After not going for a year, I gave another shot yet they are horrible business. I don't know how they are staying in business with that customer service. Mom and daughter barely understand English, when I ordered a ham&cheese croissant over the phone they asked me if I want "regular" or "regular" sandwich. (?????????) I love their sandwiches and boba. This is not even exclusively a boba place, yet surprisingly I love the boba more than most other actual Boba only places, and it comes at a good price too. The hot pastrami is always an easy choice, anyone I've recommended that sandwich to became a regular customer. I do miss the old prices, not many years ago sandwiches were only $5-6 and were an amazing deal compared to other places, but prices have doubled since, which is one reason I go less frequently, but it's still great place for sandwiches. read more

I decided to try this place out since it's next door to my laser treatment facility that I go to. Sad to say, I was not impressed by the food here. I ordered #25 egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich and it didn't taste good at all for the $5.00 I paid. The eggs had no salt or pepper while the sausage was too salty and rubbery. This is just my two cents, but if you are looking for boba in Glendale you are in the wrong place and city. Tiffany's Coffee just tipped me over the edge as far as bordering boba burn out. This review is just for the drinks and not the sandwiches. My son and I were in the vicinity at Best Buy looking for some "Lost" and "Walking Dead" dvd's. "Lost" episodes are now showing on G4, but if you miss one you will really be lost. Anyway, we thought we'd kill two birds with one stone and check out the local boba action in Glendale. I should have just known better when Yelp only had three places listed. The first one listed was Surf City Squeeze. I burned myself on that place over 10 years ago and if you want to turn your stomach just walk in the Food Park at the Glendale Galleria. Da Juice Bar was also listed and one my friends had a bad experience there so I'll pass on that. The final place listed was Tiffany's Coffee on Pacific. I had already had one boba earlier in the day at Tazza, but my son who is also on the quest did not. That was my reasoning on getting more than one in a day. Big mistake for me, not so much for my teenager. If you've ever driven down Pacific near Glenoaks you will know that you are basically taking your life in your own hands. I hate driving in Glendale to begin with, but this street just takes the cake. First attempt at finding this place I drive right on by and head up near "The Neat Bar". Had my son not been with me I would have just gone in there for something neat and strong because the traffic in Glendale is enough to frazzle anyone's last nerve. We proceeded to drive around the block with all the road construction going on and finally find Tiffany's Coffee. Tiffany's Coffee is in a run down little strip mall just south of Glenoaks. I noticed that one of the largest retail spaces was vacant on the north side and little Tiffany's Coffee was in the tiniest space in the corner. Just letting you know there is no curb appeal. It's basically a hole in the wall. Tiffany's also sells sandwiches and had I done my research I would have realized that was what people come in for. The drinks are not one of them. All the drinks are made with powdered mixes and I should have known better, but I wasn't using my brain at the time. Second mistake was ordering a milk black tea concoction. My son took the safe route and just ordered the mocha. If you don't mind sending your blood sugar soaring than this is your place. If you are trying to watch your sugar, do not get one of these. Who knows what else is in them besides tons of sugar, but I just have a feeling it is not good. They do not use freshly brewed tea that I could see at all. There is zero ambiance. This place is cluttered up the ying yang and jam packed full of stuff. I think the local workers like coming in to grab a pastrami sandwich according to some other Yelp reviews. There's a bunch of Oasis signs, so I have a feeling that's the brand of mix they use for their drinks. Reminds me of "Big Train" which I won't drink anymore either. The service is good and that is nice. All the ladies working behind the counter are friendly and look like they are really working hard. If you want a sandwich Tiffany's seems to have good reviews for those and the prices seem to be good. Just don't order the smoothies and boba drinks unless you like the powdered variety. read more

