But this review is about something bigger than dessert. The strawberry cheesecake here reminds me of my mom. It was her favorite, and it was one of the last desserts I got to share with her. Anytime she wanted a sweet treat, that's what she asked for. Ordering it now keeps me connected to her. This past July, on her 3rd birthday in heaven, I placed an order to celebrate her. The menu only had cherry cheesecake that day, so I wrote a note explaining what the strawberry meant to me. The staff didn't just make it happen, they sent an extra slice of strawberry cheesecake on top of it. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The people here have always been this kind. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and to my surprise, she was able to provide me with a fresh Black Cake right away! The moment my daughter and I tasted it, we knew we had found something special. The cake is rich, moist, and perfectly spiced. Every bite is full of authentic flavor and pure delight.
