Brought our boys here to kill some time. The bar was great but the reason we came (golf) was not good at all. We didn't have clubs with us so used theirs. There was only 1 driver in the entire place and the head fell off on the 4th swing. Bummer!! Wish they would put some more money into the golfing part bc this place could he badass! Some shade outside would also be great. Bar: Sweet bartender, free pool, good music and lots beer options. (Lots of local beers). Beers were so cheap!! Came during happy hour but it was still super cheap! Will be back bc it gives the kids something to do and the beers were cold and cheap. Hope it's a better golfing experience next trip. read more

Reached out to the establishment before hand to answer some questions, was left hanging when I asked if it was family friendly( was hoping to get family hours) Never got a response so I figured I'd head out grab a drink and an appetizer before dinner. Definitely not family friendly and do not serve food at all. Seems like a good place to maybe schedule a business meeting because of the driving range but I'm hesitant because that would require getting food somewhere first and then heading there. I'm not a fan of establishments that offer alcohol and nothing to eat, just doesn't seem responsible. read more

Cute bar with a great deck, unfortunately was raining when we went, will definitely be back on a sunny day to take in the sunset. Happy hour is insanely cheap, $10 for 4 drinks. What a great find in Galveston!!! Cheap beer and wine, and a great time. We played golf but the inside also has pool tables, karaoke, couches and a nice porch with awesome lights with cornhole. I went here because I really didn't want to watch the playoffs alone, yet I didn't want to drink either. So, I guess I stood out socially, but I felt no real static as I sat there for 4 hours sipping diet coke and ginger ale. They have massive big screens, a pool table and of course slots (don't know if like so many other bars they had something else that begins with an s but has a different vowel). They did have suds, and if I drank beer I'd be impressed by the draft selection. Bar help were friendly and not working to shake you down or run you off if you didn't spend a fortune. Customers seemed a little more polished and not barflies. This place is also a driving range for golf, and many of the customers get a libation after emptying a bucket (balls). They have a great big patio deck in the rear. Interestingly enough the patio did not have cleat impressions from shoes going up the patio to get to the range. I don't know, maybe people don't wear cleats anymore? Great concept and potentially, a gold mine. read more

We went here on a whim on my day off, and were pleasantly surprised! Lone star on draft is $1.25 a pint and happy hour (2-5 PM) had $2 pints of all draft. The buckets of balls are $5 for a small, $10 for a medium, and $30 for a large. Wayyy cheaper than Top Golf! There aren't a ton of driving spots, but if you go on a week day you won't have to wait for a spot. There are corn hole boards a well. There is also a pool table on the inside of the bar and poker tables. The outside patio/deck is set up well also with patio furniture to watch as people drive. We will definitely be making a trip back here! read more

The bartender was not knowledgeable about if they had NFL Sunday Ticket. She said they did, and I even asked specifically for a certain game and if it was on over the phone before driving over. I get there and she fumbles around with the remote trying to find it. Long story short she made up that they had it and I wasted time driving over. Sorry, but I am a very local resident, I live a half mile away and was hoping to have a regular place to hang out. Had a domestic draft and domestic bottle of beer. I was charged 10 dollars. Asked the bartender how much beer was, she said "3,4or5 dollars, it was not happy hour, but she did not know how much it was at the time, even still it was too much for a local bar to charge.she was making it up as she went, hire a new bartender. Went to Sky Dive Galveston (which is not affiliated with this company)by no means . This was the first time sky diving with my family so we were really pumped until I was rudely directed by one of the barmaids of Tin Cup's "Caddy Shack to the back of the establishment. Me and my family let the rudeness of that employee roll off of our backs because of our excitement to jump. Due to some overcast we had to hang around until it was safe to jump.We were later approached by the same female employee that was upset because my neices and nephews were hitting ball into the range " due to weather" she said that we could not use the range , it was 75 degrees and sunny with some overcast but thats besides the point. I immediately gathered the balls from my neices and nephews who were sadden by the fact that they had to return the balls. After my mother notified her that we had no idea that the range was closed and that she should talk to the Sky Dive place " who is not affiliated with them " but were the ones who released the balls to me and my family, she wasn't to pleased with that response so she proceeded to call my mother a BITCH! and tell her to FUCK YOU!, all because my mother told her she needed to direct her comments elsewhere. We were so pissed about this altercation that we decided to leave and didnt even get to jump.As we proceeded to leave 9020 Stewart Rd we were followed out by a guy that claim to be part owner of Tin Cup's Caddy Shack , which we later found out that he was just the barmaids boyfriend and was asked what was the problem in a confrontational manner, We didnt pay him any mind and continued to proceed to our vehicles. We were then told by him that we" Shouldnt be here anyway".I am extremely pissed because there was a lot of disrespect given mainly to my mother and my family. We tried getting name of this particular employee but she refused to give her name or the name of the manager. If I could I would give this establishment a - 10 star rating I would.My family felt unwanted there and embarrassed that we had to endure such rudeness from out of nowhere! to those that own establishments please make sure thatcwhen you are not around your employees are on their best behavior because rudeness will not and should not be tolerated by anyone whether you make money from them or they are engaging in another company on or near your premises! read more
