[Service]: I was greeted by an old gentleman who doesn't speak too much English (prefer Vietnamese) but knew enough words to get my service completed. I asked to change battery (and also pointed batteries on the display case) and he was able to replace it in less than 5 minutes. The total ended up to be $7.
