    Margherita Pizza
    Dimpie S.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous! You get to se the pizza baked live and the downstairs taverna is a fun lounge for larger groups. The service was quick and friendly. A chic and elegant restaurant for a date or night out with friends (highly recommend reservations). The eggplant parm was excellent? The sauce was delicious and it wasn't too cheesy. I was slightly disappointed with the pizza. I know it's based off Naples but the sauce wasn't right and the pizza was more soggy than floppy. Definitely a fun place to check out but if you're looking for NY style pizza or a nice Italian meal, I'd suggest going elsewhere since the prices are a bit higher.

Stopped in initially for a couple of slices. My cheese and Margherita slices were cut from pies just out of the brick oven. They were delicious! I decided to order the Tricolore salad and a pasta with olive oil, garlic, broccoli rabe and sausage to go. Very fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back soon!

Solid new pizzeria in Washington Heights, a few steps from the 157th St station. We ordered NORA'S FAVORITE PIZZA, and it was handmade in front of us and ready to go in under 15 min (still steaming when we got home). The flower was a nice surprise haha. Price is reasonable too - we got a medium for $19, including tax. This is our go to spot when we want an easy dinner after a long day!

I've been searching for about 3 years for a "go to" pizza place BC I'm a big pizza fan. I'm pretty sure I've found it. Light thin yummy crust, always arrives hot, and so far (ordered 2x's ) the delv ppl Are always polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to friends.

this place opened up relatively recently and truly is a life saver when the whole family is tired and we don't have anything easy to make in the fridge. Everything we've ever ordered off the menu has been amazing (we've only ever ordered the pizza though!!) The pizza is always made fresh, the delivery is fast, and the service is phenomenal. Love that I can stand in this place waiting for my pizza to get made and not have the guy behind the counter make me uncomfortable for a change!! PROS | very reasonably priced, food kicks ass, ingredients are fresh and unique, the guy who runs the place is a damn peach. They're also very willing to work with you about modifying menu items because they're Real Like That. Get a whole ass pie for you and the homies and sit outside and enjoy a New York day baby!!!! CONS | this is NOT a sit in joint, there is basically no seating and there is as far as I can tell no bathroom/wifi. If you're looking for a sit down place move along!

    18" Cheese pizza

I ordered an 18" cheese pizza (see photo) The pizza reminded me of those mom & pop pizza shops from back in the day! The slices had a perfect cheese & sauce ratio and I loved how thin and crispy they were. Highly recommend.

They're a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. There hasn't been good pizza since New York City pizza that was on 155th and St. Nicholas shut down (if you know you know) . This pizza is good and delivery is fast and courteous. Definitely our new go to pizza spot look forward to trying more items off the menu but so far I've loved the wings and pizza .

This location was super busy and there was a line outside the door, even at midnight on a Thursday. However, the line did move quickly inside. There are not any chairs inside, just bar tables to stand around, although there did seem to be a small table with a few chairs outside. Some of the bar tables had shakers with extra chili flakes or parmesan. The pizza slice gets put into their oven to be warmed to the crisp (if it has been left out for a while), so I would say that the service was excellent for that consideration. My friends and I shared a slice of the Supreme. It was SO good! I had heard this was an overrated spot, but the taste of the onions and sausage on a thin and crispy crust was fantastic. It was pretty large in size and could be shared with others. I would definitely come back to try their other pizza slices. Very solid spot to me.

Iconically known as the workplace of Peter Parker in the original Spider-Man movie, I knew it was mandatory to pay a visit during a very Spider-Man focused weekend. Now I'm sure there are cheaper slices available elsewhere - these range about $5-6 per slice, but they're really delicious. I'm a big fan of the thin crust and simple yet yummy toppings. We went 2 times during our trip - first ordering 2 pepperoni and later a Caprese, White, and Supreme. They were all great, but my favorite was the classic pepperoni. If you're going with a group of more than 2 people and don't all mind getting the same flavor, I recommend waiting in line next door - which is where they sell by the pie only. Both lines move relatively quickly, but some times are definitely more popular than others (weekend nights). You can honestly expect minimal eating space because there's so many people trying to be in there, but we got lucky and were able to eat at one of the countertops on the side. They also have additional seasonings available such as parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Definitely willing to come back next time I'm near Times Square!

I ordered via Uber Eats this time, and MAN -- I was blown away. I honestly thought that they had screwed up and sent me a gluten version. I checked the order and receipt. It was so good -- the crust so chewy with bite -- but light and airy and tight -- the cheese and toppings all great and fresh and delicious. It tasted like an awesome piece of NYC pizza. I was so happy. I did some Claude sleuthing -- and think I'm onto their magic with the crust -- and am excitedly going to experiment in my home kitchen in the coming weeks (Neapolitan oven, be damned!).

Located at 309 West 50th Street in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the casual eatery has an extensive list of pizzas. Don Antonio has over 30 types of Neapolitan pizzas, and the menu is a little bit daunting at first due to so many options, but even the pickiest eater will find something they'll want to eat. To top that off, Caporuscio recently debuted a brand new pizza tasting menu that features a curated lineup of never-before-seen pizza napoletana, and seven varieties of pizza fritta (fried pizza). Lastly, the entire pizza menu is now available gluten-free. With vast offerings, they are ambitious, and every dish is outstanding.

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
