I asked him to check the motor first to see if it was repairable. He said he would do his best to fix it but since it was over 20 years old, it might need to be replaced. He also told me that if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me. He showed me the broken part inside the motor and explained that, due to the motor's condition, the garage door couldn't open all the way. However, he was able to repair it enough to get it moving again but just won't open all the way. So I decided to have him install a brand new motor. Each time I messaged them, they responded within half an hour. Salem was flexible with our busy schedule and was able to install our new openers in less time than we thought. He showed us what other parts are major concerns, including the wheels and the spring. He didn't push us to get them replaced so I can tell he wasn't trying to upsell. After some time to think, we ultimately decided to get the wheels replaced a week later. Salem was quick to respond with this too. In fact, he got them replaced the same day.
