Since I was a recent adopter, I filled out some special paperwork and The PetSmart Foundation will make a donation to Needy Paws Rescue. It is good to see a Big Box retailer supporting local charities. Not only do they make the charitable donation, they give the new dog parent a coupon book worth over $350. While I was there, I shopped for a new food for my, Sophia. She had just had an appointment with her new vet and got some new food recommendations. It was good to see that PetSmart carried all three. All three had good pricing, but I chose the brand that is located in STL. The store was clean, well organized and the staff was helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

The value and time options are great for everyone. The boarding is also the best price for the area. I understand the indoor play area is small, but the boarding rooms are large and can fit 2 medium dogs comfortably. I enjoy taking my pup to the playdates that gets them some extra playtime, a special treat, a toy, and a picture to take home. The store is always fully stocked and has the best products that last. For example, the Arcadia Trail Year-Round All-Terrain Dog Booties and the yard leads are quality products. The store is extremely bright and the dogs may be overwhelming for some. There is a lot of accessible parking but the restroom is tucked away in the very back so that can be a hike to get to.

I don't know about other cat lovers, but if you can't snuggle a cat I don't know how to tell if it's a fit for you or not lol. They had a variety of doodle puppies for the most part. They had ferrats and some weirdly odd species of I don't know what......a mini rhino pig or something. They offer a variety of pet food but highly lack in the treat options which is my mane go-to at new pet stores.....you gotta offer a select variety of amazing treats. At least I know where to look if I was in the market to adopt a doodle. I know their puppies come with a lot for the price (the food, the crate, etc). The employees are pretty busy with either constantly cleaning poop or setting-up visits for the puppies. The puppies are in a glass holding area so you can walk down this long stretch and view available puppies. It was good to see that employees walked along discarding the poop so the puppies wouldn't lay in it. I don't know where they get these puppies from.
