Love Tierra Mia! Haven't been here in a while but use to love it when they first opened the Long Beach location. My favorite is the rice and beans frappe. Great Latin inspired drinks and pastries. Always delicious. If you're in the mood for a coffee with a unique twist I definitely recommend. Also the late hours are so convenient when you're in the mood for some coffee or something sweet late at night! This location can be busy and has an odd drive through but luckily the staff does a good job to keep the flow moving.

After a dinner with a friend of mine, we went for coffee. Now please know that this was after most other places seemed to be closing. So we chose Tierra Mia Coffee. I've been to one before, but I enjoyed this location. The staff member that took our order was very helpful in explaining the flavors and was pleasant to talk with. Although the lady serving the drinks seemed like she was tired. Hahaha, and not as friendly. Hahaha... Regardless, it was busy at some point in time, but never got overly noisy. So it was a comfortable setting to hang out and talk while enjoying our drinks. If I'm ever up for coffee and in the area, I would definitely go back and try some of their other flavors. I can't say I'm an expert at their blends of coffee, but I did enjoy my Mazapan Peanut Frappe, and strawberry tres leches muffin. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Mexicano Frappe: 4/5 Imagine a chocolate chip frappe with a dash of cinnamon. It's usually sweeter and bit stronger, but I think they were training someone new. It's a very pleasant and smooth flavor. The texture is icy, but in a good way, kind of like a finer shave ice. You should try it at least once! Sugar-Free Vanilla Almond Milk Latte: 4.5/5 They don't skimp out on the syrup here. I found it a little too sweet, but next time I will ask for it with less syrup. Like most lattes, the milks and syrups are pretty generic but I love the coffee here. Smoky and dark make it very flavorful and satisfying. Ambiance: I've never actually gone inside, only the drive through. Service: Even with long lines, the drive through is quick. Service has always been kind and attentive. Parking: Parking is a little cramped and you can get trapped by the drive-thru line. Not big car friendly.

This place is an absolute lifesaver for getting work done. 5 stars for saving my life. Lol I dropped my mom off at her doctor's clinic, which is just a short 40 steps away, for her f/u and IV injections. While I was waiting, I quickly realized the Dr's office didn't offer any free Wi-Fi, and I didn't want to drain my hotspot (I'd already burned through 30 mins) ‍ Soooo.... I decided to make a quick getaway to Tierra Mia Coffee, and wooooow genius ol' me should have thought of that a long time ago. The ambiance inside was so cozy and vibrant, it's giving Latino cultural vibes. Loved it. I ordered a matcha drink (of course) and was delightful. Along w/ that a tres leche muffin I couldn't finish. (big back status) I've also tried their delicious Horchata frappé in the past, which was 5/5. Next on my list? The Lavender Latte. Customer service was great and it was quick. Moved out of LA to Arizona and Tierra Mia is the one coffee shop I miss the most!! Every time I come back to visit, Tierra Mia is a must! Per usual, I always order sweet drinks so my go to is always the Horchata frappe... I love it every single time! This last trip I was hesitant on trying something different as I didn't want to regret wasting a drink knowing I wouldn't be able to come back the next day for my usual drink. I ended up changing it up. I had their horchata matcha and will say, I did not regret it! I was back in town the following week and decided to get their matcha again, I changed the milk to oat milk but I wasn't a fan. I felt like it changed the flavor tremendously tasting more like just milk. If your interested in trying it out, I recommend having it with the original milk. The service is always helpful, attentive, and accommodating! To me, it looks like the seating area could be a little more upkept. Other than that, I 100% recommend Tierra Mia Coffee and Pastries!

OMG! It was my first and second time here ever and both in the same day. I got one at like 11am and came back at 8pm. That horchata frappe is so so delicious. I'm never going to Starbucks ever again. The service is pretty quick even with the long line. Very affordable. Got 4 drinks in the for like $20 bucks. Can't beat that anywhere. I'll be going back very soon for more. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Ordered a dulce de leche frappe. Was drinking it then felt something hard pass through the straw. Thought it was ice so i tired to bite it but it didnt break. Spit it out and it was this.

I've been coming to this location for years now, and it'll always be a staple in my coffee on the go spots. I love that they have a drive thru! I usually order the same thing when I go but it was the last day of the year and I was like let me go out with a small bang and try something *different*. I tried the horchata matcha and boy was I surprised! This was a whole different flavor introduced to my palate. I was slurping on this drink like there was no tomorrow it was so giggity good!! I would hear about people raving about horchata matchas on social media but I would always forget about it. But wow. 10/10. Better than your ex. If you like horchata and you like matcha, you HAVE to try it. If you don't like matcha or horchata then don't try it. And if you like one and not the other flip a coin and see if it's your day to try it. For pastries I'm giving up my gatekeeping here but the tres leches muffin warmed up??? Ayoooooo that's some next level stuff. Absolutely heavenly. The way it's super moist and warm AND just melts in your mouth, hey stick with me I'm talking about a muffin... it's just very memorable and hard to forget about. Also it was extremely busy for being NYE so the customer service was lacking in terms of friendliness and such-- they just took my order and went back to making drinks but hey I get it there's was probably 12 drinks waiting to be made from the drive thru alone. The inside has plenty space to have ur cafecito and chisme. But the parking is very limited and it's a small lot.

