This past week I went through drive through and ordered a medium Vanilla iced coffee with a "double double" (2 cream 2 sugar). Got charged for a large, received a small, and the coffee was horrible. The communication was bad over the intercoms (poor communication skills) along with bad coffee. 2 days ago my wife went to the same location (Tim Hortons on telegraph in Monroe) and ordered the same drink. Medium vanilla iced coffee with a double double. The coffee was wayyyyy over mixed with creamer and she didn't end up drinking it. Won't be returning. read more

Pretty disappointed, order two large chili. Normally they come in chili cups and a whole bread. Unfortunately I received them in coffee cups and only half a bread. Guess at this location your supposed to just drink the chili. They did provide spoons though. Good thing I took home to eat instead of eating in my car or I would have had to drink it. The last 3 times I've went I've wasted my money ordering a large hot coffee for it to come out cold like as cold as an iced coffee

I love my overnight staff, we go every morning around 440 am and Randy is Amazing, he makes the best coffees. He has trained Bill to cover when he is off, so I still get a great coffee then too, just have to get Bill to memorize my order and it will be perfect every day!!! They make the start of my day wonderful every day. I get up at 430 am on my days off, just to see their smiling faces... by far the best out there!!!! read more

Coffee was good as usual. Food was okay. The morning service has completely tanked the past several months. I used to be able to stop in on my way to work around 6am nearly every day and be in an out in five minutes regardless of the line. Now I cannot afford the time to stop as it takes at least 15minutes to get my order because they always instruct you to pull ahead and wait even when there is not another in the drive thru! Who am I making room for the invisible man?! This service is now the worst in Monroe. read more

I came here with my parents, I ordered a french vanilla latte and wild blueberry muffin. This was an unplanned stop. The store was clean except for the sani buckets where you recieve your wonderful treats. All in all it was a subpar visit. This has a coldstone creamery inside. This is the closest Tim Hortons to my house so I get a coffee and work in this café all the time. They have good wifi and they never pester me. The biggest downside to the place is the food: it's not all that great and is rather expensive. The drive through stays open all night but I wish the lobby would stay open later but nothing stays open late in Monroe. There is also a Cold Stone Creamery in this Tim Hortons, which is good and bad. It is good because you can get the best ice crème and milkshakes, and bad because they keep it cold in there. Other than that this is your run of the mill Tim Hortons so if you like them you will like this one, if you don't like them... then there might be something wrong with you. read more

Happened upon this location while traveling between Detroit and Toledo. It was my first time at a Tim Horton's, and I write now to encourage Tim Horton's to continue its expansion into the United States. If these existed in the Baltimore/DC area, I would be starting off every morning with a double double. Seriously, this coffee was the best I've had from a gas station/convenience store. If Tim Horton's ever wants to expand, I would be more than happy to consult and give them the buisness plan to compete with Wawa. read more

This amazing worker working all by himself on a Friday July 15th around 1130 PM made us these amazing icecaps taking time for our order and they tasted amazing. We got the birthday cake and salted caramel ice caps. If youre going to Tim hortons be patient it's worth the wait. read more

Their coffee is good, but when I asked for skim milk the cashier acted as if I asked her for caviar. Um... It's a coffee place, please educate your staff on differnt types of milk. I have had this same response at most TH's I have visited. Maybe it's just a Michigan thing. read more

