My wife and I went to this optometrist to get full-time glasses for myself and reading glasses for my wife. My wife had a problem with the lens that Dr Niro prescribed for her left eye. Her vision was blurry and she also had double vision so we went back to see Dr. Nero and he wasn't in , so we saw the assistant and the assistant was very helpful in trying to adjust the glasses but was unsuccessful in helping her with her vision issue . The assistant was going to see Dr. Nero tell him about the problem that my wife was having and Dr. Nero called us at our home and told us that there's nothing he can do and he said that he cannot Write two different prescriptions for the same pair of glasses , that she could only have one eye that can see perfectly and there's nothing he could do for the other eye. Come to find out he's a liar. We researched the issue through multiple optometrists and found that you can absolutely have a different prescription for each eye . I can't now and will never recommend this optometrist to anybody for anything , as a matter of fact, if I could give him negative 5 stars I would . We will most likely have to take legal action to get what we paid for and that is a very sad situation!
