Some of the worst service I've had. Although my clothes look great, I will not be returning. My mom took my clothes there 5 years ago for me to pick up in my name. They had my moms credit card on file, so they took it upon themselves to charge her credit card on file for my entire purchase today. The manager and "owner" acted as if I was doing them a disservice by crediting my moms credit card and charging my credit card for my purchase. The owner said this was because, "the software is too sophisticated". I simply dropped off my clothes in my name and then picked them up. I'm very confused as to why you charged my sweet mothers credit card when the only information given to you was my name. That's borderline il read more

I have never encountered such wonderful customer service. I had an issue and wrote in to discuss my problem. The owner of the company called me back right away, and even offered to drive to my home to pick up the item in question. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me he would resolve the issue or refund my money. He was kind, thorough, and extremely professional. He, and his company, rectified the situation, and left me feeling very confident in their ability to provide excellent service. Awesome service. Pulled up after they closed and the manager still came out and game me my order. Not only that, he applied a credit that I earned a while ago, but had forgotten about. In town for a wedding and airport baggage handlers left the luggage in pouring rain so it was soaked when we arrived. New shirt had a color stain as a result and needed it for the wedding next afternoon. Tide cleaners assured me they would take care of it ASAP and they did. Have been going to Tide for the last 2 years. They've had some bumps, but overall have been happy with cleanings. recently they LOST a pair of pants, as well as ruined a pair. With weeks of calling the manager said they would pay for the lost & damaged clothes. I was promised a check, and 4+ weeks later no check, just the run around. The Tide Dry Cleaners is the BEST dry cleaners we have ever used! Not only is their service prompt, they are open 7 days a week! The staff is also extremely friendly and provide the best customer service - literally bringing my cleaning out to my car - with curbside service! I am really excited to tell you about this dry cleaner. The staff is great, clothes smell great, fast service(you don't even have to get out of your car). A few things that I want you to know: 1. No matter what time you arrive at Tide, the staff is smiling and very friendly, I guess they hire people who never have a bad day! 2. With out asking I have noticed, they have replaced button that were broke or came off while cleaning. WOW 3. The clothes do no have a chemical smell, they smell light and clean. 4.Drop off before 9 am and they will be ready by 5 pm SAME DAY! I usually don't need them back that quick, but once in a while I have needed to have items back some day. 5. You can stay in your car, where were they when I had young children?? They were awesome at first then went through a bumpy period where clothing was lost (always reimbursed me), now they seem to be geting back on track. however, the clothes don't smell clean like they used to. Customer service is by far better then any other place i have gone to. I have had issues at other cleaners with double creases in my pants multiple times and being over charged when i only needed a blazer pressed. It seems to me that this place just wants to take care of the people who show up. Never had a truly negative experience here. I love the fact that I don't have to get out of my car to get my clothes. And I know I'm going to love the delivery service. For me it is all about convenience and that is so useful that I don't even have to go into the store to get my clothes cleaned and pressed. read more

I have tried for a couple of years to like this place. I LOVE the drive-thru option. I guess I am a slow learner. They have ruined a custom bedspread, lost several items of clothing. Failed to have shirts ready on the date promised numerous times. Offered to buy new shirts after my husband didn't have shirts to take out of town on business but didn't follow through. Then charged the full price of cleaning when we finally were able to pick up the shirts. I finally came to terms with the fact that things are never going to change when I went to pick up clothes and the people told me to come back tomorrow because the conveyor belt was broken and they couldn't retrieve my clothes. Really? This place is a complete and utter failure. The new manager and the owner have sworn time and time again that their inept employees would do better but alas, the owner and manager are ultimately the failures. This customer is out. This place is fantasic!!! the staff is wonderful! everyone is soooo sweet and helpful!!! I was on season 4 of my big fat American gypsy wedding and I held the record for biggest dress and longest train in history....EVERYWHERE I had been to, said they didn't even want to look at my dress, that its a waste of time, that to clean it it would cost just as much as how much I paid for my dress...etc...I was in tears for almost two years (I got married in November of 2014) because nobody would help me and clean it for me! Tide and all the people that work in there are amazing! They said they would clean it with no problem at an OUTSTANDING PRICE! I was blown away when I heard how much they wanted for my whole dress AND TRAIN! PLEASE PEOPLE!...If you want to get your items cleaned and be treated with amazing staff, then come here! The only reason they are getting one star from me is because I don't have an option to give them zero stars. I have now had multiple experiences similar to that of Yale H - another reviewer. Clothes are not ready when promised, multiple excuses for lack of timeliness and quality of service and my experiences keep getting worse the longer I continue using them. My most recent experience was the last straw. Dropped clothes off on a Thursday and they were still not ready on Monday evening! Same day service? Nope. Clothes were poorly pressed and sweaters stretched out due to poor hanging and processing. The employees and manager seem completely inept and the owner likes to blame everything on someone else. At least Yale H. got some free services. They didn't even offer that to me! The most they have done for my inconvenience was a bag full of junky P&G samples that I don't use. I am taking my business elsewhere. My time and my clothing is worth too much to continue dealing with this business. I urge you to save yourself the trouble. read more

terrible...clothes smell terrible.. i expect a slight chemical smell...but when i went in to pick up my clothes the whole place smelled of a very strong chemical smell... and my clothes.... you wouldn't believe how strong the smell was...it took 3 more cleanings to get my clothes to smell better... and still they never got rid of that terrible stench... i don't think they clean out their machines....they also lost some clothes of mine... a robe..a pair of slacks and 2 shirts... come on people... i brought the clothes in there... they have to be in that building some where... the manager told me they would reimburse me for my clothes and trouble... and a month and a half later still no check... i call to talk to JR the manager and he's never there..and i ask to speak to the assistant there... and he wasn't there either... they leave the crew to handle everything... the production manger is a nice black woman... but she couldn't couldn't get the smell out of my clothes either... she told me she's been in the business for over 20 yrs...? and i can't believe someone with that sort of experience couldn't de funk the smell out of my clothes... maybe the owners should take a good look at who's running that place... he's hyper sensitive... and hard to deal with... with a great line of BS...I'm going back to "StarCrest" at Big Bend and Sulphur Springs... I've never had a problem with this cleaner ,,, Not One...a little bit further for me.... but it's worth it... and it not quite as expensive... and they have the valet service... and is a family run business with hands on... Tide's Cleaner Owners r never there...and they hired this guy JR to run the show... and it's run terrible... must be nice to collect a pay check n never be at work.. SHAME on the OWNERS for not putting someone competent to run that place...or for NEVER BEING THERE...Guess they have better things to do other than run their business.... i will NEVER go Back to Tide...