Tiffany's is a must if your in downtown Glendale. They have a huge variety of choices from coffee, boba drinks, sandwiches, pastries and so much more! I've been coming here for the past 2 years for boba. The mocha is the best, trust me. Today I decided to try the hot pastrami sandwich and I have to say it was the best sandwich I have ever had from any location. It also comes with pickled jalapeños which gives the sandwich a nice kick. You know what even better than the food? The prices. Such great prices for great food! I have been going here for over 10 years. Had a bad experience with the workers most recently. Asked for a cup of water she says we don't have a cup while there's a bunch of cups in front of the cashier. My friend and I used to come here a lot and we would always get the hot pastrami sandwich. Then for some unknown reason I forgot about this place. Fast forward to few weeks ago, I suddenly remembered this place existed and got their pastrami sandwich. It tasted exactly the same, which by the way was just great. WAH WAH WAH WAH! I lovedddddddd this place back when I went to school at Hoover and it was only a few blocks down, and my love for it got renewed when I went back today for lunch. The Glendale and Pasadena location have an equal 5 star rating for me, but I love this location because I walked in and the guy rememberd me so I didn't even have to place my order, amazing service for past loyal customers? The secret to Tiffany's Coffee shop is their BREAD. It's what takes their sandwiches to the next level. I'd prefer to think that they're trying to mimic the Lee's Sandwiches concept. Order the Pastrami Sandwich, toasted with no veggies, add cheese, mayo and mustard. Send me a compliment later. As of 3/4/13, a near size foot long roll is just $3.99, and they're pretty damn amazing. With just the right amount of meat-fat-sodium, I always get a TO GO order when I'm in the area. Don't forget their small bag of jalapenos. Along with donuts and sandwiches of all kinds, they also sell candy, chips, ice cream, juices, soft drinks, and the usual coffee-tea-boba drinks. They also sell Lotto tickets and scratchers, if you're into that kind of thing. It's CASH only and the venue is small, so don't bother looking for ambiance or to stretch your legs. There's an ATM machine inside but I wouldn't press my luck. Your mission is to enjoy the sandwich, while it's hot and tasty, then jam out of there before the high school kids start getting restless. I don't know how the Subway restaurant next door stays in business, but I assume that most outsiders don't know about this place, since it's a local watering hole that gets often missed by anyone other than the hometown crowd. When I start creating a sandwich list on Yelp (I might label it as "One Sandwich Short of a Picnic"), then this place is going on the near top of my list. *Cash Only* I used to come to Tiffany's all the time back when I was in high school! I thought they had the most amazing food! After five years of not having eaten here, I was feeling nostalgic and revisited the store. First of all, I used to think the Thai tea boba was great, being that this store was like one of the few places that sold boba in Glendale. But either my taste has changed or their boba was never good in the first place. My drink was extremely sweet, and the boba wasn't fresh, so that was a major disappointment. I got the roast beef sandwich, because that's what I used to eat all the time. It didn't taste as good as I remembered. I do know that they're known for their pastrami sandwich, so next time I might try it, if I even go back (I'm very hesitant). I do think it's awesome that you can get such a huge sandwich for the price of $4 something. I did have a small problem when I was ordering, I didn't receive the correct amount of change. The lady at the cash register just walked away and ignored me when she could obviously see that I was trying to call her attention, so I was awkwardly standing there waiting to be assisted. Eventually, someone did help me, but I was pretty annoyed at that point. Overall, I would recommend the sandwiches if you're looking for something affordable to eat. read more

Went back today to try out this Hot Pastrami Sandwich I had been hearing about. Honestly, I wasn't expecting all that much... but ended up pretty surprised and how good the sandwich ended up being. THE ORDER Hot Pastrami Sandwich - 3.5 out of 5 - The sandwich was pretty darn good. The pastrami was fresh, juicy and not overly salty. The amount of pastrami given wasn't too bad. It wasn't overflowing out of the sub, but there was a good amount especially considering the price. The bread was pretty good too. It was fresh and the outter part had a nice crunchy crust to it and was pretty soft on the inside. More like 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up. Grabbed a bite here with a friend. They have 2 tables outside, so that's where we sat. We just had regular cold cut sandwiches (which were $4.95, $6.95 for a combo). The sandwiches weren't bad, pretty regular, but the price is fair and the service was quick. The bread was YUMMY, though. Soft on the inside, warm, crispy on the outside. Yay. If I were in the neighborhood, I'd give it a try again if I were looking for quick, cheap eats. ;) Again, cash only.
