I placed a simple online order for two items and paid in full, selecting this location for in-store pickup. Before I had a chance to pick up my order, they sold one of the items I had already paid for to someone else. That should never happen with a confirmed, paid order. When I came in to sort it out, the experience only got worse. Ramiro Alvarado Suarez and Rissian Aspurias couldn't get their story straight, and the manager, accused us of not knowing which hotel we were in rather than addressing the problem. No apology, no solution, no effort to make it right. Their only explanation was that their system is "so slow" they didn't realize the item had already been sold and paid for. That's not a customer's problem to absorb. If your inventory system can't reliably hold an item that's been purchased, you shouldn't be offering pickup at all. Locals, save yourself the frustration and avoid this location. A paid order should mean the item is yours not still on the floor for the next person to walk off with. read more

He did not even know that the Return to Tiffany line comes in two tone which is Rubedo and Silver, smh. I made an appointment prior to coming in and got seen by Isabella right away. This location wasn't busy at the time of visit. I came in to purchase the Espresso cups for a housewarming gift to our auntie. Opted for the original Tiffany blue color. The cups were so adorable. I met a friendly sales associate who took my necklace and rings to quickly clean them and showed me some of the items from the Knot collection and Snake ring/necklace as well as some cute "X" earrings to try for size. I stumbled upon this location of Tiffany & Co walking from Caesar's Palace to Bellagio. I had just landed earlier that morning and it was too early to check-in to my room so I still had my luggage with me. The security was soooooo sweet and kind, he offered for me to leave my bags with him so I can roam around comfortably. I was bumming it off the plane in my leggings and random top too, so I looked pretty bummy. I was surprised I got such impeccable service. After entering, the sweet security connected me with Sam, one of their jewelry advisors. Not sure what her official job title is... but relative to her help with me on that day... I consider her my trusted jewelry advisor. I told Sam what I was looking for and she showed me a variety of options. There's the thicker chains, thin chains and apparently a new middle sized one. I like the medium size one for bracelets but I think I either like the thicker chain for special occasions or the thin chain for daily use. Sam totally understood my preferences and found me the perfect piece for me. It was part of the Return to Tiffany Mini 2 Heart pendant with the little diamond in the center. I'm an April baby. This occurred, 5/31/25. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The service that we received (rather NEVER received) was a 0/5, causing me to question if it's because of how we look (African American). There were several available associates, but we were not rendered any service. Once entering, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. I stood at a counter, while an associate stood a mere few feet away from me and no acknowledgment. My family and I then walked towards the back of the shop and we were passed by 2 associates, who again did not greet nor acknowledge us. I had to literally walk up to the group of associates (the 3 individuals we encountered that did not acknowledge us) who are now talking amongst each other (because they were NOT talking to us) and inquire what needed to be done to receive some service. It was only then that someone said they were willing to help us. At this point, I'm now ready to leave, because I don't believe in spending money where I am not respected. I have purchased 3 pieces from Tiffany in the past - at another location and received superb service. While vacationing in Vegas, I was shopping for a specific piece, which was meant to be a gift for my younger sister who also accompanied me and witnessed this negative interaction. We stopped by the Tiffany in the Wynn yesterday, who had less available staff, but nonetheless we received superb service; however, they did not have the piece available that I was shopping for. My elderly mother, who had also accompanied me to this location was also very surprised at the poor service, being that thus far we had received GREAT service. Just yesterday, we made purchases from Prada and Gucci - superb service. High tea at Waldorf Astoria - superb service. Spa services at the Bellagio Spa and Salon - superb service. Dinner at Mayfair Supper Club - superb service. ATTEMPTED shopping at Tiffany & Co Bellagio - inferior service. Tiffany is now the Used Car Dealer of Jewelry stores.The sales associate was very pleasant and appeared eager to make a sale of their "Knot" piece. Told her I was considering buying for my fiancee for Christmas but would wait until closer to the holiday to purchase. The sales associate followed up in a text to me with an affirmation of the quoted price of $5,500 on Oct 9th. We had several texts since that time and I made the decision to purchase on Dec 6th and applied for their 12 month no interest financing plan given there was no finance charge even though I was able to pay the entire amount if needed. The sales associate immediately inserted herself into the financing and my app was approved within hours only to find out when she provided the financing terms, the total of the transaction was significantly higher than the quoted price so I asked why and she said they had a price increase of $600. At no time during the various texts was I advised of the price increase until the financing was approved (not to mention the fact that now I have a credit application and approval on my credit report and score with no purchase). I certainly am armed with street smarts when dealing with a used car dealer but I expected more from Tiffany which I thought (used to be) was respectable and honorable. I guess they still think their brand is worth the extra $$$$ they charge but not in my book after this experience. Oh well. Live and learn and from here forward I will exercise caution when dealing with brands that put themselves on a pedestal and certainly will stay out of the Tiffany store and brand read more

