They also covered the existing plug and left it wired with an extension cord, instead of plugging it in correctly. I called this company three times afterwards to have them fix the situation and they promised me every single time I would get a call back. Never received a call back! I had to go pick up the old garage door opener myself and dispose of it and had to have someone else fix the wiring. Really terrible customer service. This company then subcontracted to a dispatch agency that then sent us the worst scum of a technician (: Luei Garage). He gave no quote or estimate for the job, nothing was agreed upon and instead set off tinkering with the opener and within 5 minutes had "fixed" the issue. He then charged us $350. After going back and forth he then said the charge was $200. At this point we just wanted this scammer off of our property. Careful who you allow onto your premises. Ken Davidson seems to just be the shell housing unvetted and unethical "technicians".

I asked him to check the motor first to see if it was repairable. He said he would do his best to fix it but since it was over 20 years old, it might need to be replaced. He also told me that if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me. He showed me the broken part inside the motor and explained that, due to the motor's condition, the garage door couldn't open all the way. However, he was able to repair it enough to get it moving again but just won't open all the way. So I decided to have him install a brand new motor. He replaced everything, including the track, rail, and motor unit, and completed the job quickly. The price was very reasonable and he was communicative throughout the entire process! He's definitely the person to call if you have any garage door issues. Highly recommended!
