The Dino Rib only on Saturdays..amazing
    Buddy A.

This place is hands down the best Texas BBQ in central Florida. Make the drive it's worth it. On Saturdays they have a special Dino Beef Rib it melts in your mouth. The pork ribs are the best I have ever had no sauce needed.

Barbecue brisket, barbecued turkey, macaroni and cheese, fresh green beans, and a salad.

Timmy Jon's BBQ catered an event in East Pasco County Thursday night August 28 for over 400 people. The quality of the barbecue brisket and turkey was amazing. Super flavor, deep smoke ring and served piping HOT. Mac-cheese was very good with a slight smoke flavor. Great fresh salad. I highly recommend them for your next catering event or even a solo lunch at their restaurant location in Dade city.

Meat is good. I feel like there should be more bbq sauce options, Texas toast was just store bought white bread.. Beans weren't good service was okay our server went to smoke a cigarette and never came back..

We both ordered sopes which was our fave here. I ordered one, and my husband ordered the sopes platter with two sopes, rice, & beans, I took his beans with my single sopes. This time the steak tasted different and the flavor wasn't all there. It was ok but definitely have had better ones now. They use to include guacamole too. That's long gone. We ordered a horchata and pineapple agua frescas. Of course these are more expensive and much smaller now. Service was ok but difficult to locate our server. It wasn't too busy either bc it was early in the week. Not sure if we will be back here much. Now I still want more sopes bc this one didn't fill my taste buds for it. Ambiance was loud and echoey with two parties. With a full house, wow bring your headphones bc it will be super intensely loud in case you have sensitive ears like me.
