Amba felt like a strong female form of guided body expression that allows the old holding patterns to free up. AAAAwwwww yes!!! Each class was a little bit different but with a similar flow. She knows the body and the anatomy of movement in a way that tapped me into areas I was not aware of. Afterward, I was energized but extremely relaxed and balanced on my feet. This movement class had every part that I needed to reconnect to my movement and open parts of my body that are sluggish. The facility was beautiful and calming. Fallon had control over the music and consciously had a certain set depending on the movement speed. I absolutely would recommend you join no matter if you are a beginner or advanced abilities to try Fallon and her class. She reaches everyone at their level and will deepen the experience for you. What a gem to have a gifted and experienced healer as part of the Salt Lake City community. She also provides card readings, massage therapy (which I've had many people recommend her!), movement therapy and nutritional support. Postpartum care was necessary for support and integration with a new baby. She did an overnight with us, day time education, lactation support, organizing and overall emotional support. Yes please! Such a…read moredelightful experience. I was lucky to attend a mini retreat that lasted about 5 hours. By the end of the retreat I didn't want to leave. The retreat started out with a yoga and intentions setting session by Princess. We engaged in a few yoga moves and then we took a break wrote in our journals and as folks felt felt comfortable, shared their thoughts in the moment. This was pretty awesome because several folks ended up being vulnerable with some of the information they shared. What a way to start off the morning. Then we had lunch and socialized with the other individuals who are part of the community or as they called it the collective. The next part of the day we were able to create herbal blends that could be used for tea or added to an altar or any other possible use that we might want to think of. We were able to learn about several herbs, their properties, and the most effective way to use them for ourselves. This was pretty awesome. The final part of the day we were treated to acupuncture and a sound bath. The sound bath was a new and cool experience. Our practitioner used the chakra bowls and then walked around the room with various instruments. One of my favorite things that she had was an ocean bowl that I'm purchasing for my yoga room. It literally sounded like the ocean. We laid down on our mats for an hour while we immersed in the sound bath. I'm looking forward to participating in other retreats and other services that are provided by the continuum. If you're looking for an energy filled, however, relaxing day, this is definitely the thing you want to do. And the three facilitators were absolutely delightful and helpful. Must do will go back!!

After suffering for several weeks with weird leg pain, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get it dealt with. Brianna made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me a fantastic clinical massage. I have seen many massage therapists in the past before my surgeries, and I think Brianna is one of the best I've ever worked with. The massage was very deep and after 3 sessions, my pain and slight limp are completely gone. She gave me ideas to work on stretching at home, which has also been extremely helpful. It's not super visible from the street, but there is a small sign outside that you can see from the parking lot. There's also ample parking! Once inside, you'll encounter a lobby area with various seating spaces and some retail shelves. The space where the sound bath (and likely other events) was held is pretty good size and has nice acoustics. I especially love that they provide cushions and blankets so you can cozy on up to get prepared for whatever delightful experience you are about to enjoy.
