They let me sample a couple of things which was really nice and they also make their own taro paste !! I've tried quite a few boba places and this one by far is my favorite! I usually get lychee, grass jelly, or aloe vera toppings but since One Zo is known for handcrafted Boba we decided to try that. The boba is made from scratch, in house, and it is delicious. Ive only know of the honey black boba, a prepackaged tapioca and depending how it's cooked or how long it's been frozen can be rather hard to chew. We ordered grapefruit green tea without the slush and Hong Kong milk tea both with clear boba. Everything was super fresh and flavorful, boba was fresh soft and chewy. found myself sipping my fruit tea on the drive back to Tampa to savor the flavors. Only downside is although customer service was nice , needs more experience in training for helpfulness and recommendations for new customers . We always ask 'what's popular here?' And depending on the effort in response we tip generously. The menu was a bit confusing on wording and font size , adding to a crowded waiting area and not being able to hear her. We are trained to look for milk teas and fruit teas at local shops . So browsing the menu , it's under 'creative series'. I heard they also have flavored boba , but that information wasn't given to us. Also, more of a to go type business - the set up doesn't have much tables or chairs for hanging out. We saw large groups come in together so something to keep in mind. Overall , love their drinks, clean minimalist decor and a top contender for boba. Definitely will be back! read more

This place is amazing ! I came here with my young siblings and the guy working there was very kind to explain the options to them. They have many flavors of boba that they make in house. I tried the Honey Boba they had that day and it was really good with the perfect chewiness and cooked well. I would definitely come back here even though it's a little farther than the place I usually come to when I'm in town. THE BEST BOBA. It's upsetting that I can not come here every single day because I live in the east coast of Florida. If you're thinking about not coming here to try their tea, you NEED to reconsider. Ok! So far, hands down one of the better boba teas I've ever had in the area! They make their boba fresh on site and you can taste it too! I had the HK milk tea half the sweetness with original boba and grass herbal jelly and it was really good! Highly recommended. Price was average that you'd find boba teas to be priced. Nice addition to the area as a another option for boba drinks. Good variety of drinks and topping available. We tried two different drinks. Hong Kong Style Milk tea is strong black tea, not sweet, a bit bitter. The Taro green milk tea has a taro paste, while still tasty the drink was thick and more like a smoothie, I would have preferred smooth and liquid thin. We came right before closing, only a few other customers, staff was friendly and made our drinks very fast. Interior is clean, small and not built for hanging out, walls are bare, there's a cozy couch at far end, and some stools on the side. The "white" topping is boba/tapioca, it's called white here since they don't use food coloring so it comes out clear, it perfectly good, soft and sweet. They make their own boba in house, this didn't matter to me, no noticeable difference or fresher taste compared to most other places that I guess don't make their own boba. read more

What a hidden gem! I found them on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Well worth the effort to find them. The boba is fresh and they have a special flavor of the day boba which I had not experienced before. I wish they had a dairy-free option such as coconut milk or even almond for their milk teas, but perhaps that will come with more requests.
