We were so excited to see tiger sugar in Las Vegas. We went to Taiwan and had the brown sugar milk boba and have never looked back. Who would ever imagined that the combo was so divine? I love this place and really enjoy the drinks - here is my dilemmas. I really don't like the amount of Ice they place in the drink. However I do understand that there is some sort of scientific consensus of the combination of ingredients for the reasoning of the amount of ice used in the drink. But when you ask for less ice they refuse to give you more of the added ingredients for fear it will make the drink taste different. I highly doubt that adding .05 worth of more ingredients minus the .02 of ice is highly enough reasoning to NOT fill the cup with more ingredients IF you request less ice. The word " CHEAP" comes to mind as well as other words but this one will do. To come to a median of the issue of Less Ice I feel like someone could pay the extra .15 for the less ice and added ingredients as I feel that is a meeting in the middle - I will get my less ice and they will get the money they fear they will loose in the added ingredients. Must to be a lot to think of how to please a customer when your making money. But it's also unfortunate for any customer who wished to make a alternative choice LOL so there is that. Thanks for write that something " Can't be modified " - This however rule - is untrue - as there are certain things in culinary arts that are always and can be modified, I mean how was tiger sugar created in the first place? I personally dont like milk teas as much and is more of a fruity green tea person but when I say the flavor is immaculate... stunning... incredible.... then I mean it. This is the worst place ever, a bunch of impolite kids working at this place I came in to the store this afternoon and I order 3 drinks. I asked if I can get one of them without milk. It was funny there was a sign on the cash resister that said "sowy we can't adjust your boba". After drinking it you realize there's different sizes of boba in it and it is WAY too much boba. Just tried it today, i perosnally think it is a bit overhyped. i got the black sugar boba and it looked nothing like the pictures. There was barely an sugar in the cup. For some reason the boba was a mix of mini boba and a few large ones, i personally do not like mini boba and i had not asked for it. This placed served the second best drink out of the three locations I visited in Hong Kong, Rowland Heights, and here in Vegas. First place was obviously from Hong Kong. The drink itself was delicious but the boba was inconsistent. Some where chewy, some rubbery, and some were way too tiny, probably 30% the size of a regular boba pearl.
