Multiple times I have dealt with attitude at the drive-thru speaker where if I was not speed ordering there was a snappy attitude. Once there was an order that the cook messed up on and I called the manager about it. The manager did a great job handling the situation in getting me a replacement written in the books.when it came time for me to pick up the replacement I couldn't remember the manager's name. When asked about the manager's name I let them know I spoke with the manager that worked on Sunday. The response was "there are a lot of managers that work here all week long so that's not helping me"...in a snappy tone. Another time I go to the drive-thru and I get to the window and remember that I didn't order a shake. I had already given her my card so I honk the horn and asked if she swiped yet. She said yes she just did.I said while I was wondering if it was too late for me to order a shake. she handed me my card in my receipt and look me in my face and said a stale flat "sorry". When it was time for me to get my food she stuck it out of the window with a stale "here you go" and closed the window. I will be contacting the manager of this location to let them know about my experience because if I have another one I may have to curb my visit here. It's not like I need to be eating the food anyway ‍

When I tried to order, the girl on the speaker immediately had a rude, impatient attitude. I asked if they had the Berry Refresher, they didn't. So I asked if there was anything similar she would recommend. Instead of offering any kind of suggestion, I just got another quick, dismissive "no." They were out of several other items as well, and not once did anyone try to offer an alternative or actually help us decide what was available. When we got to the window, we sat there for about five minutes while the employee stood there without acknowledging us at all (not on the computer not taking an order, just literally standing there). When she finally opened the window, there was no hi or sorry for the wait, it was only to state the total and hand us our food, with the same attitude. I'm not expecting someone to roll out a red carpet for me, but basic customer service and common courtesy should not be too much to ask. This location has seriously gone downhill, and it doesn't take a lot to see that. But If a business is struggling, treating the people who actually come through the door like an inconvenience certainly isn't going to help.

I got the fries with Cajun seasoning. It looks like they just opened the seasoning and dumped it on there with no f's given. The Good: My fries were hot and good. After I shook the box to spread out the Cajun seasoning they were good. Not only would I never return, I live by the really big nice Savvy Sliders in Farmington but I will NEVER try it because I can't imagine a world in which this food is edible. White Castle has better sliders.

Paid $1 extra for a premium slider - The Hangover. It was the size of a White Castle burger with less quality.

The sauce while good was something I would change in the future to straight up mustard as I think the burger would have been better based on personal preference. Relative to staff and facility, the restaurant has a compact footprint which limits the amount of tables this business has along with counter seating. Something to keep in mind if you are headed here during busy dining hours like a Friday or weekend nite. Staff was very friendly with prompt service and nice followup throughout the meal. Overall a nice dining experience where if Burgers are your thing you should definately check this business out.

The El Pastor in particular, which is a marinated pork taco, had more of a subtle flavor from the marinade that did not jump out at you versus some of the better ones I have had. Having said that, they were still good authentic Mexican street style tacos. Overall, this restaurant is a great option If you are looking for better made Mexican food and are in this area.

I am pretty sure now they gave me a Mango smoothie and not the Anna's smoothie - the Anna's one says it has Blueberry, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Coconut H2O, Banana, Lime, and my drink was orange and tasted like mango - but it was tasty so I can't complain. The friend I went with had the same coupon (we ordered separately) and they charged her $2 to make it a large smoothie; she paid for the upcharge, but then after talking to me, asked about it at the counter, and they refunded her, so I'm not sure if there was actually supposed to be a $2 upcharge or not. The sandwich was tasty albeit a little spicy - it does say "spicy cilantro sauce" on the menu though. Overall I enjoyed it, and I felt like it was nice and healthy, but it was a bit pricey, at $11 (although on par with Sweetgreen and similar chains in the area, IMO). I'll be back here at some point, I like that they offer coupons too. My friend told me on Tuesdays they do $5 smoothies, as well (generally $7.50 or so each).
