the cookies are good as usual. But I have something to say about the service. First the girl who took my order take really long time to put the cookie in the box. Instead of taking the cookie in front of her she reached for the one in front of it and then took the one nearest to her placed to the front and took the one from the front and put it in the tray. If you once work in Food service, you know there is a rule called First in First out. Unless the the first one's quality time expire then you can take the next freshest. Then while I was paying she left me and did not give me my receipt ( I had to ask for it). And Finally the paper she put in the box was so thick, I think she did not even try to cut them in half. Walked in the door excited for something sweet. Attempted to order a dozen cookies. Unfortunately, they didnt have enough cookies of my choice to complete my dozen in the front display cabinet. I asked the young lady if there were any coming out that i might complete my dozen. She said no, only whats in this cabinet. So i decided to only get a half dozen. WHILE IM WAITING FOR MY COOKIES TO BE WARMED... someone from the back came up to remove an empty try from the cabinet... they took it to the back and begins loading the tray with FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES. WOW! I asked the lady about this and her excuse was BS... i asked for a refund and left disappointed. I understand FIFO or trying to sell the older items first.... But this was a very poor decision this young lady made and her coworker inadvertently made her look bad in front of the customers. Not too mention when we called to check the status they couldn't give us any kind of update on the driver or accurate delivery time. Cookies finally get here and they're so small and thin-I can't believe they're $2 a committed the size of prepackaged. The cookies weren't THAT good. Especially considering the difference in quality wasn't that great when compared to a Subway cookie(which you can get 3 for $1). Today was unfortunately the last time I order from Tiff Treats. They are actually horrible and not sure what all the hype is. My office is in their range for delivery however it is from a 3rd party company...that doesn't call or text to notify you if they are going to early,late,or on time. Then they hang up on you when you can't answer their questions fast enough. In early November I ordered and they were 2 hours outside the delivery window,tonight I ordered and they were on time with no notification. Also,I specified its an OFFICE delivery.
