Love this place for dry cleaning. I live in Harrisburg, so it's a bit of a drive for me, but the customer service and excellent quality of the service keep me driving out of my way. All of the employees seem to remember my name when I visit, and my order is always completed on time and correctly. It's not the hot, chemically smelling dry cleaner you are probably used to... it has a pleasant smell and temperature inside- but you don't even have to go in, they have a drive up service. I almost always drop my cloths in their night-drop, and they are always done the next day. I did have an issue with their Anytime Pickup service once, but I was very impressed with the way they handled it. E-mail alerts are super helpful, and the hours cannot be beat. Would definitely recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in the Charlotte Metro. read more

I never thought I'd get excited about dry cleaning, but this place is hands down the best dry cleaners I've ever been to -- and no, I'm not being paid by Tide to write this. It's incredibly convenient, the staff is very professional and it's even open 7 days a week. If you live in the University area, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Best dry cleaners I've ever used. Took care of a bedspread for me overnight and the customer service is amazing! They got a red stain out of white leggings with no problem as well. They also have an after hours locker service you can use to pick up your stuff if you won't be able to make it in time before they close! read more

WORST-AWFUL-DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PEOPLE. We gave our couch covers for dry cleaning to them and THEY TORN THEM OFF. - they are not accepting their mistake and did not say even " sorry' once - they insulted us - they promise to call but they do not - they are mean and so rude with customers. - they are not ready to reimburse us our money or anything helpful to us. - they tried to stitch our covers by stitching the torn part inside the covers which DOES NOT FIT OUR CUSHIONS ANYMORE - we are so disappointed with them. - I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS DRY CLEANERS TO ANYONE ELSE IN FUTURE - THEY ARE NOT ready to reimburse us for the couch covers/ $1600 couch/ or show the readiness to stitch our covers from anywhere else and make them good as they were before. read more

The place is fine however their business practices are anything but honest. When I went to this place first time, I enquired about their 50% off offer but they said they have stopped offering it now. I said, that's fine and dropped my clothes off. Later during the week, I get a 50% off coupon in my mail. When I again come here to drop off my clothes along with the coupon, they told me they cannot accept the coupon since it is only for first time customers. My husband and I love this dry cleaners, as a restaurant manager his shirts have seen better days! We always know when we drop them off they will come back like brand new. When we bring his shirts we are always greeted immediately with smiles and wonderful customer service. We both know that when we drop our stuff off its always very well taken care of.
