The bar is not properly maintained, glasses are never polished, and there has been mold in the ice. That is completely unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one serving alcohol and charging full price. The work environment is just as bad. Staff are constantly yelling at each other, and management often yells at employees in front of others. It creates a chaotic, uncomfortable atmosphere that customers can absolutely feel. There is a serious lack of professionalism, sanitation, and quality control here. Until major changes are made, I would strongly suggest dining somewhere else.
