I have been using this Tide cleaners for 8 years (since 2018). In that time I have never filed a claim and have spent somewhere in the range of $9,000 to $10,000. I recently brought in an order that came back missing 8 dress shirts. These were tailored Tom James shirts at around $400 a piece. I filed a request that they search their dead stock of provide compensation either in the form of money or discounts on future orders. I received a letter in the mail informing me that there would be no compensation and that they were confident I was incorrect. This is a cleaners that does not count your clothes when you drop off. They simply say to leave your bag on the counter and it will be ready the next day after 5:00. Out of principle, and after 8 years of loyalty, I have to stop using them. Definitely a case of them cutting off their nose to spite their face. Not long term tho let's in charge of this franchised location. read more

Run of the mill mass market cleaner. For a $25 shirt who cares. For expensive clothing not a chance.

Taking anything to the dry cleaner can be scary. You never really know what's going to happen. Will your pants come back three inches shorter? Will your comforter come back with mystery streaks on it? And that's why I was so glad when I found a dry cleaner that I didn't have to worry about. Delia's Cleaners do a really great job. The staff is very friendly too, which is a nice change and prices are reasonable. I had my comforter cleaned here not too long ago (it's a down queen comforter) and the price was $39.99, but they also told me to go to www.deliascleaners.com to get a coupon for 25 percent off. Nice, huh? Not many places would do something like that. And they got my comforter back to me the next day! I had called Prestige Cleaners before Delia's and they said it would take a week! They're both right by each other, but my advice is to come here instead!! read more

WORST cleaners! These guys ruined 5 out of 5 of my items. Why.. because they washed my instead of dry cleaned, even though I PAID for dry cleaning. They even admitted they made a mistake. I called the manager 10 times, no return calls. Watch out, they also put super glued stickers on the bottom of your shirts without even warning you! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more

I can see where a dry cleaner every so often misses removing an easy stain, but these folks do it repeatedly, even when provided the bright orange stain sticker they fumble the ball. Not only that, but they claim a redo is free then charge you anyway with the cashier claiming there's nothing they can do. Never going back. read more

I enjoyed using Delia's/Tide Cleaner's most of this past year. Recently they lost a $500 sports coat that was a gift from my father for starting medical school. They recorded it as an issue, and three weeks later sent me a poorly written letter stating they did not feel as though they were liable for losing my clothing. Their customer service continuously redirected me and never answered my specific questions. I lost $500 dollars and a beautiful memory in the form of a special jacket because of their incompetence. Easier to use the other cleaners across the street now. Go to Prestige instead. Ashley Pinaire, you should be deeply ashamed of your professional work. read more

Perhaps the worst service experience with a dry cleaner...ever. Prices extremely high, so signed up for "advantage" program (frequent customer " discount" of 20 %) . Absurd markup now at the going rate... no "advantage". Returned to pickup $80.00 order, my "profile" (that I took the time to sign up for) was "not in system , program glitch" need to pay full price. Spent 35 minutes trying to get a Manager to fix the issue...gave up. Teenagers manning the store, ill trained with no "Manager" backup all delivered with the poorest service at a premium price... beware, go elsewhere. JW read more

So I've been taking my clothes to this Delia's for about three years now and have been fairly impressed with their service (obviously, I've been going there for three years). However, something happened recently that may change my mind. I brought my dry cleaning in on Friday, April 12, 2013 and it's always ready the next day after 5:00, which is definitely a plus. So I picked up my clothes on Monday evening after work only to find out they had laundered, not dry cleaned, all of my expensive work shirts. I always leave explicit instructions to NOT launder my shirts as they have strechy material in them and will shrink and fade. Typically they reassure me that they wouldn't ever do that; however, this time they did. I was devastated when I picked them up. I was very poilte. The gentleman apologized and informed me they have several new people working there which may have been why this happened. I left the store with my dry cleaning hoping and praying my shirts were okay. Come to find out the next morning when I put one of them on, they had shrunk. They no longer fit my arms and I look like I'm trying to fit into a child's shirt. I called that day (which wasTuesday), spoke to someone and informed them of what had happened. I was told I would receive a call back in 20 minutes. I did not hear from anyone that day, so I called back the next morning. Again I was told that someone will call me back. It is now Thursday, I have a closet full of shrunken dress shirts and I still have not heard back from anyone. I'm writing this review in hopes of someone at Delia's realizing that you can't just ignore unhappy customers. I will happily return as a customer if they rectify this situation. However, if they do not, I will most definitely bring my business elsewhere since this lack of customer service is unacceptable. I will post again and let whoever is reading this know what happened. Until further notice, I highly recommend to anyone to not bring your clothes here. read more

This place is very reasonably priced and in a convenient location next to Albertsons. Unfortunately, the tend to break all the buttons on your clothes and clothes typically come back creased since the don't dry clean in house. Your clothes have to survive the trip from the cleaning plant and during the move they don't stay pressed. However, they do offer same day service which is quite helpful read more

I found the recommendations on Yelp helpful and decided to try this Delia's location. I have now lost all my patience with them and will not be going again. When I first started using them a couple of months ago after learning they didn't dry clean all of the things I left (even though I said I wanted them dry cleaned) I made it clear in the notes on my profile that ALL clothes left are to be dry cleaned, in particular my husbands business shirts. This afternoon I went to pick items up and for the 3rd time they did not dry clean the shirts. I asked what I needed to do to have this note in the system actually recognized (which she said was there) and she proceeded to ask me "Why do you want them dry cleaned?" Not that it is any of her business but I said that they were custom made in Asia and that having them Dry Cleaned is what I wanted. She then said "So... You know it is more cost effective not to". As I immediately asked why it was her business how I spend my money (and my husband started getting very agitated that she would even ask the question) she said we can always go to another location. Well, that was easily the answer when they were delivered laundered not dry cleaned but I am happy to take my business away from Delia's even more so because of the horrible treatment of the staff member today. (I did not get the employees name but she was working 9/9 at 12:30pm) The staff is terrible and clearly d not pay attention to details... to spite a client requesting a specific service multiple times. Save your time, money and patience and (as the woman from the Delia's location said) take your business to the Dry Cleaners across the street. read more
