This Tijuana flats never disappoints! I had the steak burrito and my wife had the chimichangas and they were fresh as always, flavorful and served fast. The burrito is huge and chips perfectly crunchy. What really rocks is the hot sauce bar, so many choices from mild to melt your face spicy! Also tried the pear agua fresca, very refreshing. The staff is super friendly,and it's a great vibe inside.

Was craving Mexican food and came across Tijuana flats. I haven't been there in years. Service was great and food was delicious. Loved the sauce bar with all different types of sauces from non spicy to super spicy. Flavors were great. Had a chimichanga and it was a big portion. Stuffed with barbacoa and a cheese. It was perfection! Also tried the desert pear agua Fresca and it was refreshing and not overly sweet.

Food had good flavors, great service! Although it is "walk up and order vibe" there was a great dinning presents! Team members and a manager came out and refilled our drinks, asked how the food tastes. This was our first experience! Great job helping me through the menu! I wish I knew chips came with the entrees, I would have gotten a side of queso and gauc! We will be back to the FLATS!

It's taco thursdaze! I Decided to come out to this location for their special today which is $7 burritos or bowls with a drink and chips ! It was really appetizing and delicious. Bowl features a great mix of rice, beans, cheese, guacamole, and whatever meat you would like. In this case I decided to get the chicken bowl and that hit the spot! Service was great as always, but maybe it's also because they know me since I'm there so often?! That should say something, but great employees and always give their best with quick and efficient service ! Environment is always so unique and music is always a vibe so I definitely recommend coming in for a taste of their deals! Highlight of this was definitely the chips with the smack my ass and call me sally sauce ! Great feature and addition to any chips or meals they serve there. Always makes everything sweet, savory, and delicious !

Salad bowl with hot salsa - salad was good, black beans absolutely made the dish! Chicken was very mediocre and low quality. Margarita was okay but way too much salt on the sides. Okay! I love literally everything that Tijuana Flats has to offer! I stopped by and got the Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga with chips and salsa! I haven't had this yet so I was so excited to try it and now that I haven't tried it, im dreaming about it because it was soooo delicious! I also ordered a Mango White Claw to wash it down with! I didn't realize that they served beer and seltzers so that was exciting to know about! This Tijuana Flats is located in Hunters Creek plaza, it's super easy to get too and parking is easy! When I first walked in, I was greeted and I grabbed a menu to see what I wanted. The ambiance was great, they have a bunch of awesome paintings and gives off an almost cartoonish vibe! My favorite thing is that they have a Hot Sauce Bar with I think 15 different sauces! I always have to get the "Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally" sauce! Also, download the app so you can start getting points that go towards a free drinks, starters and entrees! I can't wait to come back!

3.75 stars! Visited for the first time last night and not bad. The young lady at the register was very friendly and our order came out fast. We enjoyed the chicken nachos and wings. I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the wings but they were actually pretty good! The nachos were average but tasty too. Unfortunately, they do not give you enough meat.. so idk if it's worth it. I did love the hot sauce bar with so many options! I'd visit again and try some different menu items :)

Hunter's Creek location. I usually never complain about this establishment, but today the service was a little off, several points to bring up, to begin with, I entered the establishment with my puppy, a hypoallergenic service dog, weighing at 7.5 lbs, which the staff seen upon my entry, clearly a lady that was sitting down with no more food on her plate stepped out of the restaurant to call management and complain about my puppy. After I paid, the manager approaches me with my food with distaste and states that the puppy cannot be in there unless he was a service dog because he Can in trouble with the department of health, which makes no sense. Lol. Usually I see people bring the lie pups in and sit in the same corner I sat in, especially with the heat we are currently experiencing. The way he approached my daughters and I did not make us feel comfortable and we're forced to have our lunch outside in our vehicle. If I would've known my puppy, regardless of being a certifying service dog, was not welcomed, I would've taken my money elsewhere!! But no, he waited for me to pay and to bring my food to the table to then tell us. Again, he saw us enter the establishment. And I refuse to put a jacket on my pup in this heat. A simple question upon entry would've sufficed and I would've provided his certification info. I will not be coming back in the future. At least not to this location. In addition, there are no signs posted anywhere. I've taken pictures to prove. In addition: I ordered three orders of chicken flautas and some of the flautas had no chicken in them, serves a spoon of guac and a spoon worth of pico de gallo.... This is never an issue.... Makes me wonder. I paid $35.65 for the poorest meal and portion and experience.

Flavor-wise its a 4 just because Tex Mex from Texas is too good. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are genuine and helpful. We got to-go today & our vegan burritos were made perfectly. If you dine in they will refill drinks and check if you need anything. Great price for the amount of food! Around $7/person and I believe you get chips with every entree. What's unique here is their sauces! They have a sauce bar with silly names. I took a pic of a couple sauces.

