LIME Fresh was a great quick lunch for us. They make it easy to order online. For whatever reason I got a discount when ordering $5 off, so that was a nice surprise! The space inside is super cute, they have a little bar seating area and I love the salsa/sauce bar! Nice bright colored chairs, seating outside and quick counter service. We ordered the new burrito Calle Ocho for $12. It had citrus rice, with grilled chicken, avocado ranch and generous portion to boot. They offer some free add ons too. I was a little disappointed that we had to wait longer than predicted pick up time, but it was only 7 minutes or so. Staff was friendly and they brought it out once it was ready. read more

I've been here a few times and haven't been disappointed. This time I had the steak burrito with a side of street corn and a coconut horchata. The street corn was very good and tasted fresh. The burrito was pretty big and stuffed, however it was mostly rice, felt that it had very little meat and beans. The coconut horchata was pretty good and will try another one next time, as well as another type of burrito. The service here is always fast and friendly and the vibe is laid back. This place has amazing food, impeccable service and a uniquely great ambiance... especially for a fast casual type of restaurant. The indoor and outdoor vibes are one-of-a-kind. It's not your normal everyday mexican restaurant. The music, the eclectic ambiance, the colors, the greenery, and the amazing food aromas greeted me as I walked in the door. They had some great music playing in the background that I kept Shazamming (it was that good!). The staff was so helpful, smiling, courteous and detail-oriented. I liked that. Eventhough the restaurant was really busy, someone kept coming by to make sure we were happy and satisfied. As I was waiting for my food I had one of their margaritas and horchata (non alcoholic) - both were yummy. The indoor/outdoor bar and outdoor seating area is really pleasant and nice to hang out too, especially on cooler nights. Then comes the food - the queso was delicious, the nachos were a freakin hit, the empanadas were soooo good, and their pizzas were very unique and good too. We also had their chicken quesadillas, as always great tacos, burritos, and some cool holiday churros to top it off. ALL of the food was amazing as always. The salsa bar was so comprehensive with a variety of fresh salsas and condiments. The jalapeños are chopped, marinated and made in-house which made a big difference. Loved it all... Lake Nona truly has a hidden gem. I could go on and on but quite frankly you have to visit yourself to get a true feel of the quality Lime Fresh offers to nona residents. The first two times I came to this restaurant, I LOVED IT BUT unfortunately, every other time has been a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. I always get the same thing - a Calle ocho burrito. The last two times that I ordered, I noticed too much rice, not enough toppings. This time, I ordered double chicken and WOW it's nuts! I barely got any meat, a literal RICE BURRITO. The margs are made simply with tequila, agave and lime (+ whatever flavor you add if you do - and they have a bunch of fun flavors), and the food is always so fresh tasting and flavorful. This was my first time to this location, but I've been too other locations. My drink was sooooo tasty!! I would definitely get it again. Mexican restaurants are limited in our area, which is the main reason we frequent Lime. Our most recent experience though, will be our last. Meal included- 3 chicken taco meal, kids burrito meal, queso, and churro bites. Food arrived fairly quickly through DoorDash. Even so, it was cold upon arrival. We had to heat everything back up. The kid's burrito was MAYBE 2 inches long. Definitely not a burrito, more like a literal "bite". Photo is hard to tell, but it literally took my 8 year old two bites to eat it. The meal came with FOUR chips. I was lucky (sarcasm) when I received a whole FIVE chips with my cold tacos- with 2-3 very small pieces of chicken in each. The last straw was the queso order. We've ordered this a dozen + times and it always comes with chips. There were zero chips. Small queso and no chips...big waste of $5. Overall, we spent $35 (before Uber's fees and tip).... We've had some not-so-great meals here before, but this is officially our last. Definitely skip this overpriced, disappointing establishment. read more

