Usually I don't have issues here, but since the kids have been out of school and working there now on the weekdays and not just the weekends, my order is messed up and wrong EVERY morning. I usually just let it go because they're kids and I understand mistakes happen. But i get the SAME thing EVERY morning with the SAME EXACT total and am given a different food item daily. I order a blueberry bagel double toasted with LIGHT plain cream cheese and a large French vanilla. I have received a blueberry bagel with extra cream cheese, a bagel with ONION AND CHIVE cream cheese, cheese bagels with cream cheese, sausage breakfast sandwiches, the list goes on. But I am finally fed up and will be back in the morning with my CHEESE bagel i was given today to explain the situation and maybe they can solve the problem with a team meeting or something idk. read more

I highly suggest going inside for quicker server - the drive thru does take some time and it might just be me but it seem to take longer when you're in a rush. Lol! I was very pleased to say - workers did a good job serving people as they came in. When you first walk in you only see one person at the register but then soon another person pops up to help out to keep the line down. The store was clean and i saw workers washing their hands in the back - i enjoy the open feel to the business like they aren't trying to hide anything. Happy Eating!!! read more

No direct access from the road here--you need to enter through a Wal Mart driveway and wind around the back of the restaurant. Minor inconvenience (assuming you're headed back to the highway), since you can turn right onto Belleville Road. When I popped in, I ordered black coffee and a chili. The coffee was OK, actually a little weaker than most Tims serve it. Chili could have been hotter, but was still satisfactory. Didn't have a donut, but those in the case looked fresh, and the case was well stocked, especially for late on a Sunday morning. The young man taking my order seemed a bit confused when I ordered a "large chili" (the official name or the larger size is "regular"--given there are only two sizes, shouldn't he have figured it out?), and my order was packaged "to go" when I'd said I was eating in. But still, I got what I came for, so no major cause for complaints. read more

How have I never reviewed my go to Timmie's? Not too much to say. They have great cheap coffee. I always get the biggest one. In the old days I did triple triples or double doubles, now I just get triple cream and either do a sugar free syrup add or just add my own agave or stevia (yes I bring crap like this with me). I know, sad right? The mochas here as I recall are half hot chocolate and half coffee and are really tasty. The bonus of a Timmies coffee is normally it runs under two bucks. Even if you get fancy or go gigantor you will never pay more than three bucks. They guarantee a pot change minimally every 20 minutes so you will always get fresh. It does not last that long at all in the mornings. Bagels in here are decent as are the muffins (chocolate chip with sugar sprinkles on top!). I am not a huge Timmie donut fan in the states though, the ones in Canada dipped in chocolate are really great but our chocolate is not the same at all. American chocolate sucks as a general rule, sorry but unless its high end American I speak the truth. If you must get a donut, stick to the mini timbits. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty, I prefer all of them on bagels though. The oatmeal here blows McD's away and I really am a fan. read more

Coming from an area without a Tim Horton it is nice to come in and hit a craving for a good quick breakfast. Overall appearance is clean, and the place is busy with a good steady drive thru line. Good reason to stop by. Service was a little slow, but once they got a second cashier the line seem to flow. Food was quick. Ordered a healthy start #7. It was good, but fell apart, and could have been put together with a little more care. This won't deter me from coming back, and with a steady drive thru they can only improve. read more

Stopped here on our way home on a Sunday morning, not many people waiting maybe 2 indoors and 2 cars in the drive thru. The girl at the till was nice but really out of it. Didn't know what she was doing, I had to repeat my order twice. I couldn't get a latte because the piece of equipment they use to heat up milk was not working. Surprisingly they got all of our order correct, other than the girl forgot to make my husbands coffee and just left him standing at the counter, wouldn't check to see why he was just aimlessly standing there. A man who was attending to the drive thru helped him finally and told the girl at the till she needs to get orders right. Restaurant was clean, food was good, I cant complain about that. I come here quite often as it is probably the only decent place to get a cup of coffee around the Belleville area. The coffee is actually quite good and I know the difference between old coffee and fresh coffee. The coffee is mostly fresh every time, they have a good selection of pastries and food as well even after 5PM. The people are also friendly and personable and the place is nice if you want to sit down and sip your coffee. Cheap for what you get as well! Well worth the trip here every time! Update: 09/30/2017 - still good coffee and yummy foods of but this is unacceptable.. This is just laziness. Clearly visible to all customers waiting for their food. After experiencing a lot of other coffee chains this year, in metro-Detroit and around the US, the quality and level of service at this Tim Horton's is great. Their speed is reasonable. Their accuracy is good. The parking and drive through set up is better than many in metro-Detroit. I recommend this location over all the similar options that are reasonably close to it. read more

