The price was good but they were not very thorough. I had requested a pre-move in deep clean but unfortunately that is not what I got. If you are looking for a general cleaning this would have been fine but I would not recommend tidy box if you are looking for a detailed deep cleaning. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I this is necessary. I requested a deep clean service. However, I still had to clean after the crew left. The deep clean service is supposedly to include a lot of things they did not do. The inside cabinets in the entire condo except 1, the outside of the fridge, all the windows and windowsills, they made no attempts to move anything on the floors that was in the way for vacuuming and mopping. Most came back with flat rates that seemed unreasonable considering my apartment is only 750 sq feet. Christhian was accommodating, answered my many questions, and gave me a reasonable price. I contacted Tidy Box spoke with Christhian, the owner. I needed cleaning services for my garage which is very unusual as most cleaning is for homes only, but he was willing to do my garage. After explaining to him what I wanted done and provided date/time, he was able to accommodate me right away. The first attempt, his 2 workers canceled at the last minute due to a family emergency. We then rescheduled for 2 days after. He sent 2 ladies, Ismenia & Raquel. They were punctual, friendly & professional. They did an outstanding job in my garage, so I posted photos of the before and after. I am so extremely happy with the job they did, I would highly recommend this cleaning services to anyone. I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family and will use them again. Keep up the great job! P.S. the only reason I did not give them a 5 star was because of the cancellation at the last minute as I had taken the day off for that day.
