ows a variety of pizzas

Went for a ride w/ a friend to drop something off and decided to try a slice. We shared a plain pizza and wish I had not. This place had one of the best pizza's I have tasted. This place is Def on my top 5!!! I love were pizza so for me to say this goes on my top 5 it has to be yummy. Tiny's is a cozy little pizza place with a friendly staff. I took a look at the menu and it had a good variety of food. I have never had pizza w/a sesame seed crust. I want more!!!! It had the right amount of cheese and the right amount of sauce. It was delish.

I ordered buffalo wings and i received regular wings and cold.

The food needs to be done with love, our pizza was so sloppy and cold. The lady on the phone was friendly.

Close to a 2 hour wait for squished pizza... smh

It pains me to give it this score, however, I have to be honest. I've been ordering from Tiny's for the past 10 years and for the most part, they are very prompt and always provide great customer service, hence the 3 stars. However, when I ordered this weekend, I was told it would be a 30 minute delivery. So I patiently waited, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and then an hour. I received a call from the driver who was clearly lost... mind you, I live no more than 8-10 minutes away. In addition to the original hour that I waited without calling to complain, I called Tiny's to inquire about my order. Their hold system is horrible! After waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes, they told me that they would touch base with the driver and get back to me. Another 45 minutes later, the driver finally showed up with my order... 2 pies... a medium and an extra large... 2 pies that too close to 2 hours to deliver. Not to mention that the pizza was completely smooshed and to one side. When I asked Tiny's what the resolve was, I was asked to call back and speak to a manager. In this instance I mildly blame the driver because I understand that he may have been lost, however, its 2017... use your gps! What is unacceptable is the lack of customer service and this lax attitude of "oh well" that I received over the phone. It is the responsibility of the business to have staff that is able to navigate and deliver as this a direct reflection of their service. I did not stiff the driver on his tip and I did pay in full for my meal, but this lapse in customer service has left a bad impression on me.

This is how my Chicken Cordon Bleu was delivered after a 2 hour and 45 minutes wait.

We're done with Tiny's. Too often the mess up the order, but most recently and order places on Seamless had an initial delivery of 45 minutes, then an hour and 15 minutes, but in the end it wasn't delivered until 2 hours and 45 minutes later. The petulant gal who takes the orders needs to be fired. Her listening skills are absent and her bedside manner is awful. I don't care how good the food tastes. I'm never again giving them the opportunity to make me wait and call and wait some more like I said, my wife and I are done with Tiny's.

They have closed. No longer in business. It explains why the food and service tanked prior.

Saggio - Washington Heights…read more Such a walkable neighborhood that is Washington Heights. There are so many diverse bars and restaurants to choose from. And with so many options it easily allows for bar hopping. During this Summer of 2025, our large group concluded our mid-afternoon adventures at Saggio, a Southern Italian restaurant. The service received was prompt. The drinks were good. And as far as food, I heard some of the desserts ordered hit the spot. On the other hand, my simplistic food choice wasn't on par with everyone else. I wasn't in the mood for dessert, pasta or a salad, as nothing initially appealed to me. In the end, I chose a pairing of French Fries and Chicken Liver Pâté on Crostini. The simple yet odd combo would've worked but the french fries were under done and cold. And the chicken liver pâté looked inedible, as most pâtés sometimes do. Granted it tasted fair and from what I recall the pâté may have had a hint of Anise mixed in or something similar. Despite my disappointing food choice, we all had a great time concluding our afternoon bar hopping. If we end up stopping at Saggio again, I'll be certain to try something else. 3.5

We were seated on such a small table that we didn't know where to put the dishes. The staff was not friendly at all. I have always gone for the salmon and white bean crostoni. I had both today and they were both a disappointment. The salmon was watery and undercooked. The white bean crostoni was super spicy and the bread too hard to eat. The waitress seemed disinterested and bored. The drinks were ok to say the least. This place was good but has gone to shit. I will not be returning.

This is a local gem that is well worth the trek uptown. My Florentine friend, who just moved to…read moreNYC, recommended it and I was very impressed. He even spoke with the servers to study the wine selection before he chose one for us. The pizzas were considerably big for personal pie and I was happy. I got the diavola and my friend got the vongole. They also do gluten-free pizzas! *Make sure you leave space for dessert. We had the creme brulee and it was perfection! I think they have another restaurant in midtown, but I liked how cozy this one was. It was a warm and cozy spot for a winter's eve.

Plating tricks are the ugly truth about kitchens. The more they're practiced the more your food…read morewill be a facsimile of cooked cuisine and simply pre-prepped food instead. The contorni here are just that. It says roasted but the beets aren't, they're boiled and precooked and chopped at that from a plastic bag. No effort was made to make them taste any different than that either. The broccoli was similarly boiled and well, that's what they do in England but this is a restaurant calling itself Italian. The garlic was burnt and the boiled broccoli was smeared in vegetable oil -olive oil or butter would have been the possibilities for the pan but this broccoli was never in a pan. The lasagna which is normally a winner leaked a lot of water into a puddle on the plate and that happens when it's frozen but not fully thawed and reheat din a hot enough oven. The Riesling was a bit sour but the some of the others are undrinkable. A quar which in Europe would be 2 and a half glasses in a little pitcher is 1 and a third glasses in a curious tiny vase, so order two individual glasses because there are no savings on offer. Which is odd as wine is an inflation anomaly - a decent bottle runs 12 to 20 dollars at a wine store and did 20 years ago too. For the prices these cheap wines are very bad value though some of the reds are less disastrous. The pizza is great and I have no complaints about it but the word is out and the delivery guys are humming at the door through diner bumping into the back of your chair in a small huddle if as we were you are seated there. It's a descent going down at this nice little place. It is a bar that serves decent snacks, but can microwaving and shrinkfaltion be far off? One suspects not, unless they hire some sous chefs who took a 12 week course at a culinary school - but they won't. There's no chef here.

3/24- So happy we carved out time to visit this cozy Italian spot in Harlem. We didn't have a lot…read moreof time before closing and staff was still super welcoming. The restaurant was full on a Friday night and music flowing. Vibes! Our waiter did a great job highlighting different items on the menu. For starters, we ordered the baked little neck clams and fried mozzarella. Delicious and each item had a lovely texture. We submitted our main orders about 15 min later. My family ordered the penne funghi then added chicken breast. I ordered the margherita pizza. Everything was fantastic including my drink!! Looking forward to trying other authentic dishes in the near future.

I heard him say as she tried to give him the phone: "Are they on mute?" He never got on the phone, just told her to say, "they can reorder and pay for it but we won't refund them." I didn't ask for a refund. He could have said bring the pasta back and I'll give you the correct order. But the manager didn't even have the decency to say it himself. If the owner sees this, your manager isn't doing his job with helping or talking to customers. He's letting your hostess deal with his job. He's weak sauce and so is the $30 pasta I just threw away. So anyone who has an allergy or wants the order they asked for, TRIPLE CHECK this place. This review is about service not the food because I couldn't even eat it.
