While we appreciate the clinical care provided, the administrative and billing process has been difficult to navigate and remains unresolved to our satisfaction.

They helped us manage the situation overnight and we secured an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7 AM. The service went above and beyond. We are immensely thankful for their support!

Before they would even let the kids in, they tried to get $700 from me for past cleanings that were already covered by insurance! Not only were they extorting money, but they wasted my and my children's entire morning. Getting three teenagers scheduled on the same day at the same time was a difficult task already. Getting them there, only to be turned away or be forced to pay for services that were already paid for a YEAR AGO, was beyond infuriating. I would NEVER recommend this dentist. The cleanings were mediocre in the past anyway, and they were using fluoride despite my telling them not to. This dentist needs to have a complaint filed, and I am going to do exactly that. There are hundreds of other dentists around, so I do not recommend giving this one your business or trusting them to be professional and ethical. They are clearly neither professional nor ethical.

I say this because this had NOTHING to do with COVID-19, CDC guide lines, or general concern for the patients well being but simply because the dentist doesn't prefer it. My wife and I asked if J or both could be in the room during my 4 year old daughters Restorative procedure, (taking care of cavities), because she has developmental and anxiety issues. We even suggested letting one of us stand in the hallway, having some sort of live video during the procedure, and time after time we were told NO, "it's just our company policy". When asked for this said name policy they then explained to me that said name policy was not even in writing that this is just what the doctor prefers. They then proceeded to push us off to another office after providing the attached, just generated, Restorative Procedure Policy! This is a true lack of concern for the patient/customer and NOT how a business should be ran. I could understand if it had to do with COVID, which it doesn't. I could understand if it was just a general hygienic issue, which it was expressed it wasn't. I know this, because they said it. I know this because during both my children's cleaning I was allowed in both of their rooms and allowed to stand in the hallway to monitor the other child that was waiting while the other was getting a cleaning. They put on this façade like they really care but have no ground to stand on in their justification for declining our request. If you are a parent and truly care about protecting your children then I HIGHLY recommend seeking dental care somewhere else.

This is my second son to come through here…read more In general they have been pretty good with both of my boys. My oldest is nearing the end of his braces. While my youngest just started. I will say their estimates for costs have been more then a bit off both times in the beginning. We delayed both times due to what seemed to be way too high of a cost when quoted and asked if it was right . Both times they told us it was so we decided to wait and eventually we got a call or a requote that was much more reasonable. I'd like to think it was just a mistake and not an attempt to just charge more the first time. The care and visits have been good. My youngest boys teeth have already seen much improvement in just a short time!

They don't give receipts on monthly billing, which I needed for my son's mother. After telling them that I will not be using their services anymore because they hung up on me, now they are refusing to give me my son's records or a refund. You have been warned. Even during the process of getting my son's braces they were not explaining things. They are just not paying attention to detail, and generally don't care. I think they get away with more than they should because they have a crabapple address. Don't go here.

I have watched several other children receive treatments and have never seen them strapped down. I would never allow my child to go to a pediatric dentist that did use straps. Even when my little girl was getting x-rays and the protective cover got stuck in her hair and she started to cry, the staff hugged her and comforted her. My child has always felt very comfortable with Dr. Dhawan. She gets nervous, so she brings her teddy with her. The staff always shows her what they are going to do on her teddy first. They talk to her and her teddy with love and compassion. They even put on cool sunglasses before they turn on the lights and gave her teddy a pair to wear too. Afterwards, there is a prize box that the kids get to go through and select small toys to take home. The staff has never questioned or prevented me from going back with my children and I always see parents who go in with their children and parents who wait in the waiting room. You can see straight into the area where they do the cleanings through a glass door from the waiting room. I have always been impressed with this office. I am extremely picky and am more anxious about my kids going to the dentist than anything else since I had a bad experience as a child similar to what the last poster wrote. I have to wonder if the last poster is posting about the correct office (I have heard horrible things about another pediatric dentist located on the same road). I certainly hope the last review is not true about the staff at this office.

We received a tour of the facilities before heading back to meet with the dentist. Everything was thoroughly explained which put me at ease as well as my 2 year old that had only had one previous experience with a dentist that was very traumatic. I am excited to switch over my other children to this practice to continue their oral care. They are out of network for insurances but will submit on your behalf. You wind up paying a little extra but honestly it is not that much of a difference, but of course check with your insurance to be sure.

They fitted me for a retainer. I had a great experience at the 4 appointments I've had with them. At my first, I made a six month teeth clean. About a month ago, my number had been changed and I had forgotten to call them and change it. When I arrived for my six month teeth cleaning, they told me I no longer had my appointment as they tried to get into contact with me several times. I told them I had changed my number and they basically said "you can wait to see if the person that had your appointment shows up." They had not contacted me via email. I had blocked out time at work for this and left VERY disappointed. I will not be returning. I work in healthcare and would never do that to one of our patients that don't confirm. It's a wild concept to me. I left livid. I had been excited about the teeth cleaning. Then they had the audacity to text me saying I missed or cancelled my appointment and I should reschedule.
