    The tickets were purchased were for ROW S ... the tickets we received were 13 rows away, in Row F!  Rip-Off Sellers!

    BUYER BEWARE: TicketCity are Rip-Off Artists! Their guarantee states "You will receive the same tickets you purchased" and if not you will get a refund. The tickets I received were THIRTEEN ROWS below the tickets I purchased! This is unacceptable, especially at a football game as we would nit be able to see, which is why we purchased Row S... not Row F which they gave us! It took two days and many frustrating hours of phone calls to even reach a human. Each time they would transfer us back to the digitized voice with NO option to choose that matched our problem. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! FINALLY got someone who after 45 mins of going back and forth with "We don't give refunds" and us quoting their review, they finally agreed to the refund, told us they put it through to our Paypal account and we'd have our refund in 3-5 days. LIES! It has been a week and STILL no refund. I filed a claim on Paypal and now they are telling me they can't help me because I filed a claim with Paypal, when all they would have to do is issue the refund through the claim to close it! This company has nearly 50 complaints on Better Business Bureau. Horrible company. In response to the company response: ZACK: NO YOU DID NOT ACCEPT THE CHARGEBACK! I just spoke with Paypal and they are STILL awaiting seller response on this case... you have NOT responded in the 7 days the case has been open, and there has been no refund issued. Why lie???

    I have waited 10 days while TicketCity has told me they're "investigating". They have my $327, I didn't receive the tickets in time, and now I'm getting the runaround. Please see the attached screenshots that support the massive issues that caused us to miss this event. - I placed this order nearly 5 months in advance as a gift for my daughter's birthday. She is a freshman at UT and this was going to be our first game to attend together. This order was placed on April 28, 2021, and the attached order confirmation clearly states that I would receive the tickets by 9/2/21 for the 9/4/21 event. - When they did not arrive on 9/2/21, I called TicketCity customer care on the morning of 9/3/21 to inquire. With the game being the next day I was obviously concerned. The customer care agent stated that the tickets were supposed to arrive by the end of the day 9/3/21, which contradicted the email confirmation, but I trusted their word and agreed to wait. - I called TicketCity customer care again near the close of business on 9/3/21 to inquire as the tickets had not arrived all day. Again, I was told they had until midnight to send them to me and all I could do was wait. I was told to call the next morning at 8am when the TicketCity customer care opened if they had not arrived. - They did not arrive and I called TicketCity customer care at 8am on Saturday 9/4/21. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes as the agent contacted the home office to track down my tickets. They came back online and said that they reached the broker and stated that the tickets were being transferred by the start of the game. - I live an hour away from the stadium. I asked several times on my calls to customer care if I could cancel the order and have replacement tickets provided, and was told I could not each time. I did not want to risk driving all the way to downtown Austin, paying for parking, walking to the stadium, waiting around outside in the hopes that the tickets would in fact arrive by the start of the game. Especially after being told multiple times that they would arrive by deadlines, only to have that not happen. My trust in the word of the customer care agents was gone. As you can see from the attached screenshot showing the eventual ticket arrival/transfer notification, they arrived after the start of the game. I did not accept them and my day with my daughter was completely ruined. Like I said in my initial email, I would like a full refund immediately...at the least. I would also like a credit or tickets towards a future game so that I can make this up to my daughter.

    Fraudulent service: the Rakuten app is not properly integrated, and gives a message of "bad merchant." It also resets the purchase; TicketCity changed the date of the purchase I was trying to make; when I called their service number, they were no help -- totally fraudulent. Take a look at the reviews on BBB -- all terrible. I really despise this kind of company that is designed for bait-and-switch, and does not address glitches in their website.

    Horrible company you cannot get a hold of a person to talk to about your order everything is automated never gain.

    They charged me $100 over what the quoted on the phone and the manager still has not called me back to get it resolved. Do NOT use them!
