My Casio G-Shock watch wasn't working and another watch repair shop told me that they couldn't fix it and I would have to send it back to Casio. The master at Watch Center only took about 15 minutes and had it running like new. Thank you! They were very conscientious of keeping things clean and safe during Covid. My watch was put in a UV light chamber and hand sanitizer was offered as well. All personnel wore masks and face shields. I felt very safe. Their selection in the store was very extensive. Many great Seiko and Casio G-Shocks. I will be back for sure! read more

Chai and Dee run a fantastic watch store. I am a big Seiko fan and went in to shop for a dress watch as a graduation gift for my cousin. I immediately found the perfect Presage, and she immediately brought it to Chai to add links for him. This was good and bad, good that they made this happen so quick, bad that I had the time to look at watches for myself . Dee let me try on any watch I was interested in, and when she saw what I was interested in she made her own suggestion, a beautiful green Land Tortoise, that I didn't pay much attention to but when she had me try it on, I fell in love with it. It's on my wrist now and I can't stop looking at it. Well now she went to box my watch and I had even more time to look at watches, finally topped it off with a watch for my lady, again she got to try on any watch she was interested in and we landed on a nice dress watch for her. We left this store with the biggest smile on our faces. Worth the drive from LA for the customer service alone, the great inventory was just a bonus! Replacing my watch's battery was only $10 (this may vary slightly depending on battery size). But the price ranges are still very affordable! Walking in you are greeting by friendly faces and their customer service skills are that of a high end department store. The store is neat and clean and they offer a variety of services. I'll be coming back to replace two other batteries and a watch strap. Replacing my battery took less than 5 minutes and in the meantime, I was able to chat with one of the employees about a watch I needed a new strap for. read more

I just got my Seiko Sarb033 serviced because it was running about 5 minutes slow per day. The staff at Time center were incredibly friendly and even did a light polish on the bracelet which was a nice touch! The total service took about 10 days from drop off to pickup and cost $160. being able to share my impressions and opinions on different establishments over the years has been a lot of fun. In my opinion, sharing positive experiences is hugely important vs. merely venting about the all too common horror story. I couldn't wait to write this. In my quest to find a new watch, I ventured into uncharted territory. I visited malls, I visited various brick and mortar shops. Unfortunately, there were several commonalities among them. A lack of patience, lack of willingness to share knowledge about their time pieces, (assuming there was knowledge to bestow), and of course the pushing to make a sale attitude. Yeah, it's gets old. The good news is that, tucked away in Orange is one of the last bastions of classic customer service. I'm not being dramatic, I'm being completely sincere when I say, that "Dee" one of the proprietors was an absolute joy to meet and ultimately to make a purchase from. This establishment had one of the largest selection of quality and reasonably priced watches I had seen on my pilgrimage. No buyers remorse, no feeling like I was pushed into something. I stopped by this place since I had a couple of watches that needed new batteries. Other than offering an extensive line of beautiful watches, watch bands, batteries, and clocks, this place can also handle engraving and watch/clock repairs. I don't know about you, but a handy watch/clock store is always nice to have. Kinda like a beauty supply store you know you can trust for all of your 'product' needs... I expected a wait for my batteries, which was fine (there was a Game Stop next door...oooh, video games!). Surprisingly, one of the employees promptly took my watches into the back and changed them all within 10-15 minutes...and even set the time and date on all five watches!! What service! The woman who helped me clearly explained the pricing per watch and went so far as to tell me that the water resistant features of my G-Shock weren't guaranteed after a battery change (unless I sent it directly to Casio). I wasn't going diving any time soon, so why not? Overall, I had a great experience here. I entertained myself by looking at all the shiny new watches in the display cases (Movado, Tissot, Hamilton, Fendi, Swiss Army, Wittnauer, Tommy Bahama, Seiko, Pulsar, Skagen, Casio, Luminox and Citizen, oh my!) as well as the numerous wall clocks. Some of the clocks played music, flashed with pretty LED lights, and even had fancy clock faces that split into four sections and spun around...nice! read more

A great place to get your watch battery replaced. I came here on 1/11/16 and got my Fossil watch battery replaced here. Paul was beyond cool and did the repair (battery replacement) right then and there. They also have a great inventory of watches, clocks and accessories. Came in for a Watch sizing. The lady who helped me was wearing a face mask AND a face shield and gloves. She disinfected the tray for me to put my watch in, disinfected my watch w/ a UV machine. The link removal process was quick and inexpensive. I asked about a few watches they had on hand and the lady was very knowledgeable on the watch brands. Their prices are even better than big chain retailers on sale. I will definitely be back to pick up a Seiko Presage or Victorinox watch. They also do maintenance on automatic watches.
