ORDERED - popcorn chicken bowl [$7.49] - spam and egg chicken bowl [$7.49] - fried tofu [$4.99] - taro mochi waffle [$3.99] STAFF every single time i go, i let the staff choose my drink because they haven't recommended anything i haven't liked yet. they're all super friendly and sociable; the typical cool college kids. DINING AREA there are a couple tables where you can eat or study inside and a larger table towards the back of the cafe where larger groups can meet. OVERALL i'm so upset that i didn't find out about this place sooner. i'm faithful to chewy boba and every since discovering quickly, i haven't been back since. i'm on a mission to try every single one of their creations (i've made it through all the fruit slushes and there wasn't one that i did not like). for some of their drinks, they offer a "chubby" size thats sort of like an "XL" size while some of their drinks only come in a large. the advantage that this place has over others is their food. i love their taro mochi waffles, fried tofu and popcorn chicken bowls. everything is fairly priced and great portions -- you can definitely get full off of one bowl. the only thing i can't recommend is their banh mi's though because they lack filling regardless of which sandwich you order. i highly recommend trying this place out and especially trying out one (or more) of their quickly creations. my favorites are black thaiger (milk tea) and lychee froze (fruit slush).
Quickly boba is one of my husband and I's favorite spots for boba even when we were dating. It's quick (perfect name lol), you can pick sweetness and if you don't, it comes automatically with 75% sweetness which is the way I like it. The service is always friendly. They also have hot and cold sandwiches so it's a great spot for a quick lunch bite as well. We like going to the sushi spot next door and walking over here for boba as dessert after.
Pretty good boba place that also serves up some food. This place has one of the most extensive list of fruit teas/milk teas/milk slushes/fruit slushes/combo drinks I've seen in Tampa. They also have a very long list of additions/toppings. They have shortened the list, likely because of COVID, but it's still longer than just about any other place in town. I had an Earl Grey milk tea, 50% sweet, with basil seeds. It was milky, just the right sweetness, and I liked the texture of the basil seeds (basil seeds are my favorite add in, and I was sad when BobaCup stopped having them as an option). I also ordered a spam musubi and a spicy popcorn chicken bowl. I loved the musubi, whose rice was well-pressed and heavily seasoned with furikake. The spicy popcorn chicken bowl was fine. The rice wasn't seasoned. The seaweed salad was very fishy/salty, definitely of a lower quality. The pickled veggies were fine. The chicken was good. I wished after I opened it up that I hadn't gotten it spicy as the spiciness comes from a sauce that decreased the crispiness of the chicken. The restaurant is in a minimall just east of 56th. There's plenty of parking in the lot. The restaurant is set up for social distancing, and you must wear a mask. There's plenty of hand sanitizer available.
Honestly, not bad! I mean, it's not the best boba I've ever had, but it's not the worst. It's definitely near the bottom of the list for boba, but not the worst (That title belongs to Krak Boba)! Now, the fruity/energetic/refreshing bobas are AMAZING! However, everything else is... definitely a work in progress . This place is a good boba stop if you're craving boba and there's nothing else in the vicinity. Sidenote: I was slightly ticked that they're marketing this towards USF students (I mean, it has USF in its yelp name), yet they didn't have any discounts for students.
I came to this Quickly after eating spicy hotpot around the corner. To be honest, I know what Quickly tea tastes like, as I have been drinking it for over 10 years. 10 years ago, Quickly was popular Taiwanese style bubble tea that was popular in larger US cities. But, now even in Taiwan the taste is cleaner. To me, the classic Quickly milk tea tastes like a mix of cigarettes and chocolate milk with a little bit of tea flavor. Therefore, I came to this location for the Taro Mochi Waffle. It was nice to eat, but I recommend that they add some levening to make it fluffier, it was deflated. But, it was fun to eat with the little sticks and dip into condensed milk. For studying and socializing with friends, I did find this location to be quite nice. The plaza is very quiet and there is plenty of seating. The music was a little loud to hear others talking, but the staff was very kind and patient.

