This place used to be my regular spot for coffee and breakfast for the last 5 years. However, the staff has completely changed lately and they are AWFUL. The last two times I went, they forgot 1 hash brown, typically no big deal. I mentioned to them that it was missing and they told me that it wasn't, basically accused me of lying. Made me empty my bag in the car to prove it. Then never apologized and just handed me a hash brown. Last visit, I asked for 2 of the same exact coffee drinks. One looked like it had much more milk than the other. I asked them to remake it, they had to call over someone who I'm assuming is the manager who then proceeded to chuck the drink in the garbage and visibly upset said "it's the same damn thing, but sure I'll remake it." I won't be going here again after 5 years if loyalty. read more

I've been a regular at this location for years and the staff has always been incredibly nice. For the very few times I've had an issue with my order, they've always been happy to fix it and I move on with my day. Having worked in the food industry (not fast food), I know how stressful and tiring it can be so I applaud the staff for always being so upbeat and kind even on the busiest of days. Fast food workers are highly under appreciated given all the tasks they have to do at once while also trying to please every costumer while you're being tracked on time on top of that. Could you imagine waking up at 5AM to prep coffee and pastries for some entitled individual because the cream cheese wasn't spread out enough? Couldn't be me. 649 Long Pond Rd is the worst Tim Horton's in all of Rochester. Delivery or drive thru, it doesn't matter, because they won't get your coffee right, they'll forget items and substitute without telling you. I get chocolate muffins instead of blueberry, I get sugarless coffees, I get cheeseless sausage biscuits. I don't understand how inattentive and ignorant one has to be to mess up food this often. Lousy service. Can't get orders correct. Went there with my boyfriend this morning and our order was messed up. We didn't notice until after we got home. The kids were sad that their food was missing. We ended up going back out to get their donuts from Dunkin Donuts because we didn't want to deal with the nasty employees again and the long line that was trailing down Long Pond Road. Learned a valuable lesson. Always check your bag before pulling away from the window or you'll be sorry. We won't be going back to this location again. The service was terrible! The lady who took my order got it wrong and was rude when I told her she got it wrong! I asked for a vanilla coffee double double. They gave it to me iced! It's 30° outside so i gave my friend my card and had her order again I looked at the receipt and it said the same thing! The line was out the door and it's not even morning anymore! They had workers just sitting around and only one person at the register. If you need coffee I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

I love this Tim Horton's! This place is among the cleanest and coziest of the restaurants in the area. It's a comfortable place to go to talk with someone, a small group, sit alone, or even break out the laptop or notebooks (which many people do). The staff are very friendly and will quickly fulfill your order. The building is a little small, but comfortable, even if there are quite a few people inside. Also, quality of food can vary from place to place with chain restaurants, but this Tim Horton's always does it well. Another great thing is that they're open until 11:00pm, which is one of the few restaurants around here that is. Their wi-fi is also fairly strong and reliable, which is rare in some places that offer free wi-fi. read more

I got a breakfast sandwich and it's the worst I've ever gotten. The bread is burned... burned breakfast sandwich??? I had to rip it off the wrapping, bread and cheese were stuck to it. That could've been partially due to how smashed the sandwich was, like someone sat on it. The breakfast sandwiches at this joint aren't ever really good, but this is just embarrassing. Wasted Money! So unpleasant an experience. Simple Order 2 small capachinos, one bagel with cream cheese. Only received 1 and the front of house just yelled at someone to make another. Waited and Waited and finally got one. The first was already melting and I now have a Wasted Small Cap. in my car, as the person who usually loves them said, "Oh, this is just gross!" The other said, It's already melting. Its usually darker. It looks....different. No one apologized. The sandwich maker made a decent plain bagel with cream cheese. He get's the star. This place is very very slow. There are 6 people who work behind the counter and 1 person making the food. I waited 10 mins for a sandwich while people in the drive thru were barly waiting for food who came in AFTER me! Apparently Drive thru is more important. This isn't the first time either. I went here today to get a Ice Mocha Latte. I was really looking forward to one I havent had one in a while. Very disappointed. Stopped there this morning and ordered a large coffee not filled to the top and an everything bagel toasted twice with cream cheese. I open the coffee in the car and it spilled out I handed it back and ask them to dump some out Not only was it filled to the top it was filled to the brim. I got home and the everything bagel was an raisin bagel and it was not toasted twice seriously these people expect to get $15 an hour?
