The outside of the bus looks crappy but when you step inside it is romantic, peaceful and zen like with the lighting. Our menus were Tommy Devito and Henry Hill. Both menus were absolutely Devine. Reminder you get a cocktail with each plate. Needless to say if you drink each cocktail you will be right at the end of dinner lol. Service was a 10 out of 10. Of course the concept is super interesting and they aim to make it an experience. The issue is you're in a bus and it's a somewhat claustrophobic experience. The staff was pretty accommodating with dietary restrictions. To be frank, it's just not worth the money. You barely get enough food to be satiated and it's very mid quality. I'd honestly prefer Muchachos food than this pop up behind it. Everything's a small plate. I get that the focus is on the cocktails but why have dinner even offered then? The cocktails are a bit too experimental. I liked maybe 2/4. For what you're paying ($95 pp) I would expect most of the meal to be good. Dessert was pretty much something I could get anywhere. If you like the movie they're showcasing, sure maybe you want to experience. However, if you're expecting great food and drinks, I could recommend eons more restaurants that do this better for half the price read more

Great experience for their Goodfellas theme. The food and cocktails were on point for each course. The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. My favorites were the tuna tonnato, lobster tortellini, and tiramisu. My friend enjoyed all her courses as well. All of the cocktails were amazing and so unique. I would recommend ubering if you can because they do give you a lot of alcohol, which we did not expect to get so much and it is included with the four courses, so you get a little mini drink as an appetizer +4 more drinks per person! Awesome experience! My hubby and I came for a date night and it didn't disappoint. They change their theme every few months, so when we went it was Pulp Fiction (the movie) themed. The story telling of the drinks paired with the small bites was well thought out. The lighting in the bus also changed with the drink course. There's a small crew of three people working and they were all pleasant. We can't wait to come back when then theme changes again. read more

Tigersun is such a unique spot--the fact that it's inside a bus makes for a super cute and funky atmosphere, with great lighting that made us feel like we were in a different time. The experience is mainly focused on their drinks, which each come with a small food item. One downside is that it's not very vegetarian-friendly, as all the included food items contain meat. As a pescatarian, I wasn't able to eat one of my food items, but the manager noticed and went out of their way to bring me something I could eat from a restaurant across the street. That level of attentiveness was truly appreciated! All of the staff were kind, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely return! read more

I am SO glad my friend invited me to try Tiger Sun with her. I had a blast! This isn't your run-of-the-mill Atlanta happy hour nor meal, so if trying different flavors and omakase-style dining experience isn't your thing, either go in open minded or leave the competitive reservations for others who will appreciate it. We had a 5pm seating on a Friday and while the "happy hour" seating time was great, it was hilarious to have been in the dark/red lit interior of the bus for almost 2 hours then back out into the (still) daytime lol. If it's still the Karate Kid theme by the time you visit, I highly recommend the caviar bump + wagyu skewers. They were a perfect addition to the curated bites and bevs. We weren't sure if we'd be full/satisfied based on the size of the bites, but I was very good by the end. I'll definitely be back when they change the theme (hint: I'm writing this end of March 2025 and it's soon). The hosts/sensei/team were so personable - it really felt like they each enjoy working inside that bus haha. They were fun + high energy and it definitely added to the experience! The only thing I wish was different is the length of the seating time. I'm a bit of a leisurely diner and the experience is pretty strictly timed. I won't say I felt rushed, but once the courses began - they moved quickly. I would have loved more time to kinda chill and absorb each bite/drink before the next one was served. Otherwise, this was just about a perfect time. Parking is either in the Muchacho parking lot or across the street in the retail parking + deck. read more

By far, one of the coolest "bars" (? If you can call it that), that I've been to in Atlanta. The bar is located in an old Volkswagen bus behind Muchacho's restaurant. Decor is very much 70's themed with shag carpet and fuzzy chairs to match. Also the mood lighting and set list was very nice, A+. The menu is centered around a theme, usually from pop culture, and rotates every 3-4 months. This month was pulp fiction, one of my faves! The tasting menu comes with 4 drinks as well as small plates. They also start off with a yummy crispy chickpea appetizer. Service was excellent, each course was explained by the staff and courses flowed nicely into each other. Will definitely want to go back again for the next theme. Perfect for date night. Very very bad experience. We had an unexpected reason why we could not make it to the reservation. We were charged $95 per person. I appealed and my appeal was not even acknowledged. Will never go to this restaurant and advice everyone to not go either. In these times it hurts to lose so much money for a reservation cancellation. read more

The ambiance was inviting, but my experience left much to be desired. I dine out often and have a refined palate, so I was particularly disappointed by the rigid tasting menu. While a pre-selected menu can work with flexibility, I was never informed it was a flat rate upon arrival, and there were no options provided. When I requested a swap for one of the four drinks, I was unexpectedly upcharged. Despite not drinking three of the drinks--an observation that didn't prompt any inquiry or concern from the staff--I ended up consuming the upcharged one. For a $200 experience, I expected exceptional quality in both the food and service. As someone who regularly shares dining experiences with a sizable online following, I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Fun and different experience!! There is a set and themed menu with curated cocktails. The waitlist is over a month but my fiancé was able to get us a reservation for my birthday because of a cancellation. Reservations are MANDATORY! The old converted bus only seats 18 people so they don't take walk-ins. Drinks were great and the food, although the tiniest of tapas, was quite tasty. I recommend this place as a cool date night for a different experience. I couldn't give 5 stars because although it's a great experience, for $75/ person, I feel that there should be a little more food given. Tapas are small plates, but it's more light Hors d'oeuvre with the cocktail than tapas. You do have the option to buy additional food which is a limited "mini-tapas" menu but expect to pay $25+ for each item. read more