Made a lovely guava tea and insanely friendly. Loved it. The service here is off the charts friendly, and while most Quickly drinks (at other locations, especially in Atlanta), are pretty iffy and bad, it's not so much the case here. In fact, if you pick right and get the right syrup in your fruit drink for example, you might actually like your boba as much as I did, which will be a surprise if you've tried a lot of other Quicklys. Sure, I've been disappointed in the past, but my guava was excellent. The decor was big and comfy and expansive and the place was full of friendly college students, not least those working here. There's masses of space in here and the servers (especially the one who rung me up) are so extraordinarily friendly that there's no way it's not getting five stars from me. So there isn't much more to say You should come here later on today And when your drink is over Go get some more Boba From the Quickly Boba Cafe!
Since my trip to Arizona just a short while ago, I've been craving a delicious replacement for the boba I got in Chandler/Mesa. I stopped in because it had great reviews. The interior is plain Jane, but this could be because of covid, but it's not a place I would actively seek out to work in or relax in. The lighting is dim to be relaxing, but with the dark walls, kinda just comes off shadowed inside. The cashier was friendly and there was no line at all. I ordered a large caramel milk tea with boba. They do have a sign at the register to advise drinks are not made at full sweetness, but all you have to do is request the drink to be me made at your preferred sweetness level. The drink was perfect sized, but I will say I was a little disappointed with how many boba were actually in my drink. I think I got spoiled by the boba place in the mall. Overall the drink was delicious and the boba was soft and chewy. The straw comes in a single serve wrapper, but it is a little flimsy. Don't break your straw trying to put it through the plastic seal. All in all not a bad price for why I got. I'd return again to try other flavors from their huge menu! Wish they had a reward card or something for returning customers as these drinks aren't cheap. Maybe there is one and I'm just unaware of it.
We were looking for a quick cafe to have drink and decided to have drinks at Quickly Boba Cafe USF. For the order I ordered Thai Tea and Jasmine tea.The servers were professional and answered my questions very well. The cafe has an amazing decor and I could see different people enjoying. I got my order in around 5 minutes with the Teas. Thai Tea as well as Jasmine Tea were tasty and delicious. They both were good and we loved its taste. It was fresh and we loved them. Will visit again next time definitely to try different food which is on the menu.
I la la love this boba spot. This and one other in the area have my heart. This spot is awesome and has super friendly owners! The drinks are always on point (so many options to choose from), prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is chill/friendly, there are games/activities to do, plenty of aesthetic seating, wi-fi, restrooms, etc. I recommend this place and think you won't regret giving it a try! :-) Enjoy~
For a place named Quickly, they aren't very quick with the service. I've been a fan of Quickly's since trying to in Orlando, but the lone Tampa location near USF doesn't quite measure up. I ordered a pork bahn mi sandwich and somehow it took 20 minutes for them to make it. There was little meat inside, so at least they only charge $5 for it. It's not a filling sandwich, but it will hold you over as a snack. I've had their spam musubi, which I enjoyed. You can buy one for $2.99 or 2 for $5. Quickly's drinks are their strong points. I enjoy their milk teas and slushes alike. Their prices are competitive to the other boba places in the area. I really like how you can choose your drink's sweetness, because everyone has different preferences. The staff is always friendly when I go. The inside is always clean and tidy, with lots of different types of seating (regular tables, couches, bar, and high tops) and games for entertaining. I enjoy Quickly's drinks and definitely recommend them if you are craving a sweet treat.
Been coming to Quickly Boba since it opened this year, and I forget to write a review! Conveniently located near USF in the same plaza as Applebee's. It's centered between Cici's Pizza and Tokyo Sushi. It may look small on the outside, but there's plenty of seating inside. Very trendy and comfortable with small tables and a large table to do work, and a couch to lounge. Plenty of board games to chill with friends. What makes Quickly a unique franchise boba shop is that it feels like a local mom & pop shop. The owners and college students working are always helpful, warm and welcoming. Quickly has an extensive menu. They offer not only the typical boba tea drinks, but also unique foods, and drink combinations. Everything is pretty much customizable when it comes to drink sweetness to toppings. My favorites include Black Tiger (Viet coffee/Thai tea), Cherry Rose Milk Tea (loose-leaf/soy milk), and Fried Tofu bento (lightly fried tofu, kimchi, edamame, wakame salad, white rice, and Thai chili dipping sauce)! Tip: Grab a rewards card, you'll come often and it'll be worth the free drink in the end!
Very friendly staff, the 2 guys from today(May 16) they were very patient and let me take my time to decide what I wanted. The one guy who wore glasses took our order and was sure to read back my order to make sure he got everything correct. I usually come to this location whenever I visit Tampa. They always do everything right. Definitely come here if you want quality service.

