I was NEVER provided a quotation or estimate on the cost. I've gotten my pants tailored over the years for a reasonable cost (as recent as 2025), but it is a surprise on how it's double the cost of other tailors (Corona, CA). Most times I am charged $25 - 30. But this place is $46.75?!!That is highway robbery for a strip of fabric! I am shaking and feel elevated heart rate at how much they would charge to tailor the upper half of my pants? It took a few minutes to gather my thoughts and calm down from the cost of adjusting the 9"x 18" strip of fabric. At this rate, how much is a dress or a men's suit going to cost to tailor? I hope not getting married or not preparing your suit (or men/women office ware) for a job interview or professional work becomes the norm at these rates of prices. How is this is sustainable? Last year another tailor in Corona tapered and hemmed my pants for $29, the entire pants for that price. It's a shame, I live so close to this location and would prefer to support local businesses in my neighborhood, but I am uncomfortable of the thought that I might have to refinance my mortgage or declare bankruptcy if a shirt needs tailoring. This was the first time I used your business for tailoring and dry cleaning and it will be the last. I would rather crawl to another location outside my immediate neighborhood to service my clothing. I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

I get that people can have the same name, but what's the point of asking for a phone number to pick up an order if you're only relying on names? I had asked my wife to pick up my order since I've been working a lot and needed my clothes for work. When she arrived, she was told that my order had already been picked up. My wife explained that wasn't possible because I was at work. Despite this, they insisted that I had someone else pick it up and wouldn't listen to what she was saying. She assured them it wasn't possible since it's just the two of us, and I was clearly working at the time. At this point, another worker gets involved and asks to see a picture of me. I think that's an absolutely insane thing to ask, basically assuming my wife is lying. They hadn't been too apologetic too. My wife calls during this and explains to me the situation. I ask what can they do to remedy this? One worker asked the other, "Are you sure someone in the family didn't already pick it up?" The other worker admitted their mistake, saying, "No, I messed up--I gave the order to someone else." Shocked, my wife asked what they planned to do about it. They told her to give them until Friday. Frustrated by the lack of clarity and the conversation going in circles, my wife requested something in writing. Please see the attached photograph. Not only did they give away my order; one of the workers insisted my wife was essentially lying - taking no accountability on their end. They offered no solution; no type of peace of mind and nothing for their mistake. The next 2 days; I waited to see if they would call me or text me - and it was radio silence. I get the text message today that my order is ready; so I head over. When I checked in, the worker apologized once, saying they were sorry for giving my order to someone else. That was it--no coupon, no credits, nothing. The ultimate slap in the face was being made to pay. Excuse me--what? You lose my order and can't even do the bare minimum to make it right? Instead, they applied a discount (even though I had already used a 15% discount when I dropped off my clothes). I wasn't about to argue, but this was absolutely ridiculous and incredibly disappointing customer service. It's not about the money, it's about the principle!
