I am so glad that I finally tried Tide Dry Cleaners. We never ever ever run out of our dry cleaning now due to their twice weekly pickup/delivery service. It is so easy, convenient and doesn't cost extra, either. The very nice delivery woman, Alexis even called me personally to double check that it was still OK to deliver today with our light rain. I told her that would be fine and my delivery was here shortly thereafter with dry, clean and nice looking clothes. Gave them a try: 3 of 4 pants are going back because they are wrinkled and not well pressed. At $5.50 per pair it's unacceptable. Being green is great, but lazy is lazy. The night pickup is great, however, I'd rather they do a better job with the basics. read more

Don't bother wasting your time here. Since they acquired Delia's in Ahwatukee I started using them. In those few weeks since, they have 1) ruined one dress shirt, 2) lost another, 3) tried to include with my order upon pick up a bunch of table cloths that weren't mine and 4) broken more buttons (that they haven't fixed) than I had broken during the entire 10+ years I used Delia's. The best part is that their process supposedly includes inspecting buttons and fixing them but even when I asked the employee to make sure they fixed a button I pointed out as broken it still wasn't done upon pick up.Time to find another dry cleaner! read more

I don't recommend this dry cleaner. They ruined a high value item then wanted me to wait 90 days for a check from corporate to replace the item. Shelli the manager isn't professional or customer service oriented when it comes to dealing with problems. Very disappointed. read more

Tide Dry cleaners is on Chandler Rd. is as good as it gets when it comes to a dry cleaners. Their customer service is amazing, always providing prompt service with a smile. The quality is outstanding, my business clothes are always perfectly pressed and accounted for at pickup. They offer same day service and are always always on time! 24-hr service is a plus, but in person service is favorable as it is prompt and pleasant. read more

I had a great experience with this company. I am new to this area and saw this place nearby and decided to give it a try. I explained how I had a last minute business trip sprung on me and immediately needed my suits cleaned. I called them in the late afternoon and explained my situation. I dropped off all my suits in that late afternoon and the next day at noon it was all done and ready and was a quick and easy process! Not to mention walking in there is an experience. Looks like the most advanced dry cleaning I had ever seen in my life. This is definitely my new go to dry cleaning place. read more

They burned my white 100% cotton dress shirt, right on the upper back. My shirt went to them without a burn, now it has a big burn mark on the back.... I went to Tide because it had the Tide name, a name that I've trusted for my home laundry for years. But, instead I got a ruined shirt and poor service from someone who said that my shirt "must have already had the burn mark" when I brought it in. I'm happy to find someplace else that has better quality, even if I have to pay double. Someplace that won't ruin a $90 dress shirt that's only been worn twice before. read more

I'm very disappointed with their work. This was my first and last time at Tide Cleaners. I brought in a wedding gown and it doesn't even smell like it's been washed. The underskirt still has dirt on it and they said they ran it twice! Would not recommend. read more

The worst service ever. Ripped my expensive comforter. Manager Was rude and made it seem like they did me a favor for not charging for the service. Overcharged me for the rest of the service by running my card for a higher amount, then wanted to give me store credit instead of a refund. I experienced a Tide Dry Cleaners today for the first time ever! I pulled up and Shelli came out to great me under the pull-through. We went inside so I could give her my information. When I walked in the amazing smell of clean laundry greeted me! I LOVE the smell of laundry. I DO NOT love the smell of dry cleaning fluid. Shelli explained how regular dry cleaning fluid causes cancer and is even banned in CA! I had no idea. The other thing I loved was it was VERY clean and organized. The racks that hold the clothing after cleaning are all numbered. This numbering system allows you to pull up to a kiosk that is outside, if you should show up after hours! You simply put in the number on your receipt and your pin # (Shelli will give you yours) and you can pick up anytime! No more rushing to make it to the dry cleaners before they close! That kiosk also allows drop offs too! Wow. How convenient. I love this place! read more

I really like Tide Cleaners for laundering my household good and dry cleaning my special clothing items. They do an excellent job. You can request a scent or no scent, which I like. I had some drapery panel dry cleaned and they look beautiful. I had a bad experience at another local cleaners that they had the panels dragging on the floor of the store and they went around the automatic rack they picked up the dirt on the floor! At Tide they provide you a laundry bag with your info inside the bag, so u can drop off items if they are closed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check them out and see for yourself! read more

Have gone to Tide several times. Not the friendliest service, but today was the last time I will go back. Went in to pick up my order. I had gone in earlier in the week, but they were having computer problems, and I figured I would come back instead of waiting for them to do everything manually. Went in Thursday afternoon and found 3 employees inside. The clerk did not acknowledge me in a friendly way. Another person came in while I was waiting for my order, and the clerk began a conversation with her. My order came down, the belt stopped and I had to ask another employee to hand me my order because the first clerk just ignored me. Tide should work on their customer service. read more

I use dry cleaners quite frequently, spending roughly $80+ per month on dry cleaning. My wife had been wanting to try the Tide dry cleaners so I let her take them there so we could get a feel for how good of a job they would do. We took 5 dress shirts, 6 polo shirts and 3 pairs of slacks. When taking the polo shirts out of the plastic, I noticed that they looked a little faded, but what struck me the most was the smell. I can only describe it as a synthetic body odor. It made me clinch when smelling it because it was so bad. I took my dress shirts out of the plastic and found that they too had the same smell and they were not starched. I pulled the slacks out of the plastic and they too smelled, but not as pungent as the polo shirts. I couldn't wear these close because of the smell and the dress shirts wrinkled immediately without starch. I decided to take the cloths back to the Tide dry cleaners and I spoke to the manager about my issues. She told me that she couldn't smell anything bad about the shirts and that it was probably a fragrance added to the dry cleaning solution. They added that horrific smell? She told me that she would "try" to rewash them without the added fragrance. No thanks. She also told me that there was nothing that they could do about the starch because we needed to request it when we dropped them off. That sounds like a cop out to me. I would NEVER take any of my clothes back to this dry cleaner again! read more