I was already deep in conversation, so I didn't bother and go back to counter. They walked away so fast, that I didn't get a chance to ask. CHIPS - I'm in love! They have an adobo like seasoning that's so flavorful. Plenty of fresh "limes" are served too! Quesadilla - was wholesome, fresh, well prepared and had lots LOTS of churrasco. AND THIS IS WHERE I NEEDED MY FORK because it would fall out of my quesadilla, and I just picked up with my fingers. :)) Coconut horchata - I'm convinced I may just stop in here casually - just for this! Went to Lime on Narcoossee tonite with my family around 5:00 for dinner to celebrate Veterans Day. Lime had advertised a free meal for Vets AND a "challenge coin" for discounts on future monthly visits. My meal was free but... As it turned out, the coins they had promoted were gone shortly after they opened at 11:00. I was thinking maybe i woul be offered a raincheck? Manager Miguel ,once he came, was no help. He could have cared less. Shrugged his shoulders. This was false advertising and even a poorer response from management from Lime. As far as I'm concerned, I can afford to eat at much better local Mexican restaurants. That's not the point. The poor response from staff was an insult to me and all LN area Veterans. Lime ownership should be ashamed. Lime OWNERSHIP should accompany their managers and staff a mile down the road for a field trip to the VA hospital...with buckets of "challenge coins"... and get a humble dose of reality.. and I will be happy to arrange the tour. It was my first time eating at this restaurant. Both myself and my friend ordered Carna asada quesadillas. They were fabulous and very tasty. We also both ordered Mexican corn for an appetizer. It was also fabulous and if you wanted more sauces, there was a sauce/salsa bar. I ordered a Coconut Horchata . That is a non alcoholic drink and is great that way and with alcohol it might be great that way as well. The atmosphere was great very friendly, and they even have a bar on premises. There was a young gentleman behind the counter. I did not catch his name but he's a big fan of the group Paramore, and he was so very helpful and cleaned up so quick our dishes.There is not garbage cans in the area, so the staff cleans the tables. LIME Fresh Mexican Grill was a good experience the 2 times I went. I ordered quesadilla's, chicken the first time and steak the second, I prefer the chicken. They also give you a dip and it tastes great with it. I really enjoy their ambiance, the marketer in me loves their branding and how on-brand they are the second you step inside. They also have outdoor seating with fun lights. Their bar is an indoor/outdoor bar you can order from which is unique. Service has been average both time. Lime is right by where I work and am absolutely obsessed with it! My absolute fave drink from here is the frozen passionfruit margarita. It's the perfect amount of tangyness and sweetness. Don't drink too fast or you'll get a brain freeze! The staff there is always super nice and attentive. Some days they have Djs there which is cool. I used to go to the Lime in South Florida all the time and it was one of my favorite restaurants. This was my second time going to this Lime in Central Florida, but I left a bit disappointed. This Lime has an indoor and outdoor bar along with a fresh salsa bar. I love the variety of salsa and pico as well as fresh limes and toppings to choose from. We decided to go with the 3 chicken tacos and 3 beef tacos. The beef tacos were nothing special and quite bland. The chicken tacos were very good; I loved the seasoning on the chicken and avocado ranch. It also came topped with a bean and corn salsa which was delicious! I absolutely loved the queso! It was so cheesy and packed with flavor. The taco meals also come with chips too. I was very suprised when they delivered our food with very few chips on the tray compared to my last visit. Why would they have a whole salsa bar and provide such little chips? I ordered a small queso, so I thought I would have some chips to dip. I finally worked up the nerves to ask for more chips and the employee politely brought over a tray of chips. The prices are a bit high for the portions and quality that you get. I was actually surprised that the South Florida Lime is a lot cheaper than the Central Florida Lime. The South Florida Lime also has a different menu with more enticing options. The Elote lacked "Tagin" but I have that at home so good thing we did takeout. The horchata though definitely needed some cinnamon which I have at home as well so that was fine. Customer Service means a lot. If you look at some of their responses to these, they appear that they are "making it right" by contacting people via messaging. They did reach out, I replied, and I haven't heard anything back. Again, it was a world of difference when we were there when they first opened vs. the 2nd visit. Why contact me and not get back to me? I'm not sure if they're just commenting on reviews for that appearance or if they forgot about me specifically. Either way, something fell through the cracks. It's a shame as their food was good and the atmosphere is nice, but struggling to understand why they'd contact me and then Ghost me. Bummer. read more

LIME Fresh is legit my new favorite fast casual Mexican. A few weeks ago was our first visit (thanks to Yelp Orlando for the introduction!) and we knew we'd be back for more after that trip. On our first visit we had queso, guac, a few different tacos and a couple excellent tacos. This time I ordered the Portobello y Poblano sandwich. It was SO. FREAKING. GOOD!!! Served on what I believe was Pan Sabao, the sandwich has sliced mushrooms, poblano peppers, onions, pickled jalapeños, shredded cabbage, a schmear of guac and lime crema. The flavors in this sandwich are ridiculous. Like over the top perfection on perfectly crusty yet soft bread. A flavor explosion that will keep me coming back for more. I wasn't expecting it to be that good, honestly. I really like their cocktails too because they have a Mexican spin on the classics. I don't normally do old fashions because I'm not a fan of whiskeys, but theirs is made with mezcal which I am very much a fan of. YUM!! The service both times was awesome. Not a super long wait. I was so bummed today my second visit to this restaurant in Lake Nona and this time I brought family. I purchased the same food and it was horrible. The chicken was so dry and tasted so old not fresh at all.. we did not even eat it all . We got home and we were so sick! I dont know what happen but I won't go back there especially for LUNCH. Went here for a Yelp event a couple months ago, loved it enough o go back for the full experience. Although the Yelp event was great as well as the food and drinks, I wanted to see how the service was as well and we weren't disappointed. We ordered a couple beef empanadas as well as street corn and some chicken tacos. The food came out so fast! And you can really actually tell that the ingredients are fresh and quality. The cashier also recommended a delicious mock tail, as well as Jorge the bartender, who was so polite and brought out a frozen margarita for us in seconds. Literally the best tacos that have ever graced my taste-buds and I'm thankful. This is a really enjoyable quick service restaurant in the beautiful Lake Nona area. The restaurant itself is very chic inside with some great vibe-y music. The outdoor dining area is appropriately spaced and relaxing with cute string lights overhead. We got to try the following: Chips with queso and guacamole Shrimp taco Beef taco Carne asada burrito Esquites Key lime pie Each item was made with the freshest ingredients. The queso was lighter than some of the heavy goop you will find at other restaurants and I was a big fan. My favorite was the spicy shrimp taco- perfectly seasoned and paired well with the toppings. The burrito was extremely filling but so very worth it.