Tacos were on the greasy side. Yes larger than what you would get at taco bell but, with more grease. Nachos were plentiful nice amount of guacamole, Cheese and salsa. However the cheese was clumpy and it's more like a paste. Salsa tasted more like pasta sauce It had a sweetness to it. Quesadilla, we're okay not a lot of meat on them and About average size. The flavor of the Quesadilla weren't bad. No Utensils were, You have to ask for them. Someone did come over and ask if we needed any refills. That was a nice touch for a fast food place. They also had a hot sauce bar with a good amount to choose from, I never seen on like it. So if you are in a mode for Tacos it's not a bad choice. Ambiance was ok nothing over the top real casual

The service I receive here is always amazing! Today I ordered the Taco Tuesday deal over the phone for takeout. It was about 15 minutes until close, Sally answered our call and took our 6 meal order with pleasure! Very thankful for the pleasant service that we received. Sally was very thorough and organized. Our order was 100% correct upon pick up. I come here for the awesome food and awesome service! Tijuana Flats is always a dinner option for my friends and I. My family is visiting from Pennsylvania and definitely enjoyed their first experience here. Thank you, Sally and the rest of the staff! read more

Very clean fresh and all the best. Don't second guess this place. Friendly, fast and hot. Walk in and enjoy. Pick two is a meal and everything I ordered was well worth it. Order, pay and tip. Then you sit and they bring your food you will end up tipping again. Best mex I have had in quite some time. Go try this place. Hot sauce bar. read more

I stop here a couple times a month and it never disappoints! The customer service is great but do expect a little bit of a wait because they're always busy. I like the chimichanga or my go to flautas. The food is always hot and fresh. I like their crushed Ice because it's soft and easy to chew on. The prices are also fairly reasonable. This location also has good sangria and margarita!! read more

I'm only giving this 1 star because it's impossible to give 0 stars. First of all, it tasted like a cheaper version of Taco Bell, everything was so flavorless. The salsa tasted like watered down milk. I also got a side of beans, and after not touching them for a minute, it hardened. The chips were so stale, I stepped on one and it didn't crack. read more

I love Tijuana Flats! This isn't my regular location but a friend and I were in this part of town for an event and things were not going as planned. We left for lunch and decided on TF because we both love it. The guy who took our order was super nice and hooked us up with some gingerbread flautas because we were having a craptastic day. This place was great. They had someone open the door for my friends and I as soon as they noticed us coming. The other guys brought all of our food directly to our table offered to get us refills. I got the loaded nachos with everything on it and although I'm a total sucker for nachos these were completed to perfection they almost enough for two for a light snack or appetizer. Tried to sample all kinds of hot sauces but it's like a kid in a candy store you don't really know where to start. The out door seating was pleasant in the afternoon not too many people and was a very nice hang out spot for my friends and I. Today was the first time eat here. I'm a big Mexican food fan. The positive things about this place is location, friendly employees, & the price. The negative would be the beef burrito I got. I have never had a beef burrito with so much seasoning. It was almost like the cook spilled the container into the beef. It was not a hot spicy seasoning but it was enough to ruin the other good toppings in the burrito. Being new to the area I will have to search for a good Mexican restaurant. read more

I'm a fan. Eclectic/punk rock decor more of a lunch place then a dinner place. Order at the counter and they serve it. Home made hot sauce bar. The hot is really, really hot = ghost peppers. Authentic Mexican? .... Not really but good enough and far enough from the tourist BS. Very fresh ingredients and home made taste. Fish Tacos were amazing. I'd go back. read more

My family and I came here to eat during our weekend vacation. We had never eaten at this chain and decided to give it a try. At first the looks were iffy , but was pleasantly surprised. We were not greeted which was bad but they definitely made up for it with the table service and overall attention to our needs. It is definitely due to the manager that was on staff which was attentive and very nice. The food was also very tasty. We had two picky lil' eaters and they scarfed everything down. We ordered thru Uber eats and the restaurant canceled our order. It charged my account and when i called the restaurant they blamed it on Uber eats They said the driver from Uber canceled it. I called Uber and they said it was the restaurant all we wanted was not leave the house and have our food. Its Sunday so we are just relaxing. It turned into a big mess of having to call Uber and tijuana flats. Never again. The manager at tijuana flats "Jamal" told me he has a big line and not enough staff so he's not sure what happened. read more

Really great place for a quick bite. The Tijuana trio is a must to start... It's chips with guac, salsa and the best queso, ever! Their hot suave bar is also awesome! Our favorites were the "smack my ass" sauce and "Jason's m&m's sauce", but there were a bunch of others to try. You can even buy the hot sauces bottled, which is totally worth it. My wife and I had the carnitas quesadilla and the bangin chicken burrito both were really fresh and delicious!!! We will definitely be back soon! read more