A lot changed since I came here years back. I liked how the menu changed; it's less overwhelming than before, but still has the better flavors/combinations on there. The drinks are still customizable though if you did want to get specific. The interior has changed a lot too; the furniture is newer, they have a self-service ordering machine, and I like how there's bigger tables so it's easier to have groups. The price has definitely risen, but also I just attribute that to rising costs in general. I got one of my usuals, the Thaiger Queen, which is Earl Grey and Thai milk tea mixed together. Still as tasty as it was years back. read more
I was in town and went back here to give this restaurant another try. I ordered the same thing the popcorn chicken bowl with seaweed salad and cucumbers as a side. I did receive an email from management and this bowl was on the house. This time the food was hot, and no chicken skin! I also ordered a brown sugar boba 75 percent sweet and it was so good! Alright, so you've just crushed it at Planet Fitness, right? You're sweaty, tired, but feeling good. Now what? You hit up Quickly Boba Café--*right next door*--for the perfect post-workout pick-me-up. Trust me, this is the *move*. First off, let's talk spring rolls. You're craving something light but satisfying, and these are it. Crispy on the outside, fresh and delicious on the inside. It's basically a protein shake in snack form (well, kind of... if protein shakes were wrapped in crispy goodness). The spring rolls here are like the reward you didn't know you needed after leg day. **Legs = wobbly. Stomach = happy.** And of course, boba. You're in a boba café, after all! Whether you're team milk tea or fruit tea, they've got you covered. Sip on one of these bad boys and it's the cooldown you didn't even know you needed after those killer squats. Quickly Boba Café is basically the unofficial after-gym hangout. You finish working on those gains, walk a few steps, and BAM--you're in boba and spring roll heaven. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to refuel, refresh, and reward themselves. read more

I love this place! There are so many items and combinations to choose from. Even if you don't know what to choose, you can choose a base and the staff will offer great suggestions or you can get a topping sample. I'm just glad I don't live that close because I would make daily visits! read more
This Quickly is the same join from Orlando. The one thing I like for this boba place in Orlando is their poke. Unfortunately they don't have it. Hopefully one day they started the poke. This place has good chicken nuggets. You got to try them if you are visiting this place. Boba is ok. I have try their special Bah Mi. It is decent not the most excellent but good enough. They also carry a crawfish Bah Mi. This is the items I would try. Not many place have this item. For the dessert, we have ordered the mochi waffle. This is something new I have not have before. It is chewy mochi base. It accompanied with condensed milk and sugar powder. This restaurant drink place, it kind of self serve. Order from counter. They will bring the food to table. read more

Ehhh. Customer service is not up to par. My niece was In town and was dying to try Boba so we came here bc it was the closest to our home. It's clean inside and there are games that are out but "unavailable" I assume due to COVID. I told the cashier that we had no idea what boba was and asked him to explain it to me. The employee said, "So you want recommendations or what?" Lol Okay, i asked him again to explain boba to me...maybe I'm the ignorant one and it like going to an ice cream parlor and asking them to explain ice cream? Regardless, I had no idea what it was. So I asked again, he then gave me a vague answer and while he probably knew what it was, he didn't know how to explain it. My niece and I ordered and went to find a seat to let my husband pay...turns out I ordered a small and they charged me for a large. I wasn't too happy about that. The three employees then stood by the register and watched a TV show on one of their phones. Not a great experience and wouldn't recommend. Boba is decent one thing they could improve on is the consistency the pearls seem to be different sizes some times. But overall texture is good. Staff is nice nothing too crazy, seemed over staffed while I was here. A good place to come and study or hang out, they have a variety of board games. I like getting spam musubi as a light snack. Recently they have increased their prices but this is not reflected on their menu... yet. I was very confused about the overpriced drink and snack. They had a sticky not that mentioned the increase but the menu kept the old prices. Very misleading. read more

I'm not a huge fan of their boba because their tea doesn't haven't enough taste for me. Boba texture and flavor aren't that great, and sound there's other places for better boba. Kind of watery and too sweet. They do offer samples for some of their drinks! I tried a thai tea matcha drink last time - different for sure but it was only okay. I go sometimes because I like the environment for studying (usually they have open tables) and they're open late. BUT I like their taiwanese chicken and spam musubi! Yummy snacks for sure and good for game night with friends. Poke bowl wasnt worth it - small portion and quality was meh. read more

I've always been a fan of the Quickly franchise. After going to Quickly in Atlanta and Orlando, I was super excited when this one opened up in Tampa in 2018. I love their boba drinks here. Their taro milk teas are flavored perfectly and the boba is just the right consistency. They also offer Asian style food here - snacks, rice bowls, banh mi sandwhiches, and desserts. My favorite is the asian-flavored popcorn chicken (sooo good) and their rice bowls ( I tried the salmon one). My favorite dessert is the taro mochi waffle - you have to try it!! For being a boba tea cafe, I do appreciate that they also serve delicious food even though the food does not come out "quickly." The wait isn't too long but don't expect the food to be out at the same time as your drink. On that note, the drinks are made super fast. Overall, I love this place and I'm glad to have a Quickly in Tampa. read more

Super happy to find out that Quickly was added to the plethora of boba shops located near the USF area! I think this one specifically sticks out to me for it's delicious food menu. The boba cafes I love most are the ones I can study, eat and have a sweet drink, and this Quickly location is perfect for all three. I tried the crawfish banh mi the first time I came here, and now I have to order it every time I come back. It's that good. The crawfish tails are coated in this buttery Cajun sauce, and although it's a little messy to eat, it's definitely worth trying for it's savory flavor. I often go to the Quickly area by UCF, and I think it's cool that they both have different options for food and drink! I like ordering their iced Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly, and it's so rich and strong in flavor. Lots of seating inside and very convenient distance to the campus! read more