It's extremely rare that I take the time to leave reviews, and this typically only happens when my experience is either so astoundingly bad or unbelievably good. Unfortunately, this one is not only bad... it's consistently bad. Tonight was the final straw. I've had numerous bad experiences at this specific location prior to this (which I will briefly detail later), but I just saw that Cold Stone just came out with a bunch of new signature creations. I figured why not give it one more go and see if this location would finally pull through. My fiancee requests "Dough-Lightful Peanut Butter". They do not have the sugar crystals in-stock. This is somewhat acceptable, since it's one of the new mix-ins and I could POSSIBLY see why they might not have it yet. My fiancee substitutes something else for the sugar crystals, and is then served her "Like-It" sized ice cream in a "Love It" sized cup, because they are all out of "Like-It" sized cups. Whatever, fine. I request the new "One Smart Brookie" which contained cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough mix-ins, and brownie mix-ins (none of these individual ingredients are new or limited edition). I am informed that the location is out of cookie dough. Very disappointing, since it's a key ingredient in many creations. Whatever. I'm told to pick something else to substitute for it. I ask for crushed waffle cone and am then told that they are also out of waffle cones. I say "Alright, game over, guess it's not meant to be. Nothing for me, thanks." This visit alone is not the only visit that made me decide to NEVER come back to this location again, but I'd like to formally note that I am, indeed, NEVER coming back to this location again. Previous bad experiences also (briefly) listed below. - Presented a "Buy one get one free" coupon that was completely valid (we read the fine print) and was told it was not valid by the cashier (for no reason). After going back-and-forth on this, the cashier (quite young) admitted that she just didn't know how to input the coupon into the system. She eventually gave us a second ice cream (for free), but did it quite begrudgingly and noted that she'd have to figure out the coupon later after we left. Yes, great, not my problem, thanks for letting me know. - Have been told numerous other times that various CORE mix-ins were out-of-stock. - Have been served melting, overflowing ice cream. - Have been served cups with ice cream all over the sides. - Have been given the wrong amount of ice cream (usually more) than what I asked for. This really isn't most customers' idea of a bad thing, and honestly I'll take free stuff if you want to give it to me, but it's just another example of employees here not having their sh*t together. Boy, I love Cold Stone, but this location makes it absolutely positively impossible for me to come back. The vast majority of my experiences have been bad (can't think of one where nothing went wrong, actually), and with a "Menchie's Frozen Yogurt" right down the road, I know where I'll be going for my future frozen treats in this area. read more

I LOVE this Tim Hortons!!! I always have the best service from a man who works there named Randy. Seriously guys, ask for Randy. He is so friendly and kind and always offers the best service. Many a late night I have woken up to go to work and gone out of my way to get a coffee from Randy and talk for a couple minutes. This location is always busy, even if there are 50 cars in line at the drive thru pick that. This location does not care about customers that walk in. They only care about keeping that drive thru timer down. Also they should tell their customers not too park their trucks on the grass lot next too them looks real unprofessional. read more

Tim Horton's always used to be my go to place for breakfast. But recently, I've been disappointed. The food is usually pretty good, though sometimes I wonder how long my sandwich has been sitting before giving it to me. Something shouldn't be cold five minutes after ordering. I think my biggest issue is communication with the employees. On two separate occasions at this location, I ordered a meal, using the number on the board to let them know which one I want. Both of these times, they ring me up for each item separately, instead of putting them in a meal. So when the total is over two dollars more than the price of the meal, that becomes an issue. No other place have I ever been to has had this problem. For this, and other reasons, Starbucks has become my new go to place. It's come to the point where I'd rather pay more someplace else and know I'm getting what I order. read more

planned visit to this location with my two sister, daughter, and brother in law. I got coffee ice cream with marhsmallows, my daughter and two sisters got large iced coffee with vanilla and cream and I got a small iced mocha cappuccino. my two sisters and my daughter requested to have extra vanilla and creamer added to their coffee's upon tasting it and it not being enough for them, and the staff seemed quite irritated by this. upon completion of our transaction we went next door to burger king to have a quite burger before we headed off to the theater. upon entering burger king I was licking the chocolate whipped topping off the top of my tim hortons cup as they over filled it a great deal. what I found in my mouth was disgusting! it looked like a straight up pubic hair, though i know it must have been a hair from one of the boys' beards that was clearly NOT shaved or kept in a hair net which goes agaisnt tim hortons policy. upon furtier investigation of my coffee my sisters and I found 2 more hairs. I am truly appauled and I will NEVER visit this location again and I urge whoever reads this to think twice about it too! read more