I usually love Tim Hortons, and love getting their panini's.. but today I am completely disappointed by the sandwich I received. The Tuscan chicken panini is supposed to have more chicken than what was on my sandwich, and it didn't have any sauce on it like it was supposed to. Extremely POOR customer service here this am. Approximately 15 people waiting in line and only one cash open, even though there are at least 6 staff working behind the counter. I waited 15 minutes to get a toasted english muffin once I placed my order. Currently two unhappy customers at the counter who have returned because their orders are screwed up. I haven't seen one staff member smile or say good morning to a customer in the past 30 minutes. Several of the staff look like they are in a daze. Very sad looking staff. It's quite obvious that the designated manager for this outlet is not managing the store in accordance with Tim Horton's mission etc. This outlet is an embarrassment to the Tim Horton Chain. As a tourist to this area, this is my first and last visit to this outlet. read more

I went to this location the other night. Holy Kangaroo they had no idea what was going on. It took all the words I know to explain what I wanted. I failed at explaining. I got a large cup what looked like milk. It was no kidding a large cup of half and half and ice. What did I order you ask? A small regular coffee. I gave up and took a large ice coffee. After some explaining I ended up with a large light brown room temp coffee with no ice. They were sooo close. I saw the girl in the drive threw drop a bag of stuff on the floor, shake it off and hand it to the customer. I hear it is much better during the day. read more

What can I say about this Tim Hortons that you probably already don't know? Everyone is friendly and I have come in contact with. It's like a well oiled machine there. Someone takes orders someone execute them and even though I go get coffee every morning during the 9 o'clock rush they are consistent with getting me out of there on time in the drive-through or inside. I have been to other restaurants during the morning hours and this is by far the best with my time and money. I will continue to go there and get my coffee and be greeted by the friendly staff there. Yesterday they ran on the sleeves for coffee instead of just warning me that the coffee was hot they added an extra cup. They also let every customer ordering at the time I was there know why there was two cups. I decided to walked into this store to purchase bagels and muffin. The lady that took care of my order has no personality. She never smile throught out my orders. She appeared a little annoyed when i asked what kind of bagels pointed at bagels that has no labels on them. As some of the bagels has labels and some do not. I needed a dozen assorted, since she appeared like she do not feel like helping me, i just ordered the bagels i recignized, and got out of there as fast as i can...they need to hired friendlier counter help if they want repeat customers. read more

Use to love this Tim Hortons... I dread even going there anymore. Eight out of 10 coffees I will have to have remade because they never can get the amount of cream I have asked for right. I have sworn off of this location and I find myself continuously giving it "one more chance". You KNOW you're going to be super busy on Saturday and Sunday morning so you need to staff accordingly. Plus, I'm not sure who came up with your "coffee and doughnuts only" line but it only serves to confuse, embarrass and slow things down. I witnessed a lady trying to add something on to her order last minute at this line last time I was there and she was told she couldn't because she was in the "coffee and doughnuts only" line. So, a sale was lost and the lady was embarrassed. Today, I stepped up to the line to order a cappuccino. Cappuccino is coffee just FYI. I was told I could order iced coffee but no cappuccino. Good grief! I wonder, are muffins discriminated against this way too. :-) A smart manager would simply open both lines up without limitations and get the customers through the line much happier and much more quickly. I will not be one of these future customers however, I am DONE with this location. I went down the road to the Tim Hortons on Michigan Ave. They had never heard of the "coffee and doughnuts only" line. Very disappointed! While I enjoy their bagels, I was put in charge to buy a couple dozen for a meeting at work. I went the day before to order ahead of time and the lady told me it would be no problem coming in at 6am to pick up the bagels and an order wasn't necessary. Upon my arrival, there was hardly any to pick from.....boy did I learn my lesson! I probably won't go back.....at least to that location! There is NO training of the counter staff at this store. I was allowed to stand for over 5 minutes at a register without even so much as being acknowledged by any one of the several staff members who all ran around randomly behind the counter without anyone in particular giving a shit about customers who are standing there waiting to ask even a simple question or place an order. I finally walked out of the store when someone else immediately was given service when walking up the the other register which otherwise had been unattended previously. The employees at this store desperately need to be trained in basic counter etiquette including how to take a complete order before running off in the middle of a customer trying to place an order. I don't know who the hell trains people to walk away in the middle of being given someone's order repeatedly but this ALWAYS happens at this store. For over 5 years I've been going there and NEVER is any behind the counter demonstrated that they have actually been trained to behave efficiently nor does anyone ever seem to have basic courtesy in how deal with to customers in anything close to an attentive and polite manner. THIS STORE AND IT'S GENERAL MANAGEMENT IS IN VERY SERIOUS NEED OF ATTENTION! Serves me right for just not driving all the way to the Rawsonville store just a couple miles down the road where everyone of their staff doesn't act like they are totally fucking brainless. read more
