Beautiful night with plentiful seating available both inside and the patio. I imagine the downstairs more casual area was probably more crowded because of the concert but we didn't venture down to see. Service in general was friendly and attentive, but only fair in performance (see negatives below). My pork chop was tasty and fairly priced. The potato was well cooked and warm when served. However, I noticed the pork chop was still raw. I flipped it over onto the sizzling hot stone and it started to cook a bit but I was still confused and concerned. The server came to check on us and I showed her the raw meat. She quickly said "oh the chef doesn't cook that." No further explanation until I continued to share my concern while cutting into the chop. At that point she explained that "most people just cut it up and it continues to cook"... Which is what I did and ultimately it was fine, but it seemed strange that no one explained the concept and she made me feel stupid for not figuring this out on my own sooner. The mango drink was tasty and pretty. More juice like than a typical alcohol drink which made it easier to drink with the meal instead of just before or after like I usually do.

We are at the City Center for the Fake Motley Crew band. We are grabbing a bite first. The music the restaurant is playing techno dance on FULL blast. We could not hear the wait staff, can't even hear each other at our table. Asked if they could turn the music down, they turned it UP instead!! Play to your audience people!!!!! This is a restaurant not a Night Club! Maybe that's why the place was empty

There were plenty of really good food options to choose from. But today I just wanted a salad, and I was pretty glad I chose the Cobb salad. You can have it with protein or without. Of course having protein is a up charge. I had my salad with blackned shrimp. The salad was wonderful and a very decent size. My only gripe was the shrimp being a little too tough.

If you're looking for a spot that combines a romantic atmosphere with family-friendly vibes, This place is a fantastic choice. We started our meal with two glasses of Laurel Cellars Pinot Noir, which paired beautifully with the Wagyu meatballs appetizer--succulent and full of flavor. For the main course, my husband chose the smoked 1/2 brick chicken with a side of crispy Brussels sprouts, which was cooked to perfection, while I enjoyed the Bordeaux lamb shank--tender, flavorful, and satisfying. Our daughter was also delighted with her kids' cheeseburger and fries. The ambiance is inviting, with both the upstairs and bar areas offering a cozy yet elegant setting. Whether you're planning a nice dinner, a romantic date, or a gathering with friends, Tin Cup Grill provides the perfect backdrop, complete with great service to match. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

The perfect destination for food and service!

We chose The Tin Cup due to a personal recommendation. Marianna, from the very beginning wanted to accommodate our group in any way possible. We chose Tin Cup for our son's After Rehearsal Dinner which included 40 adults. The menu choices were many, from appetizers to salads, entrees and desserts. The food was AMAZING and the service was equally fabulous. From beginning to end, Marianna walked us through the process, guiding us to the very best expose could have imagined. Upon arrival, the tables were expertly set, floating candles and the perfect spot for us to set up and have selfies, commemorating the couples' big day. The food was incredible. The filet perfect, the vegetables so fresh and an array of deserts fit for everyone's tastes. Pamela and Ethan assisted, Ethan helping with recommendations of the wine choices. Pamela and Marianna over seeing the entire event. When your guests thank you for such a fabulous event, commenting on the food and service, we knew we had made the perfect choice!! Thank you Tin Cup! Thank you Marianna!! We love you and hope to celebrate another event with you soon!!

Full rack of ribs, nasty coleslaw, Blackened Salmon (no flavor what so ever, forget about Blackened), fresh veggies.

Service sucks, quality of food is horrible with days old coleslaw that smells, blackened fish that has 0 flavor and server suggests to bring some sauce.

Another amazing dinner! We brought another couple with us this time to enjoy excellent food and great service (Ricardo is delightful) The chef special was and Lobster with scallops and shrimp with San Marzano fra diavolo pasta my husband ordered and we all enjoyed tastes of it. Ricardo suggested the corn soufflé and even that was beyond expectations! One of us ordered the ribeye cooked on the stone who didn't think it would be that different than what he cooks, but was amazed how good it was. There was also the lamb shank that was so unbelievably tender and delicious! Besides our wonderful server, Ricardo and fantastic food, the noise level is perfect, lighting is great, and comfortable seating. As far as alcohol, even the house lager was great, dirty martinis were terrific; especially with blue cheese olives, Scot's last chance my husband loves, and the smoked Manhattan was a neat experience and tasty.

Despite the low ratings, we still decided to give this place a shot. Honestly, I was expecting to walk into a sport bar type place. But it definitely has an upscale vibe! Dim lights, relaxing ambiance. And they even have an ice skating rink that's opened as long as the restaurant is opened. I saw a sign saying they offer kids packages so I'm assuming part of the restaurant can be rented out for parties too. Service was good! However upon entering, I wasn't sure if it was opened and I asked like 3 staff standing behind the bar if they were opened and they just stared at me. I asked 3 times before someone came to sit us down. Which I felt was a bit rude. And food was excellent. I would definitely come back here

Our server, Mikayla, was attentive and sweet, and made sure we were good without hovering. I didn't expect such good service because it was super full in there as we went for Easter Brunch . The first time I came, I had a different server and didn't have the best experience, so I was a little unsure about coming back but this visit changed that. I feel a need to mention that the hosts were amazing . There was a older man i did not get his name but i got the girls name, Trinity. She has been there both times i've came and is always welcoming, and helpful, which really sets the tone. The dim lighting and comfortable seating also made the experience even better. Side note: the "Loaded Pancakes" was really good and worth trying. Overall, a much better experience this time around . I'd come back again.

