monday around 7 pm. Some of it is really good some of it I wouldn't feed my dog most of it was just ok. The hot crab legs had been sitting for awhile and the new ones they finally brought out were burnt. My boyfriend and I just ate here . We spent 27 dollars and we didn't even eat a full plate because it was disgusting. We tried the buffet , the sushi , and the hibachi grill . The buffet and sushi tasted like it's been left out for a long long time . The steak and shrimp in the hibachi grill tasted weird . When we told them they were rude and only offered to take 5 dollars off which we gave as a tip . We will never go here again. I wish I could give zero stars . read more

I love the whole experience here. Granted we did take out but every thing was great. They made recommendations and even sent different sauces to try with my sushi. Fast service and extremely polite. My favorite place to eat. Sometimes I stop in for the buffet while out shopping. If my husband eats buffet style, he really likes their fish. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. My husband and I call ahead for dinner night, and our carryout order is ready in just 15 minutes. The food is always great, fresh, hot, and we've never had a botched order. Arrived about 6:30p for dinner. Only one customer was there when we arrived. The buffet had lots of choices but most had been sitting too long in the pans and were mostly dry. My husband was disappointed that there was no pizza on the buffet (there usually is on most Chinese buffets). A couple of other reviewers said that this one was the best in the area. All of our food was not very good but you get what you pay for so that's besides the point. Me and my fiancé went here and he grabbed some cookies for dessert but halfway into them decided he was to full and was going to just take the other 3 cookies home with him (as he had already touched them and wasn't going to waste them) at this point we had already paid for our meal because the employee set our check down in the middle of us eating and we had spent over 30$ including tip. They had To go containers sitting on a table in front of the buffet with hand sanitizer and whatnot for the buffet so he grabbed a to go container to put the last 3 cookies in and an employee came up to us instantly and said "no" and he said no? And she said "no we don't do that" and he said oh okay? And she said those are 4 for 1 dollar you have to pay if you want to do that. We would have paid for them if they didn't come up to us 3 times for our check while we were trying to eat so we were pretty much forced to pay for our food and now you're telling us that the to go boxes directly in front of the buffet that we just paid for we now also have to pay for to take home the 3 cookies we already touched???? Honestly very petty or me to be frustrated but it was extremely annoying. read more

We really enjoy coming to this buffet and do so often. The staff are pretty friendly and they are great with kids. The one night we had our grandson with us and he only wanted french fries however he had finished the few off that were there. The waitress had them make more just so that he could have some. The food is pretty good and above average compared to buffets of this style. read more

We have enjoyed Tian Fu Buffet for many years. I especially enjoy their many sushi offerings. I don't know much about sushi but their sushi has lots of interesting variations. The Chinese buffet has many choices. There are several non-Chinese items for those who are afraid to try food out of their comfort zone. The decor is nice, the restaurant is clean. I hate the televisions and try to get as far from seeing one as possible. read more

I gave it one star because you have to give it at least one so you can post. First of all, don't let the pictures of the food fool you, there is no resemblance to reality of what.the buffet looks like. First thing I noticed was the fried rice had sit so long it was literally stuck to the side of the pan in the heating tray. I had to ask someone where the bowls were only to find they were under a tray at the end of an isle. Next was the crab ragoons that if truth be told, were probably more fish than crab. I they had been deep fried, I'd be shocked. They looked and tasted almost uncooked. My wife is allergic to fish and she to the same reaction eating the "crab" as sh does if she accidently eats fish. I tried several types of chicken and for the life of me, I couldn't tell any difference. Crab legs? Wife had to spend so much time trying to crack them open. after just two she gave up. Filling up on a couple kinds of potatos with cheese, I decided to try their palmiers (cookies). I love those things and usually take 2 or 3 home with me for later. After just 1, I decided not to waste their food. They too were pretty lame. Our 2 dinners with only water to drink costs us $25. Afterwards I kicked myself thinking that for a few dollars more we could have gotten a quality meal on Polaris for that much and its only a mile away. While I do love Chinese food, there wasn't anything there that would draw me back. read more

Love the service here, been coming here so long the servers used to sit and play with my son as an infant (5 now) while my husband and I got our food. This is our go to spot for a quick dinner. Food is not always perfect, but they refill drinks fast and clear the table fast. And there's plenty of food options. read more

Food was great but we went for lunch at 3:15 they didn't print out our receipt till 3:31 which is 1 minute adter the lunch special ended. Then They charged us full dinner rates which was higher. My wife and I went here yesterday because we wanted crab legs and it seems like this is one of the only places around that has them. After we arrived we were seated and headed up to the buffet. After looking around, the quality of the food didn't look good as well as them being out of crab legs. My wife asked if they would be bringing out more and was rudely interrupted mid sentence when the employee barked out that they were still being cooked. When they brought them out we both got some. After sitting to start our meal, we found that the crab legs were completely water-logged (probably from just sitting in them for so long) and were cold and bland. After trying a couple legs, our plates had a pool of water in them. We were severely disappointed about that as we were in the mood for crab. We tried a couple other things from the buffet and were just as disappointed as we were by the crab legs. Several of the chicken dishes I tried were cold as well as a few things my wife tried. She had a small cup of the wonton soup and was probably the only good thing on the buffet. After only 5-10 minutes of being there, we asked for our check. As we were paying for our overpriced disappointment, the person at the front counter asked us how our service was. We expressed our concern but was only given a non-empathetic "so sorry to hear that". We ended up going to the Meijer down the strip to pick up something to make at home. You can bet we will never be returning this place if the management doesn't even care that someone was severely disappointed and made no effort to make up for the lousy food in any way. read more