This is hands down the best place to get boba tea in Tampa!! Conveniently located 1 mile from the main USF campus, all the college kids know about it. Walking in you are greeted with spacious modern interior that pays tribute to asian culture. I even saw someone studying while sipping on some tea. We were greeted by who I assume is the manger or owner and she was just so helpful! I think she knows that they have a big menu so she helped navigate if we had any questions. I got the taro tea milk slush with boba. A classic if you ask me. I got it with boba and boy did I get some boba. You defitnley get your $.50 worth of boba. It was so good I ended up finding sooner than I would've liked. They have specials through the weekend like on Tuesday..$2 taro tea!! Amongst others. They said stop receive order at 9.30 I was ordering at 9.13 and they cancel my order at 9.16 , why ?? It's only 2 cups of boba tea which take like 5 mins to make , but I'm still gonna order from you till kung fu tea back to delivery . read more
Really good pop chicken!!!! I've came many times but sometimes forget to check in. Love the chicken & waffle combo too. Tea taste amazing - service is quick and overall worthy of a solid 5 star. Atmosphere is great because noise level is comfortable enough to study in & it's decor is absolutely adorable. Cute date spot with good tasting sandwiches too. There's many boba spots in the USF area and this TOPS it!!! read more

Of course if I have the chance to get boba, I sure will!! Since it's been about three years since I've been to Tampa, Quickly is very new to me here. I love the Orlando location, so I figured to come here!!! This spot is located in a shopping center. So lots of parking! But may have to park further than you want. No biggie. It's a very cute place. Great for hanging out and studying. They do have some games for you to play. They have a ton of selections on their menu. From milk tea bobas, to food snacks, and dessert!! Lately, honeydew has been the new hype, so I tried the honey dew milk tea. Honestly, I was expecting honey dew milk flavor I usually get from the Asian market, but this one you can actually taste the tea. It threw me off, but was still good! I also ordered the taro waffle with ice cream. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Made me wish I didn't share with anyone. Haha. The only down fall was the weight and how quickly the waffle itself can get cold. I heard the food there is food as well. So definitely give this place a try! read more

I am in love with the service, ambiance, and taste of Quickly Boba Cafe USF! I am finally writing a review after being a regular customer since opening. I am always looking for the best selection of teas, boba, toppings, etc. Service: The staff is so friendly! The owner herself is always there and works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. She always personally checks in on everyone studying or hanging out to see if they are happy with their drinks! Her staff can also recommend drink options in case you are overwhelmed by the variety. Ambiance: Quickly has probably the largest amount of space out of most of the bubble tea shops throughout Tampa. They provide ample seating with a very long table towards the back which is a great spot to meet for group projects. They also provide free water at their register in case you just need to stay hydrated! Taste: They have a variety of teas, slushes, milk teas, rose teas, and food! I was impressed with the large selection of flavors. Their drinks range from overly sweet to moderately sweet with several fruit-inspired selections in case you are looking for something more sour. If you have an idea of what taste you are going for, they provide great recommendations! I was surprised at how much food they serve, which isn't common for all of the tea shops. I am a huge fan of popcorn chicken! It is a must every time I go! Additionally, the owner is always looking to add new specialty drinks to the menu, so feel free to ask her what's new or what's not on the menu! My favorites are the Quickly House Tea and this cucumber drink that is recently new (but I don't think it has a name yet). I'm by here probably once a week, so can't wait to go again! read more

Very disappointing experience tonight. Poor service, slow service, terrible crawfish sandwich. I should have known I was in for a bad experience right away. When I walked in, there was no one in front of me in line but instead of taking my order, the cashier is talking to a group of girls on the side. After some time, he notices me, I try to order a drink with boba, but I was told they ran out of boba! A boba place without boba is a bad thing! Ok, I'm already here, so I order some food and a drink anyways. I get a milk slush and a crawfish sandwich. For some reason, it takes 20 minutes! for the sandwich to come out, then 5 minutes later, the drink comes out. The place was maybe 75% full, maybe I'm too impatient, maybe they can't handle this volume of customers, but 20+ minutes is too long for a sandwich and a drink. It would have been better if they told me the expected wait time when I ordered, and given me the choice of waiting or not. For food, I had the crawfish banh mi sandwich, what a waste of money and time! I was very close to throwing this out. There was not nearly enough crawfish. I was basically eating bread and sauce! see the picture! I got the TaaaCo milk slush which was too much coconut, at least for me, I didn't even taste any taro, this I had to throw out. read more
