I only go to Tiffany's Coffee for one thing and one thing only: The warm Pastrami Sandwich with extra pastrami and avocado. There's not much else to describe except that it is THE BEST Pastrami Sandwich in town.

Tiffany's is a very small restaurant, but as you can see from my pics they have an incredible variety of offerings. My outside pic will make it easy to find. As you can see from my inside pic, for breakfast and lunch, they have something for you. We stopped by for a cup of coffee and it was an easy on-off from the freeway.

I was going to give one star but felt bad. They opened up an hour late but for good reason. The owner had to take family member to ER. So very understandable. I ordered a hot mocha and a ham and bacon breakfast bagel while waiting for my wife in surgery next door. It was super good. The ambiance is nice and they have a lottery machine inside to play some scratchers. I won $25 on one ticket and $40 on another. Girl next to me won $55 on a ticket and $20'on another. This lottery machine is hot for sure. Great place to grab a bite and get a coffee and relax

    Thai ice tea

Great croissants and Thai Tea, I tried Thai Tea before once in a different place and didn't like it, gave it a chance today because the sandwiches are good and I'm glad I did! Their Thai ice tea doesn't take like it has a lot of milk which I like! I just wish the croissants were bigger, price a little high. They toast the croissants so they are crispy after biting into it. I got sausage egg and cheese croissant, the picture menu showed the price at $6.49 but the other list menu shows it a $7.75 I realized this until I got the receipt.

My younger cousins have been going to Tiffany's for what seems like decades. I had yet to try it until recently... I got the hot pastrami, no pickles with mustard and mayo. Medium thin cut, flavorful pastrami and the fixins I mentioned inside a toasted bahn mi roll... That's the key. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the interior. I see now why my cousins have went here as their tried & true over the many years. The pastrami is flavorful but a touch oily, the mustard and mayo, lettuce were tasty accompaniments and the bread was just perfect. Very busy during lunch time. Smoothies and boba drinks also availiable.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee - note the air!! Combination Sandwich

TLDR: Bitterwsweet Vietnamese coffee, pretty good sandwiches, long wait times on orders. ------ Tiffany's Coffee was a location I visited after craving coffee from an errand. Their parking lot is rather compact, making it difficult for large cars. The neighboring streets are no help as they, too, are narrow. Fortunately, I was able to fit my SUV in a spot for 15 minutes before leaving. I ordered a large Vietnamese Iced Coffee and a combination sandwich, unsure of what to expect. I was a little disappointed at the iced coffee since it wasn't filled to the top and had quite a bit of air up top. I took a quick sip of it, and I braced for impact. I'm glad I did, because the about a third of a can of condensed milk in that drink left my throat quite scratchy. The shots of espresso were still present, and overall the drink was a bittersweet nightmare. I ended up diluting it twice at home to get it to be drinkable. The combination sandwich was nice; I have to admit quite simple and affordable for a sandwich. It is a little different in that there wasn't the fried bits in there, but their choices of meat were better than any other banh mi that I've had at other locations. I was also surprised that my order took quite some time to fill despite there being 3 workers and only one customer ahead of me who ordered one drink.

I love pastrami and was recommended to try this location. Good pastrami sandwich made any way you like. Hot and warm and tastes great. Got their boba as well, not too bad. I would have given 5 stars but customer service is terrible. I was the only customer so there was no rush. Service lady was emotionless and never said thank you. Not a single smile.

Now, our waiter Caroll was probably of the hardest workers I've ever had the pleasure of being served by, and it's almost comedic that I couldn't leave my drink empty for longer for a few seconds before it was infact, topped up. Bottomless drinks really do exist here. On top of that, caroll suggested strawberry lemonade and passion fruit ice tea in lieu of my normal Arnold Palmer that's my go to on account of being out of lemonade. The resulting concoction I've lovingly dubbed: The Susie Summers. Official ratios still being tweaked but: 40% Strawberry lemonade 60% Passion Fruit Iced Tea Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint. While I had the Black Cow burger it wasn't of paricular note, it was pleasant BUT I did order it medium well, out of an abundance of caution for a new place. I'm very confident that trying it medium rare will likely improve the beef flavor. Overall a tasty burger regardless. However, the chicken pot pie my partner ordered was plated beautifully and had a wonderful puff pastry atop a very savory and delightfully seasoned filling. I definitely think it was a show stopper. I even asked Caroll to surprise me with a random dessert, and let me tell you, the Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake is what dreams are made of. Very nicely sweet with a filling to knock your socks off. Oh the joys of new sights and smells. Cheers!

If it wasn't for the location, I don't think the restaurant would be nearly as popular. Our server was friendly, but not as attentive as we would've liked. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bowl while everyone else had pasta. We enjoyed our food, but agreed that neither the portion nor the flavor entice us enough to come back. (My husband had the steak and mushroom penne, friends had the Chimchurri steak and the wedge salad) The negatives: I had the shrimp risotto and found it blah. The serving was very small - i feel like American portions are often obscenely large (and don't like that), but this was much smaller than average and I was still hungry after eating it. The flavor was ok, but nothing to write home about. And the shrimp were very small - what my husband and I call "bait" shrimp. Not the large shrimp you usually get at a nice restaurant. Since i was still hungry, I ordered a cobbler. It was fine, but not great. Texture was a bit strange - not traditional. Probably won't come back. The food is just not that interesting. It's like the kind of food you'd eat at a Midwestern buffet restaurant.

When he first came to our table he didn't say hello or offer us appetizers or a cocktail. He asked for our dinner order. We ordered the fajita quesadilla and a combo plate. Daniel brought me the wrong taco; the taco was mostly lettuce and cheese very little meat ~ I was surprised because when I ordered this in the past it was excellent and done right (Not his fault tho he did write down my taco order incorrectly). He never came back to our table to check on us. When we were done we asked for a box because we had a lot of food left. He looked at it and brought us a tiny box. What was he thinking?? We asked the bus boy for another and he brought us the correct size. It was hard to get Daniels attention; we tried a few times to flag him down but he wasn't looking at us. We watched him a few different times throughout our time there, to see how he was with the other tables. We came to the conclusion that he looked like a fish out of water. Maybe he was overwhelmed even though the restaurant was a little more than half full last night at 5:30. Then he brought us our check while we were still eating! I told him I wanted to order dessert. Again, he had no clue what he was doing. I suggest the management take a look at this review and address this issue with him. Our experiences here have always been great, been coming for years.
