The guava cake at this bakery may be a Guam influenced type so keep your expectations in check.

Nelita offered to customize one of their flavors in order to make the cream cheese taste similar to chantilly cream. (Another cupcake vendor I contacted simply replied, "No we don't do chantilly cupcakes, good luck." THE END.) I ended up ordering that flavor and also the Chocolate Lover's in regular and gluten-free. At the event, I tried the gluten-free because the guests said it was the BEST gluten-free cupcake/cake they've ever had. And it was true, blew my expectations away considering my previous limited experience with gluten-free desserts. I didn't even get to try the other flavors because they were ALL GONE! But everyone I talked to said the cupcakes were delicious. The prices are very reasonable, including the delivery fee if you're in the proximity.
