I had an excellent experience at this location, staff was quick and friendly while making my milkshake. Clean store and my drink tastes great, will be back again.

I absolutely love Great America's Cookies! The young guy that helped me at this location was very upbeat and friendly. Waited for me to look through the selection and answered a few questions I had. This location is bright, clean organized and welcoming! The cookie selection is huge and all the cookies are fresh! It's also combined with Marble Slab which is also so yum! It was just a cookie kind of night!

The cake at birthdays are so important, my personal favorite is cookie cake A big shoutout to Nisha Kinger and Janam Kothari for making this happen! You guys are awesome and made my ideas come to life. If you're wanting a cookie cake or some yummy ice cream, or both, check out their store on Westover Hills! They are so efficient and professional, plus these designs came out better than I could even imagine

I LOVE this location!! My favorite in the entire city! American Cookie Company + Marble Slab = What Diet?! Their ice cream tastes so rich and yummy!! Those cookies are so fresh and soft that you can't resist them. Combine those two and it's magic!! I want to eat here every day! Red Velvet Wonderland is my favorite combination.

looks great & taste great. Only issue: the ice cream section was not what was discussed when ordering. But oh well.. what can you do? Lol

I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my boyfriend's birthday last week for his birthday party today. I would give 5 stars except there were 2 issues. - the girls customer service today needed some work. They're too comfortable and lack professional customer service that I was expecting. - the finished cake wasn't what the gentleman and I originally discussed when I placed the order, which was a disappointment. But was still tasty. Thankfully! I'll come back to get my usually ice creams and cookies (because, lets face it- they are delicious) , but I will leave the birthday cakes to professionals. I can't afford to get it wrong and notice it as we cut the cake open.

Great quality and friendly staff. A bit pricey, but you are paying a bit for the experience and customization opportunity.

This shop sells fudge, truffles, candied apples, and - what I came for - ice cream! They had a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from, a least a couple dozen. The smiling young woman working behind the ice cream counter offered to give tastes, but I had already figured out which flavors I wanted. I chose two scoops in a cup, one of Cappucino Chip and the other Turtle Cheesecake. They have several tables to sit at, some along a hallway and more in a back room. I took a seat and was in awe of the huge scoops given. The Cappuccino Chip had a mild flavor (I prefer it stronger) but a fair number of tiny chocolate chips. The Turtle Cheesecake had an excellent cheesecake flavor with swirls of caramel, praline pecans, and caramel-filled mini turtles. I'm usually not fond of nuts in my ice cream but I actually enjoyed the pralines. In my humble opinion, there were too few turtles. But I still loved it. If you're in the mood for a cold, creamy treat while visiting the Alamo, you'll find this to be the perfect place to visit.

I was responsible and only ordered two things-- the dark chocolate sea salt twist and dark tonga shortbread. Customer service was superb from Jonathan. He was friendly, personable, and does his job well. I was excited to try these two treats, but unfortunately, I did not enjoy them. There was a strong cardboard aftertaste and I just couldn't get over it. I was fine with the one bite. Disappointing because I spent $10, but hoping this was a one off. If I'm in San Antonio, Texas again I may give them another try.

Despite my thoughts being scattered, a worker by the name of Josh made it all worth the while with his amazing, and quick service. He was very intuitive, and even gave us a couple of his suggestions on what he thought was good, which I appreciated as it was my first time there. My husband was able to enjoy the atmosphere while waiting for his ice cream, which led to calm evening that shortly followed. I'll definitely be back!

The real issue came at the cash register. The woman handling payments was, unfortunately, not kind at all. In fact, "rude" would be the most generous description. It actually took my wife about ten minutes just to complete the payment for a couple of ice creams, which felt longer than the ice cream itself took to melt. What made it even more uncomfortable was watching how she interacted with other employees. It wasn't just unprofessional--it was the kind of scene you'd expect in a low-budget psychological thriller where you start wondering if someone should call for backup. So while the ice cream itself and the front-line staff were great, the overall experience was overshadowed by the atmosphere at the register. Small, crowded, and unkind is not a combination that brings us back. We'll pass next time.

There is no seating inside but a couple of tables sit outside. I think I counted 16 unique flavors when I visited. The cordial woman doing the scooping kindly offered tastes but my ice cream radar had already zeroed in on my choices. I chose chocolate orange and caramel salt lick. In a cup. I took a seat outside and was in heaven. Both scoops were so creamy and had bold flavor. The caramel salt lick perfectly describes it - salty caramel flavor. Have you ever had those chocolate oranges that seem to appear on store shelves around Christmas time? That's exactly how the chocolate orange ice cream tastes. But better. They have a couple of locations around San Antonio and I urge you to find one; you'll love their ice cream.