I love this coffee shop and spot! I always come here in the morning and the line is usually not that long. I love their Rice and Beans Frappé! It's my go to! I love the combination of the horchata and coffee beans! I get the crunch while I sip on my coffee. It's usually more calm during the morning before 9AM, after that, it's always busy here so lines can get pretty big and noisy.

Why was today my first time here!? I ordered the horchata cold brew with oat milk and omg it is so smooth and great flavor! The drive thru is a hot mess but I have to say the drink was worth the wait! I'll have to find out when their off peak hours are so I can go back then.

Love this location, fast, clean and with a scenic drive home it's the best way to enjoy your drinks and pastries. Can never go wrong with the horchata frappe 10/10 Their tres leche muffin is another must try. They definitely have an excellent selection to choose from. The workers always so friendly and great service. They have a good amount of inside sitting area, they have restrooms, and drive thru. Definitely a recommended spot to try. read more

Great spot overall. The drinks are consistently on point, and the pastries are seriously delicious. You can tell there's real quality behind everything they serve. That said, I really hope they bring back utensils for pastries. Some of these items, like the tres leches muffins, are almost impossible to eat without a fork. It kind of takes away from the experience having to struggle through something that's meant to be enjoyed. Still a great place, just one small fix would make it even better. read more

I'm so frustrated with the service here today. I love this coffee shop, but the priority system makes zero sense. I stopped by before work and saw about 8 cars in the drive-thru. The lobby was completely empty--not a single soul inside--so I decided to park and walk in, thinking it would be faster. Big mistake. There were 6 to 7 staff members working, but they were completely focused on the drive-thru. They were incredibly slow with my order and ended up handing me my drink last. I watched every single car that was already in line when I arrived get their order and drive away before I even got mine. Also, in-person walk-ins should be faster, or at the very least, orders should be made in the order they are received. It is completely unfair to hold up someone standing right in front of you just to clear out the drive-thru. Extremely disappointing experience read more

I have been coming to Ti Miah for years and it is truly my go to spot. I am obsessed with their horchata latte. It is my regular order and they never disappoint. I have tried almost all of their pastries, from the tres leches muffin to the cheese roll, and everything is so good. My absolute favorite is the tres leches muffin. It is rich, soft, and perfectly sweet. This is hands down my favorite coffee shop when I am craving a sweet treat. read more

My favorite when I am craving an ice horchata latte or frappe , when I'm not craving coffee I usually get the strawberries and crème frappe , my daughter's favorite as well . Also have to get the tres leches muffin warmed up . So freakin good I could cry . drive thru line can get long but more fairly quickly . read more

Food: 5/5 The ice horacata matcha latte was very tasty. Not overly sweet, minimal ice. The taste of horchata is definitely present and really can't go wrong with green tea match. The guava cheese pastry was wonderful. The smell of heated pastry bread is so good during a morning pickup! Service: 4/5 Staff was nice and quick. I love coming to Tierra Mia, the service is always fast and the drinks are always consistent. I either order the horchata frappe or the horchata cold brew and it never misses. One thing I love about this place is they stay consistent to the recipes so it feels like I'm getting the same drink every time. Their butter croissants are so fluffy and buttery make sure to get it warmed up. I always go through the third drive through and when I say the line is always packed, it's sometimes around the corner. But the wait is never too long. Will always come here for my morning needs. read more

went today tuesday july 7th 2026 @10:17pm after a night shift at the hospital and got a large horchata frappe the usual and i was very disappointed. the frappe was very watery and tasted like pure coffee beans like you can still taste the beans of the coffee . idk if they changed the recipe but it was either too much ice and not enough horchata /cinnamon but yeah I really hope we can fix this because i love me some tierra mia !! read more

I came to Long Beach from out of town. I typically do Starbucks, but my family was raving about this place and it was within walking distance! The White Mocha Cold Brew was worth every dollar, and it was cost effective! I drove through and walked in, both were very fast and easy! Highly highly recommend! read more

Soo busy if you go anytime after 10am!! We went at 11am on a Sunday and finally made it to the pickup window at 11:25am. The parking lot is really small so if you park near the drive thru line you're most likely going to get stuck. I ordered the Horchata frappe and it's so good, definitely their most popular, I'd recommend trying it read more

Warning. There is NO parking at this location and the drive-through line leaked into the road. But I know why! Anyway there is plenty of street parking if you want to sit inside the tiny dining area for your snack and drink. The decor is sparse, bordering on ugly but clean and comfortable. Our cashier was so nice. She answered our questions so politely and patiently. My drink was delicious. I ordered the Mocha Mexicana hot and it was so perfectly concocted. I like the sweet treats and the cold brews especially the horchata cold brew, theirs is the best. Period. Yes better than Starbucks, Dunkin', idc who, theirs is the best. The service is always good and the Cuban pictures and history give it a nice ambiance. read more

