The drinks here are absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the difference in the authentic, high-quality ingredients they use. I tried the Mango Escape, and it was refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet - just perfect. The customer service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really takes the time to make sure every customer has a great experience. Great stop for a road trip that suites multiple taste buds. :) The tofu banh mi is soooo good, delicious and flavorful fried tofu. The meat on the chicken banh mi wasn't too authentic, but I liked that it came with pate. My son got a shrimp fried rice that was yummy. We always wrap up with boba, and this time we got a ube slushie boba and an oreo cookies & cream shake. I like that it's order at the counter and the cafe has a nice ambience. This place was amazing!! Took my nephew for his birthday for pho and boba the broth was very good but a little bit over salted. We got our food first it was done very fast almost no wait time and was hot and fresh. time pho boba used to be one of my favorite restaurants but in the last couple of months they have just gotten so greedy and gone down hill the pho that I always got used to be $12.95 just a couple months ago and everytime I've come in it's gone up by a dollar i can understand inflation but the quality of the food has also gone down less meat half the side veggies they charge if you want more and good luck finding enough onion in your pho I understand things get expensive but you can up your prices or lower your quality just not both read more

I stopped in this plaza for lunch. My first choice was closed so I stumbled onto this place. I'm always dwn for boba but was excited they also serve noodle soups. Though pho was in their name, I saw they offered kasoy. I'd had kasoy once before and really liked it. I don't know a lot of places that have this Mien noodle soup so I had to get it. I ordered a bowl at the counter and sat myself down. I for some reason, didn't get a boba drink and am glad I didn't because the bowl that arrived at my table was huge and it filled me up so much. I was skeptical at first as I thought it was mostly broth. But underneath the broth, there were huge hor fun aka thick rice noodles. And it included onions, ground pork, shredded chicken, beef balls, and shrimp. The both was hot and flavorful. The noodles were a bit hard and stuck together. I wish they were more broken apart but I just let it sit in the broth a bit to warm up and get softer. They also gave me a plate of bean sprouts, lime and jalapenos. Service was friendly and food came out super quick. My only other small little gripe was there were flies flying around the place and my food and table, which was a bit annoying. read more

Consistent hours, polite service and decent food. Time pho boba offers up quick eats and the only boba shop in town. My favorite item to order here is their raw beef laarb (spicy and with bitters). It's refreshing and perfect with their side of sticky rice. Their pho isn't necessarily the best pho or the most authentic, but being in the town of Oroville, you get what you can, however it gets the job done and keeps u happy and coming back. P.s. I love how they offer the fat noodle ( ho fun option). Lastly, recently tried their intestine and pork ear stiryfry, it's delicious and great with side of cold beer. Only wish is if they can sub out the pork ears with with more intestines - don't knock it till u try it. Will be looking forward to trying out their entire menu soon. Such a good find in Oroville! We were driving home and just searching for what was open. Glad we stumbled on this! The matcha boba was so good. First time my husband and I dined here. We stopped by for an appointment from out of town and decided to try this restaurant. My husband got the combination beef pho with an added beef bone and I got the beef pho with added shrimps. Service was quick since it's during COVID and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. We got our food in less than 10 min from when we ordered. The pho broth was good but I find it a bit too salty to my taste and my husband also agrees. Of course you can also add other sauces and condiments to adjust the taste but I prefer my pho broth a bit plain and left the actual beef flavor shine through with little adjustment. My husband said the beef bone barely has meat on it. There was only 2 shrimps added to my pho. They also serve other food like laab, papaya, rice plates. I don't mind dining at this restaurant again. I like how they use disposable cups and silverware during COVID. Unfortunately, I was only able to finish half or less of my pho because their air conditioning is either broken or not on and while eating the hot pho, I felt like I was having a hot flash since I am heavily pregnant. First of all bad customer service, no one greets you and everyone has an attitude. Second of all the pho and rice there are terrible. By terrible I mean the pho broth taste watered down. The rice is hard, like they made it a few days ago. The meat is very dry. Third, their drinks are watered down and sometimes over sweetened. The boba are hard and slimy. Fourth reason is that the food is over priced considering how bad and dry it is. I'd rather drive to gelayo in Chico to get boba and go downtown to get my pho and Asian food. I've had their pho before and after they closed. I can say that the quality in food hasn't changed. There's just no motivation to make their food taste better. read more
