I paid for 4 lanes for a birthday party. When I told them someone else was bowling on one of the lanes that I paid for. They did nothing to correct the situation. I myself had to confront the people and kick them off the lane that I was paying for. They brought out the pitchers of pop with the pizza. When we were running low I asked for refills. They do not give refills and you have to pay for another pitcher. Each pitcher costs $7.50. And so I bought some more. And the pitchers were not even the same size! Ordered mozzarella sticks and nachos. They didn't even give sauce with them. Had to go back up and get sauce. The process for adding names to play a game is not very user friendly. I do not recommend this place. I would recommend you get back in your car. Go south on 80th ave. Turn right into 191st street. And go to thunder bowl.

Thin crust pizza. Cracker crust and cut into squares. Delicious.

Bowling alleys don't need to do much to make an impression in a local market. Unless you're a legit bowler, one lane is like any lane, and you could easily swap one out for any other. Most feature a bar, and will offer a small selection of pub food. If you're a regular Joe, you're most likely there because you're in a league, or your stopping in once every few months with friends for a night out. Tinley Bowl is right there for you in either aspect - doing what it needs to do to satisfy your need to occasionally bowl. The secret at Tinley Bowl is the bar menu. There's nothing ground breaking here as far as selection goes, but they do a great job of preparing better than average pizzas and nachos for a decent price. The cracker-crust pizzas, cut into squares, are strangely addictive.. I really can't pinpoint the exact reason why it's so good, but it is. The deluxe nacho platter features freshly fried chips with ground beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream. It is plenty big enough to share and is a great value. If you happen to find yourself at Tinley Bowl, make sure and order some food. It definitely takes this neighborhood bowling alley up a notch.

Chill place with better pricing than the nearby alleys. Went to the pro shop also and the guy was great and the prices are right for balls and shoes and accessories.

Honey hot and mango habanaero wings are good! $16 for 20 wings, or 15 for $12 and change. This is your typical seedy suburban slot machines/bowling/bar combo. They do have volleyball games sometimes as well as tournaments, which is nice. The employees are all really kind! Bowling game is only $4, happy hour beers are $2.

The best Bowling ally pizza if all time. Love this place. Pretty much anything on the menu that I've tried has been outstanding.

Tinley Bowl has become the hub for many bowling leagues because of Orland shutting down and Oak Forest's tragic fire.

On the other hand, this place is also a little more high end compared to your old fashion bowling/dive bar places. The location was very easy to find. We used Google Navigation and it lead us directly to the place. If you miss the entrance, it might be a little annoying to backtrack but no big issues. Parking was no issues and it is very big compared to the size of the building. We showed up on a busy Wednesday where it is penny pins so you only pay a penny per pin you knock down. Essentially...the worst you are, the cheaper your game will be. Inside the building is very nice and clean. There are two entrances..one is a "restaurant" and the other is the decent sized arcade and bowling. There is a self serving beer tap. And they do serve food. They do a little star less due to the prices of the food as well. It is better than your traditional bar/bowling food but it is a little more expensive. Also, I do enjoy the service of the self serving beer tap. They had a lot of selections of beer, 1-2 seltzers, 1 cider and ~5 wine selection. Also, they do have a "limit" of ~32 oz where the bartender can allow you or less depending on how you act. I do appreciate that so while you can drink feely, no one is getting drunk. I think we were paying ~.60 cents an oz and it does tell you how much your drink will cost as you are pouring. Also, they do have a small water station will is greatly appreciated. The arcade is decently sized. They do have a lot of selections of games but it is not a place where I would go just for the arcade. The size is good for after bowling or while you are waiting for your lane. Overall, I am very impressed with this location. Food, self serving beer tap, and arcades... I am fan of Twisted Pins and I would be back in the future.

They changed names they've got all new lanes, got a pro shop, they got all sorts of crane games and video games etc. I did not bowl, but my kids all bowled with their cousins. What I didn't like, was we got there at 245 and the kids wanted to bowl for an hour, 3 games and there was really nobody on the main lanes except two of the lanes which were already in use and they didn't want to rent lanes to my kids because they said the Plainfield teachers group is coming in. And I'm sure they wouldn't be there till 4 o'clock but this is it like at 2:30 2:45 and so they made my kids rent a lane which cost more dollars an hour and the shoes were more and they had to rent a lane in the VIP section which had colored lights and video on the wall and because they're worried about taking care of this teachers group and school wasn't even close to being over yet but they just wanted to make money on whoever was there. So we got stiffed by having to pay a lot higher prices and I didn't like that. So of course my wife liked the fact that they had a pour your own beer area. With like 20 different beers, some wines, some seltzers etc. etc. And you give them your card upfront they give you a separate card which you wave over the selection that you want , and then it weighs by the ounce how much it pours for you and then charges you a fee. It was in the afternoon and I didn't feel like drinking although the wife drank with my nephew. That was a good thing but I'm really only gonna give them two & 1/2 stars because they were obviously didn't want to rent to us so they gave us the expensive lanes. I just didn't like the service so at our expense they made extra money which was wrong. I personally wouldn't go back.

I went with my Girlfriend, her cousin and Grandmother. Grandma looks for the best rate ($money wise) to bowl a game or two. Which explains why the treatment we received was so terrible. Only took 1 shot to being noticing the LACK of Oil and regular maintenance to the lanes and bowling area. (Not thinking twice) I start using my OWN personal bowling ball and shoes. My ball gets stuck in the back by the pin setter. After the 5-10 mins of waiting to find an employee that wanted to work, we were forced to move a lane over which was not the major problem. The issue i was left to deal with was getting my own ball back, once they were finally able to get my personal ball back, it was covered all around with deep gouges. A month goes by after leaving my ball there for them to "fix it". The follow up call to them about my bad experience and damaged equipment. They decided to end the interaction by saying "If i don't take down my honest bad review of how they treated us" they will refuse to fix my personal ball. so here i am years later and STILL NOT FIXING IT. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you for a fun, cost friendly experience.