Sure, I like this place like any girl would. However, I tend to get frustrated when the eyes of sales professionals tend to glaze over when they realize what you are asking has nothing to do with a sale. Especially now, they are probably knocking themselves over for one in these desperate times. I'd prefer not to actually deal with them and shop online, but since the actual customer service areas where you would have your jewelry serviced have been removed from most of their stores, I have no choice but to interact with sales people who clearly lack the knowledge. Unaware if you customers are aware, but if you want your jewelry cleaned in these times, it is no longer done on site, and everything is sent out to the New York. And I mean EVERYTHING, which now includes diamonds, precious stones, and pearls. No more simple (free) steam cleaning that would have you in and out in about 15 minutes. Also, there is a charge to do so (as of this month, it is $90 PER PIECE) and yes, this is for the fine jewelry I mentioned above, which never was charged prior. This shows how much they must be struggling as a company. Now I certainly don't blame this specific location for the change in taking care of your jewelry, but the fact I had to find the specifics above at another Tiffany location is what I was annoyed by. Sad; the last visit I had at this store a couple years back was a joy. Times have certainly changed. As for the cleaning policy, I'm hoping the criteria will change again but I won't hold my breath. read more

This last time I had a repair in and when my husband went in to pick it up the man who helped him was not nice or friendly. He actually had a bad experience at Tiffany's. They have enough stuff for you to get a good idea about your piece. 2. You'll probably have to order your item if you want something specific or "untouched." It's no problem. Ship to house or store. My husband and I purchased the lock ring in white gold with diamonds for our 38th wedding anniversary/ $3700 plus tax. (over four thousand dollars) This was the Tiffany boutique at the Wynn. The boutique fitted the ring for my "pinky finger". After 2.5 months I went to an evening social event, talked with friends, sat down and realized the ring had fallen off my finger. I looked all around everywhere and told four people. The desjgn is not circular, but is shaped like a lock. It does not fit securely. I have talked to customer service and Michael, the store manager. I would like my ring replaced or a refund. He said he will try to see if the store can make an exception. He hasn't called me back. This poor design does not fit the reputation of Tiffany. $4000 for a ring that falls off your finger after 2.5 months??? Let's see what happens. We received exceptional service here. Our salesperson assisted us well beyond what we expected. She took her time and showed us several pieces. I eventually went back to the oval tag necklace I've been wanting to purchase for awhile. We were informed it was being discontinued. Nooo! Decision made. They only had one available and while she was preparing to package it, we noticed a few scratches on it. She called the location at the Forum, and they only had one also. This necklace was in perfect condition because it had not been unpackaged. It was near closing time, but they were able to hold it for us and we arrived in the knick of time. They have awesome special Christmas events where they serve champagne, present new jewelry items & take a picture that they specially Tiffany frame & send to you. I have only had one bad experience, which after three times they sent me a brand new Atlas ring! Since then I love them even more. Also after being to the one in NYC, gorgeous, waiting on a cleaning for your jewelry there is like waiting at the DMV! We so have it made in Vegas, especially at this Tiffany's. Certain items do need to be sent to NYC however, which is fine. Other cleanings take 15m to an hour. I love the remodel, even though I did not think that I would. I am a true Tiffany's girl at heart. Always store your Tiffany's collection in a well guarded place such as a safety deposit box. I know criminals are on here lerking, but I only wear it when I'm in the casino or a tight security area. I was so elated to find that this Tiffany branch had a Customer Service department that was friendly and professional. I didn't have to deal with any salespeople. As I walked into fashion, a sales professional asked if I needed assistance and she helped me. She counted the number of pieces and quickly went to the back. I enjoyed some time walking around through all the rooms, took more interest in the home goods selection, but didn't find anything I really needed at the moment. The selections are pretty average, compared to the other locations I've been to. About 5 minutes or so passed and the jewelry was clean! Although, a couple of the pieces could have used a little more love. They could have spent a little more time maybe polishing them up with with a cloth. I was hoping Richard Zhao was working so I could ask for him and use his expert advise on what to buy for my girlfriend this year. I didn't expect to get much attention at the shop because I decided to ride my motorcycle for the ease of parking and I was dressed like a bum with a helmet in my hand. To my surprise Richard not only recognized me, he remembered my name! I feel like Richard has an expert understanding of his current inventory, what's trending, and what his customers are looking for. The person who performs the cleaning went home early and the back area was closed up. I was surprised by this because it was only 5 p.m. on a Saturday and I've never had a problem dropping in at any other location. I told them that it was okay and I would come back at a different time (or stop by the Bellagio location) and this was unacceptable to them. They insisted on turning on the machine for me because they wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
