Harry, the business owner, listened to my request and gave me a great deal. He didn't try to upsell me on an expensive watch, which I greatly appreciated. I ended up getting a Kenneth Cole watch, price at around $150. It was a wind up watch so Harry explained that I don't need any batteries. He also threw in a watch winder for free! Didn't expect that but he told me he believes in good customer service. I returned to Harry to repair other watches I had and also to change batteries on other watches. I wanted to end up giving this place five stars. But my score of two stars is from the Following . On Sunday morning I needed to get a battery for my Citizen watch. I was currently at a different watch shop inquiring on a battery price . I did a yelp search and found this watch shop. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and the gentleman informed me that a battery replacement for a citizen watch will range anywhere from $12-$15. I said great I'll show up later on in the day. I went ahead and bought the coupon that was on the yelp page. Hours later I showed up at the watch shop. I don't know if it was a different person behind the counter, but now the price to replace the battery on my watch was $24. I was a little setback by the price, early in the day I was informed that it would be anywhere from $12-$15. I had already bought the coupon so I went ahead and did the transaction. The gentleman went ahead and charge me $21 instead of $24, with the coupon I ended up spending $14 to replace the battery. Earlier in the day when I was at a different watch shop the price for the battery was going to be $12. I wasted my time and spent more money. The only reason I'm giving the shop two stars and not one is because the gentleman put a strap on my watch that i brought in. For people reading the comment below . I brought in my own band . And no it wasn't much of a deal because not only did I buy a coupon, I ended up paying more than the store I was at when I made the inquiry on this shafty business read more

All I have to say is Harry is the man. We walked into his shop and he helped both me and my lady find a watch. He was patient and courteous through the whole transactions. Found this place pretty easily after I entered through Best Buy at the West Covina mall. I met a friendly guy who works at the place named Harry and he got the batteries of three watches I had replaced. The watches I had were a double battery powered Diesel, twist Fossil, and old, small gold watch of my grandmother. He was polite and very approachable. He explained in detail how he was going to replace the batteries of the watches and actually showed the complexity of the service. What can I say? I've been dealing with Peter and his son for the last 10 years, since they were in the Glendale galleria. YEARS ago, Peter changed the battery in my grandpa's 40+ year old Seiko watch and he had mentioned that he was a Seiko master technician (or something along those lines).
