Wow wow wow. Stopped here for a nice lunch while visiting Herman. Sat on their patio and the weather happened to be spectacular. Our server was the bartender and hr was fantastic, knowledgeable and attentive, even while managing the bar and the patio at the same time. Her recommended drinks for us and they were great! The food was fantastic. I loved the crab cake! Next time I'm in Herman, I'm coming back to this spot.

Relaxed spot with some fun highlights. The beer selection was solid, and all the appetizers we tried were pretty good. Service stood out--bartenders were friendly and easy to chat with. The overall vibe is chill, not super lively, but great if you're looking to unwind.

We were seated upon arrival in this beautiful restaurant by the host. Our staff person was named Felicity--the same name as our beautiful great neice. She was helpful, kind, and so amenable. She took our drink and appetizer orders. My old fashioned and the shared calamari, along with Bavarian soft pretzels were sooooo good. Alone either could have been a person's meal. My meal was seafood spatzel. It had crab, lobster, shrimp, and a deliciously light cheesey sauce. It was accompanied by perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned carrots and broccoli. Every part of my meal was prepared skillfully and I'd eat it again! This place is on my go to again list every time I'm in town!

Always such a fantastic time, one of my favorite places, I look forward to going every time we are in town. Beers have gone up a bit in price and their pretzels have shrunk a bit in size, but overall you can't go wrong with a skyscraper and a pretzel! Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. You won't be disappointed by stopping in!

Beautiful building and scenery. The food was very good and the service was Excellent. Our server did not skip a beat and was extremely friendly, Aware & made sure waters were filled. Staff was so very helpful and friendly. Everyone was cheerful when we came in (very appreciative). We will definitely be back.

Fun microbrewery in the quaint town of Hermann, MO! The beer is very tasty...I had the Skyscraper! We enjoyed a rainy Friday afternoon on the second floor, playing games (checkers and Rummikub)! Other games were available too. There is also an awesome event space available for reservations! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the brews--we will definitely return!

I love visiting Missouri wine county.....but I love beer more! What a great addition to Hermann! One of the 1800's breweries in Hermann was the Kropp brewery, right where this brewery sits today. The Kropp family was close family friends and I recall stories of Hermann and how the brewery shut down during prohibition. I enjoyed the beer here....and the outdoor patio!

First time visiting. We had the salmon and bbq chicken, but our favorite was dill gravy with the mashed potatoes.

Service was very good. Burger was dry with little taste and onion straws were out of a can.

Fun place. Do a beer flight and hang out in the beer hall for a game of corn hole. Pretzels and beer cheese are awesome too.

Great beer, and I loved the sampler, be warned, no food, so plan on just drinking.

Do not order the cheese curds! Though delicious, you will in fact be on the toilet for hours...

The restaurant was nearly empty on a weekday night. There were multiple open 6- and 8-top tables available, and we chose a 6-top because the only open 4-top was directly next to the front door. Shortly after we sat down, another table left, making the place even emptier. A staff member came over and insisted we move because we only had four people, despite the fact that there was no crowd, no wait, and no practical reason the table would be needed. We explained that we were regulars, that the restaurant was empty, and even shared that the reason our usual fifth person wasn't with us was because my grandpa had just passed away. Instead of showing any flexibility or understanding, he continued insisting we move. The situation escalated, and our family ended up leaving without eating. I understand restaurants have policies, and I normally respect that. But there's also such a thing as judgment, hospitality, and basic human compassion. This felt less like customer service and more like someone enforcing rules for the sake of enforcing them. It was honestly disappointing from a place we've supported for years.
