    Branzino with risotto
    Melissa G.

Walked in without a reservation on a Friday evening around 7pm, and was able to get a table for two right away. The host was nice , sat us and immediately brought us water. The waitress came shortly after and was very charismatic. The restaurant was short staffed that night but they were still very attentive and friendly throughout the night. They gave us complimentary bread and butter to start which is always a nice touch. We did not order any appetizers, we went straight to the entrees. I ordered the special , Branzino over risotto in a pesto sauce with grilled zucchini. The meal was delicious, although the pesto sauce was a little more on the thin side and I did add some salt to the meal as well. My partner orders the rigatoni bolognese that was in a light cream red sauce, that was very good as well. It's also always a perk when it's BYOB. The inside of the restaurant is dull, not much of an ambiance and the outdoor seating does face a main block, but if you're not looking for very fancy , I would definitely recommend Bistro 46 for a nice date night especially since the service and the meal were 10/10. We also shared a pistachio ice cream tartufo with raspberry... another 10/10.

A wonderful place for lunch! Our server, Adolpho, was awesome! He was funny, knowledgeable about the menu and, attentive. The serving sizes are plentiful and the menu has a something for all. Outside seating was comfortable and was set with table cloths and umbrellas.

Burrata app - good but wish there were some greens with it!

Nice place - 7 of us had lunch here before a show. They gave us a nice large round table which I love! Wine was opened promptly & they gave us a nice bread basket & after we ordered, complimentary bruschetta which was delish! Most people in our group ordered the Harvest salad w/chicken which looked amazing & the soup of the day (NE Clam Chowder). Two people got the salmon which they enjoyed & I got the burrata app - it was OK....I've had better. Service was excellent! Finding the bathroom is a little bit of a challenge! BYO - the way to go! Street parking only & they have these cute Igloo's outside for private dining.

Norwegian Salmon over grilled zucchini and squash with Pesto

Dinner out while traveling. They brought out bread and a complimentary bruschetta bite. Be forewarned that this is a BYOB; there is a liquor store up the street. The sautéed mussels with sausage was great. The broth was tasty with a little bit and worked well with bread. I had Norwegian Salmon with roasted zucchini and squash with pesto sauce. A nice combination; the salmon was a little over cooked and could have used a bit more salt. It was nice sitting outside. I got here an hour before closing. The service was very good. White table clothe and upscale. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to others whether for a date, special occasion or a night out.

I really enjoyed my meal. It is BYO which helps with the bill. The entrees are around $30 but it is a generous portion. Service was very good. I would come here again.

I have a friend out in NJ. I'm from NYC so I drove out to her to catch up. We choose this spot because they had enclosed igloos for outdoor dining. I'm always a little skeptical of igloos and outdoor heating elements but to my surprise their igloos were actually warm! So warm in fact that when the sun showed face for a few minutes we felt baked and had to open the zipper door for a minute. You could've dined inside. At 11:30 am we were pretty much the first in the building. Anyways, they had some really good sounding specials. Typically I don't pay attention to the specials because I wonder whether or not restaurants are just trying to get rid of ingredients but Bistro 46 had some really creative twists on standard fare. They had a shrimp bisque that sounded great by description and actually tasted great when we got it. It's the perfect thing to warm you up on a cold winter day. Baked bread was provided on the side and then we were brought some Bruschetta, compliments of the chef. We followed that up by trying their huge empanada. Everyone raves about it for good reason. Order one to split in case you don't want to be too stuffed for your entrée. Our entrees included their chicken sandwich and the fettucine which was really rich! Our server Adolpho was ready with extra cheese and pepper for me. My companion saw how cheesy the fettucine was and wondered aloud why I wanted more cheese. I told her (and Adolpho) that I was starting a diet and exercise regimen tomorrow, so that was my last hurrah. Adolpho would remember this later, making sure to suggest dessert since I was going to "fitness jail" the next day. I asked him why he was trying to sabotage me. His answer was that he was going to let me have fun today but report me to my companion if he saw me at the Bistro tomorrow. The exchange resulted in our selection of the White Chocolate Salted Caramel Cheesecake *Chefs Kiss*... Touché Adolpho, Touché lol. Bottomline: This is a cute little spot well worth the trip across three NYC boroughs and a bridge to NJ. Just note that they don't have a bar so BYOB!

If one's a fan of healthy, natural, and delicious Mediterranean food, especially Greek food, one probably knows about this place. Described as a casual dining spot with an upscale vibe and the most delicious food this side of the Aegean Sea, The Address was our choice for lunch today. Located in the heart of a busy South Street, we were greeted by the host as first-timers without a reservation. Instead of being ushered to a table, my partner, his family, and I were asked which of the available tables that we would like. We opted for a table by the bar. The establishment was decorated in bright and inviting colors with olive plants throughout. It is a BYOB and also offers select California wine pairings. Their menu features Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, including entrées like Grilled Lavraki / Mediterranean Fillet Branzino and Grilled Chicken Souvlaki along with classic starters such as Spanakopita and Grilled Mediterranean Octopus. We decided on Grilled Chicken Souvlaki, Grilled Salmon, Fillet Branzino, Cauliflower Steak, and a side of Greek Lemon Potatoes for sharing. The food was truly top-notch, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. One can tell there's real attention to quality and detail in the kitchen. Our meal ended with complimentary Baklava. The staff who worked there were so friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable. This place is exceptionally good for anyone looking to experience a top-tier restaurant.

Great spot for celebrations / date nights; there was a 92nd bday celebration next to us! The music was an acoustic jazz adding to ambience very well. Service: Amazing! Friendly, warm, and inviting! We didn't have a reservation but the staff worked quickly to seat us right away. And the owner came by after to check in on us/others :) Food: Solid upscale Greek food! We got the shrimp appetizer, the Avgolemono soup, and the Moussaka. The shrimp was cooked well and the flavors were fresh! The soup was very refreshing, but maybe a little too lemony..? And the moussaka was very good too! They have a limited wine list and serve only by the bottle or half bottle - the prices were very reasonable and the wine looked good (we were too tired to try any)! Would I recommend/return? definitely!! It's a great vibe and amazing service!

I could not view reviews of dishes, so had to step outside to take a peak. Cannot justify paying such prices for dinning in a tiny, dark space in half-basement in the middle of NJ. Just can't. The portions are generous, which is good. But the prices are still outrageous for the location and vibe. It is BYOB for alcohol. We walked in on Sunday at 6pm without reservations and by 7pm, the small space filled up. The $12 hummus was bad. Store bought hummus of the cheapest brand tastes better. Seriously don't understand how a hummus can taste so bland and meh. No seasoning? The pita that came with it was low quality--it gave my friend an allergic reaction right away [he has sensitivity towards poor quality flour products]. $44 paidakia--lamb chops--had 4 chops that were tender and delicate. Pasnip pure was bland and totally a miss--did nothing to complement anything on the plate. Barely any demi lace sauce--definitely on the dry side. Asked for potatoes to be sutstituted for brocollini, but the kitchen did not follow through with that ask, even though our waitress confirmed it was possible. $39 lamb souvlaki was a solid dish. Filling and hearty. Good quality meat skewer. Smoked eggplant puree had a very strong smoke flavor. Lemony potatoes had bright, refreshing lemomy flavor that we appreciated. Service is attentive and quick. Complementary toothbrushes in the bathroom were a nice touch--a star for this little amenity.