There were nine of us--not exactly a tiny table, but hardly the kind of group that should throw a restaurant into chaos. To be fair, we did wait for two people in our party before ordering food. It was probably 20-30 minutes, and we made it very clear to our server that we were waiting. We also weren't just camping out at the table. We started with drinks while we waited, so the restaurant was already making money from our table before the kitchen ever had to cook a single thing. Once everyone arrived, we placed one order together. No staggered tickets, no special requests, no unnecessary complications. The thing is... the restaurant was practically empty. If anything, I would've thought they'd be happy to have a table of nine on a slow brunch. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Once we finally ordered, it was another 30-plus minutes before much of anything happened. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't particularly interested in us being there. She checked the boxes, but just barely. It felt less like hospitality and more like someone waiting for the end of their shift. What made the whole experience even stranger was looking around the restaurant. It wasn't busy, yet several employees seemed to be standing around talking while we sat waiting. During the hour or two we were there, I think only a couple of other parties came through the door. At one point there were two hostesses managing what amounted to a trickle of guests while tables that were already seated waited on drinks, food, and attention. Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes than I could see, but from where we were sitting, it felt less like they needed more people and more like they needed to use the people they already had a little better. Then came the mimosas. These were less mimosas and more "suggestions of citrus." It was basically champagne with a couple thoughts of orange juice. At one point we had to ask for more orange juice just to get it to the legally recognized definition of a mimosa. They tasted like champagne that heard flavored sparkling water was popular and decided to reinvent itself. There was a whole lot of "mim" and not much "osa." At nearly $14 each, I expected something a little more festive and a little less... chemistry experiment. For food, I ordered the Fried Green Tomato Benny: two biscuits, fried green tomatoes, poached eggs, Cholula hollandaise, and fresh fruit. On paper, that's a fantastic brunch. In reality, it was aggressively average. Nothing was quite hot enough. The biscuits had crossed that invisible line between baked and overbaked, where every bite makes you wonder if they're fresh or just committed to the bit. The whole dish felt like it had spent just a few too many minutes waiting for someone to remember it existed. And then there was the fruit. You know the kind of fruit bowl where every piece somehow tastes exactly the same because it's been sitting in the same juice for hours? That's what this was. Cheap melon, tired grapes, and enough pooled juice to ensure every bite shared the same identity crisis. To top it all off, the Benny was around $18, and the mimosas were pushing $14 each. I'm not going to call it a scam because words have meanings. Nobody tricked us. The prices were right there on the menu. We knew exactly what we were doing. We just expected the experience to justify it. On the bright side, the restaurant looks like it was designed by someone who has never met food, but has definitely met Pinterest. And honestly, it shows. Modern farmhouse, soft lighting, curated everything--it nails the aesthetic. Which is great, because you'll have plenty to look at while everything else catches up. It's funny how common this is now: it's easier than ever to make something look finished. You can polish the surface until it feels complete, even when the inside still isn't. Anyway--great aesthetics. The rest feels like it's still figuring itself out.

We sat upstairs with a group of ladies playing mah jong which was cool to see. The host Gabby was nice, after greeting us we were seated in a booth and began looking at the menu. Our server was Taylor, who was friendly, helpful, and really good at her job. Never needed anything bc she was great! I started with one of their blackberry ciders, my brother got a sour. For an app we ordered a giant pretzel and it was delicious. Whole grain mustard and gooey cheese were served on the side. Hard not to want to eat more than one. For entrees I went with a Reuben with a side of tater tots. The Reuben was tasty, they shred the corned beef up so it's easier to eat, and you get consistent bites every time. Their 1000 island dressing is KILLER. It's definitely homemade and I ordered a side for my tots. Nephew got the salmon BLT with sweet potato fries, and my brother got the Philly cheesesteak with tots as well. Once he tried my suggestion of dipping in the dressing, he got a side as well. The GM Andrew came by and checked on us. Service level is great here, made us feel welcome and happy we were in here. Since I'm technically on the clock I had to head out after two ciders. The staff was kind and attentive, and the space itself was decent -- clean and casual. I came in looking for fish tacos and ordered the grouper tacos (fried corn tortillas) with a side of refried beans and guacamole. The tacos were the highlight -- the fish had really nice flavor and texture. At first glance, it looked almost like fried fish sticks, but it tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The tacos were stuffed with cabbage and a generous amount of pico de gallo (a little too much for my taste), but everything came together nicely once I added the chipotle-style sauce. The sauce reminded me of Subway's chipotle mayo -- creamy, smoky, and actually really good. The guac was smooth, flavorful, and clearly fresh. Unfortunately, the refried beans didn't hold up -- they were runny, watery, and totally bland, like brown soup with no flavor. Also, I was surprised they only offered white rice instead of the traditional Mexican rice, which felt like a miss for this type of restaurant. Overall, I'd give the tacos an 8.5/10 -- tasty, filling, and worth coming back for. The guac was solid too. I'd just skip the beans next time.