This is my first bad experience at the location. I don't mind the long wait in the drive through but my coffee was completely wrong and i didn't get a receipt. I ordered a medium iced horchata latte with oat milk. I got a small coffee with regular milk. I am beyond disappointed in the service today. And to top it off my total was almost $10. read more

Typically, the service, pastries, coffee, and ambiance here are pretty good. However, having worked in and managed teams in similar environments, I know how important attitude is no matter the shift, whether it's opening, midday, or closing. I visited around opening hours (5:30 a.m.) through the drive-thru with my partner, and the interaction unfortunately created some discomfort. The girl on the headset sounded upset, short, and lacked any empathy or enthusiasm. Many people are up early to start their day, and it really affects the experience when, despite greeting staff politely, we're met with a flat "WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU" instead of a simple "Good morning" or a friendly tone. Waking up and working super early isn't for everyone, so maybe this establishment should revisit who opens the store in the mornings. read more

Excellent! Do NOT let the long long long long drive-thru line discourage you. It's totally worth the wait. We had the cubanito- hot (available cold as well) and the cocolito and also the matcha and the orchata cappuccino cold.... They were ALL VERY good! Yes!!! The pork plate was good, a bit small but we enjoyed it. Now the mussles and frites were disappointing too. The sauce just didn't do it for me (other friends agreed). I always talked really highly about Nonna Mercato (I also enjoyed the brunch so much) and always told people that this is one of my most favorite restaurants in Long Beach, but this one really missed the mark for me and my friends. My partner got the fried chicken and waffles with the amazing berry compote and cinnamon crème fraîche was *chef's kiss.* The servers were all great (and hot) we had a perfect lunch. Oh, the flash brewed ice coffee is good, along with the monkey business and coconut foam. That was amazing!

Las otras opciones están buenas también. Pero el Cubano Con Leche es como estar en otro mundo! El staff podría ser un poco mas amable. Un muchacho alto ahi asta ya me conoce de nombre. Recomiendo que todo los empleados sigan en los pasos de este muchacho. If you are going to get coffee here, you must try the Cubano Con Leche. If not, don't even bother coming! In all seriousness, it is that good! I recommend it 100%. Their other coffees are good too. But the Cubano Con Leche is just out of this world. The staff could be a bit kinder. Great place to enjoy a sweet coffee & pastries but due to the situation only drive-thru is available but that won't make a difference when it comes to flavors. I always stop by here on my way to work to pick me up a Cinnamon Frapp, the first time I ever order the Cinnamon Frap was horrible, it had too much Cinnamon so the taste was too strong, so be careful when you order for the first time. Then I told them to go easy on the Cinnamon which they did & the taste completely changed, from a strong Cinnamon taste to a Frapp taste with a little bit of Cinnamon, way better now. Overall is a 5-star since the staff is always friendly to your needs which is really important. Thank you! read more

This location is infested with homeless people. I go through the drive thru it's the same homeless man panhandling there everyday you'd think Tierra Mia would've fixed this situation already. And if he's not by the drive thru he's in the parking lot waiting for people to get out of their vehicles. This establishment is supposed to be a family friendly business it's very unsafe to always having to be interacting with these homeless people when I'm just trying to get coffee and pastries for me and my family. God forbid anything ever happens to any customers because Tierra Mia will be liable as it is on their property the homeless people constantly use as a place to panhandle on. read more

I love stopping by Tierra Mia Coffee--it's always a special treat to start the morning. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the pastries never disappoint. My personal favorite is the horchata latte, which has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. When I need an extra boost, I go for the Cubano. My coworkers are big fans of the frappes, and we all enjoy trying different drinks. As for pastries, the churro muffin is a standout for me--sweet, soft, and full of flavor. My coworkers especially love the tres leches muffin as well. Overall, it's a great spot for both coffee and treats, and it's become one of our favorite morning go-tos. read more

My fiancé and I visited this place the other day, and we were unsure about what to order. However, the person working in the front was very helpful and recommended several different coffee options based on our preferences for sweetness and bitterness. We decided to try the Horchata Cold Brew, which was absolutely amazing. We also ordered the guava cheese and the dulce almond, which were both delicious. The food and drinks were served very quickly, and we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We definitely plan on coming back to this location for its amazing coffee, food, and customer service. read more

Decent coffee that is inspired by Latin American flavors, more stylish, better customer service than Starbucks, AND this is a local/regional chain to California. This coffee shop also has a drive thru and wifi. Not to mention the baristas were very helpful. I really like their horchata ice frappe, it's so delicious with a perfect balance. Cheers! read more

This place WAS a favorite of mine. Until today. I witnessed an employee throw a customer's order ON THE GROUND because he happened to be a police officer. I was absolutely appalled. That employee should be fired immediately! I don't care where you stand politically, a customer is a customer. You lost many loyal customers for life. read more

My go-to! Friendly service and the drive thru doesn't take as long as it may appear. I usually stick with my iced vanilla latte with caramel and oat milk with a cheese delight on the side. The muffins are fire too (churro & blueberry). I also enjoy their seasonal menu. read more
