I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. It felt extremely rushed even with absolutely no one else in there and having to say something about not getting the full service. Everyone else was very nice and the atmosphere is clean enough. Thought would be closed due to holiday but YES they were available today! Nail tech said yesterday was super busy for all those ladies wanting NY nails. Today's visit was removal of gel X , back to natural nails since back to work. Sounded like it has been taken over by another owner. Staff very friendly, was served coffee while there. I recently started going to this nail boutique in Union City and had been recommending it to others. I even brought my daughter and referred my sister. The prices are definitely not cheap, so I expected a certain level of quality and customer service. I had an appointment on Thursday with Katie for a very short French-tip set. During my appointment, another customer walked in wanting a full set, and it felt like Katie started rushing through my service to get to the next client. Because of the rushed work, my nails developed bubbles, even though my nails were extremely short and should not have taken much time. I was charged $80 for the service and left a $15 tip, bringing my total to $95. The very next day, one of my nails came off while I was at work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the salon, and they told me to come in to have it fixed. When I arrived, I was told they were too busy to repair it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I explained that it was only one nail and that it had fallen off the day after my appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of helping, one of the employees, Cindy, responded, "It's not my problem. I didn't do it."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Eventually, she agreed to fix it but said it wouldn't match because she didn't know what color had been used. I don't understand how that should be the customer's problem. I truly believe this is a hidden gem. The service was quick and very friendly. My mother-in-law lives about a 3-minute walk away, but it's literally hidden, so we didn't realize it was there for quite some time. This past long weekend, we decided to get our pedicures done since summer is coming and we want our feet to look their best. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. We were greeted and asked to wait for about five minutes. While we picked a color, we were offered water, tea, pink lemonade, and snacks. I went with just water for the time being, but I really wish I had tried the cookies--they looked amazing. Once we were seated, we were given the options for pedicures. We both chose the Deluxe Pedicure. They started with me first, and my MIL had to wait for about 5-10 minutes. The service was great. We did have a little confusion when I was asked if I wanted to add the callus treatment for $10 more, but I don't have calluses, just some dead skin on my left foot. We got it all squared away and stuck with the standard Deluxe Pedicure with no extra charge. They were very detailed and followed all our requests--my MIL wanted her nails cut down to the skin, and I wanted all the dead skin gone from my left foot. The massage was okay; I just wish they didn't focus on the same spot over and over, but that might be more of a personal thing. Once we were done, they set up a fan to dry the polish, but it wasn't very comfortable to sit with my feet pointed downward. The fan seems better suited for drying hands, not feet. They made it work, though, and my toes were dry in the end. The only unfortunate part was the payment. They accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle, but if you want to use a credit card, there's a 3% charge. We didn't want to pay in cash or deal with the fee, so we went with the Zelle option for both the payment and the tip. All in all, it was a good experience. And with it being so close to my MIL's home, we'll most likely be back all summer. read more

I asked how much more time as I thought that was unfair and so they said just 5 more minutes. 15 minutes pass by, it's 5:35pm and I just pay for my eyebrow job and left. Truly dissatisfied with this experience. I was willing to pay $200 plus for nails and that's the service I was given. I think they changed ownership. They charge the same for a deluxe package but they took away the mood selection. Therefore, the service you're getting is basically with the cuticle oil. And for the foot wax, not sure if they skimp the amount of liquid that is used. Cause my husband foot got burned for the first time since going there. So maybe they are using less wax liquid which leaves it to cook all day and burn... so his foot got burn. Kinda sad bout this place. The quality has gone done so we have to look for another nail salon. 8/5/25 reply to owners message. They still use the same menu that shows the prices of package that you would select. My nail lady Tracy who I really liked told me GelX would be $65 plus chrome is additional $15. Which I agreed upon. When came to pay they charged me $90 plus tip. I came here on a whim, looking for a nail salon for my bridal nails. I was in search of a new salon as with a previous salon I continued to have issues with my nails when they were coming off. I found this place on yelp and called. They were able to squeeze me in the following day for two people. I was unfamiliar with this location and they shared a bit here for at least five years. They seem to be very busy and have a lot of nail artist. I did recognize this place is a little bit more expensive than where I usually go to which is totally fine given it is very clean spacious and everyone is very accommodating. I suggest coming here for a classic and clean, manicure and pedicure, they definitely try to up, sell you so make sure you're asking questions and clarifying prices. This was my favorite salon during Covid. The salon is spacious and they have large group of staff. They were the cleanest and I did not mind paying a little extra for the service. I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership but the service has greatly declined and prices have greatly increased. I recently paid $90 for acrylic nails and $95 for the pedicure. My issue is that there is no posted price list and every time I go, the price I pay is different. All the prices are a la carte. I paid an extra $10 for a "manicure" because she said she needed to trim my cuticles. Then I paid another $10 for "coffin" shaped nails. This is a first that I have paid extra for this and my nails are fairly short, so coffin is more square but check the picture for yourself. I also paid extra for the French tip which is fair and consistent with every nail salon. I am always happy with the end result but I always feel like I have been in used car negotiations and it is not very relaxing. read more

The French tip was great, but I couldn't maintain having trouble sending messages on my phone, lol. So I went in late Monday afternoon to get then removed and get a manicure to just clean up my nails. Hannah was my nail person and she noticed I had recently gotten my nails done. I told her I got them done about 2 weeks ago and they were good for my trip, but not sustainable. I have always been the type to keep my nails short due to my work and also a bad experience a long time ago. She recommended she cut them down and give me new polish.