Yes. A thousand times yes. It's like fast food but delicious and somewhat good for you, depending on what you order, of course. It's fresh tex-mex goodness. It's reasonable and delicious and the staff is awesome. Recently we were there and the manager passes out free churros to each table. My go to is the veggie burrito "wet" with queso on top. I'm not even a vegetarian but it's sooo yum. read more

Arrived at 6:20 and walked out with my to go order at 6:56. The people in line in front of me ate in, got their food and finished before I got my order. Why? Because my order was sitting on the counter for at least 15 mins and never brought out, so when we got home we had to re-heat in the microwave, we live 2.5 miles away. Staff was working hard it seemed, clearly under staffed, tables were not cleaned off in a timely matter, floor is very slippery from grease and grime in the dining room, phone was ringing non-stop while we were waiting and staff was complaining about the phone ringing, but not answering it. We will never go back and it worth the extra drive to Chipotle at the Loop or on OBT. read more

Don't eat here. They are so stingy with their portions. it's sad. I've been there multiple times hoping I just got skimped out on by accident, but each time I go it seems to get worse. I've had chicken tacos at this location multiple times, and every time there is literally 3-4 little square cubes of chicken in each taco. I complained and they said that's how they serve them to everybody...pathetic. Oh and they won't refill your side order of queso for free like at other Tijuana Flats locations. I'll stick to the Sand Lake and Orange TFs. read more

This is my favorite 'fast food' type of Mexican but it tastes always so fresh and you have so many options yet the price is just right. I've literally had their entire menu. My favorite are the flautas, chimichangas, tostadas and the chips and salsa. The sauce bar takes it to another level as you can choose exactly what edge you want to give your food. I love the Smack My Sweet Ass sauce, I could drizzle that over anything. Now that I think about it I think I want this for dinner! I love going here with a big group from work because they're very vegetarian friendly and they also have low-calorie options that taste just as good and you don't feel that guilty. read more

Yo I ordered this expecting it to be amazing bc of the reviews and it was ASSS. I also asked for extra cheese and sour cream and there was BARELY any. I ordered it with queso expecting white and got a yellow cheese sauce that was the weirdest consistency I've ever had. Such great food in Orlando but this wasn't it. read more

I come almost every week. It's very easy for me to say this is by far my favorite place to go. First off the staff is amazing the girls who work there are so sweet and efficient! The food is great everything I ever ordered was great but if you are looking for something special please try the cookie dough flautas.. Me and my boyfriend love them! They were full sized, available in several flavors, and absolutely delicious. I would return for those alone. One of the highlights of my visit was the mariachi band, which brought a fun and lively energy to brunch. I ordered the School Tacos and enjoyed them, especially the queso and sauce that came with them. My waitress, whose name started with a "G," was a gem. She was attentive, friendly, and always checking to see if I was ready for my next margarita. The only issue I encountered was confusion surrounding the bottomless margarita promotion. When I first arrived, the host was unable to answer questions about the two hour offer and had to get a manager for clarification. Later in my visit, another server incorrectly informed me that I could no longer order margaritas because brunch hours had ended, despite management already confirming that I would be able to enjoy the full two hours since I arrived before brunch ended. Thankfully, the manager on duty quickly resolved the issue and honored what had originally been communicated. While I think there is an opportunity for better staff training regarding this advertised menu item, it was not enough to ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience. Between the margaritas, live entertainment, attentive service, and fun atmosphere, I still had a great time and would gladly return for brunch.

Because they were already having side conversation about it, I knew this wasn't a battle I'd win. So I paid, tipped 25% and left, but I was definitely going to leave a review. Just know going here, they will charge whatever they want for drinks and make up rules. I paid $75 for 2 drinks. I won't be back. Adding on due to the reply. The person that replied to my review was not there during my service and is lying. Neither me or the gentleman with me asked for anything other than the tequila neat, we did however have conversation about our visit to the Fortaleza Distillery in Jalisco and how they pride themselves on businesses they sell to not overcharging for their tequila. Fortaleza was NOT listed in your menu, we saw it on the shelf and asked for it neat. As a bartender NEAT is a known pour. Please don't disrespect me by making things up. As I already stated, we simply asked for clarification which is what I added in my review, paid, tipped 25% and left. A reply from the business was unnecessary, this review is for other bar goers.

This review was from my visit to Tijuana Flats on January 17, 2017. The cashier that took my order was amazing. Even though Jac and I had a very short conversation at the ordering counter I came to realize that you have a great employee and are lucky to have her. With her great attitude, knock out smile and knowledge of the restaurant and sauces she inspired me to try a new sauce. It was Jason's Mom Sauce that I tried. It was very good! I don't understand how this place has four stars. We both ordered a chimichanga and we were both served a soggy rolled up tortilla covered with sour cream. Chimichangas are supposed to be fried so they are crunchy on the outside, not a tortilla right out of the fridge rolled up. This place is disgusting. read more
